In this YouTube video, Christoffel Sneijders addresses the common belief that one can simply erase an ex‑partner from memory by deleting photos, messages, or social media connections. He argues that such attempts are ineffective because the emotional and even physical bonds formed during a long‑term relationship persist, likening them to quantum entanglement and to the shared oxygen that becomes part of our cells. He proposes a different, faster approach: consciously accepting and welcoming the past rather than fighting it. He guides listeners through a brief visualization—closing the eyes, taking deep breaths, and affirming acceptance of the relationship’s happy and painful moments—while noting the distinct emotional shift this creates. He then invites viewers to explore deeper work through his hypnotherapy, NLP, and “Remaster Your Workshop” personal‑leadership programs. The video concludes with a poetic, sung interlude (Speaker A) that reflects on clouds, sunshine, and longing, serving as an artistic expression of the emotional landscape after a breakup.
Hi.
Hi. Can we get over a relationship, an ex-relationship, by fighting it, by forgetting it as we like to do, deleting Facebook, deleting the photos, throwaway emails, and all the other things to really get some person out Does it really work? The answer is no. When you really had a committed, lovely, long-term relationship, just by closing your eyes, not seeing it anymore, it will not really solve, or it takes ages and ages. There's a smarter way, faster way, and that is saying yes to it, accepting it. But first, why is it impossible to really get it out of us? Because one, you saw already holding my finger, it's part of us. Based on quantum physics, when once energy, photons, electrons, molecules are connected and you split them, they stay together. Law of entanglement. So when you had that commitment, it's there. Secondly, based on that commitment and connection, we inhale, exhale 100,000 liters of oxygen all Or air to say every day. So every night you slept with your ex-partner, you inhaled, exhaled 60, 70 liters of air. And we rejuvenate 20 million body cells every day. And for replacing those, we need building blocks besides our food and our drinks. Oxygen, the most important thing we cannot live without for 5 minutes. That air. We inhale and exhale is the building block for the new cells. So we're partly built from our ex-partner. So in our body, she or he is still in us. That's why it takes time to really get that person, say, out of us again. Besides the emotional connections you have when you think about the person and the good things and the bad things that once happened. So how do you really get over it? As I said, welcoming it. It is like welcoming that part inside of yourself, yourself. Okay, I accept my arm. I accept my skin. I accept my heart. I accept that past of me, and I really welcome it. I just like to imagine for one moment. You can close your eyes like I'm doing and say to yourself, "I've taken deep breaths." No, I welcome that period of my life. I welcome the happy times, the bad times. I welcome that he or she was just part of me. And just become aware what happens in your head, in your heart, and in your gut. What kind of emotion it creates. Probably totally different than when you say, I'm going to fight it, I'm going to kick you out, I hate you, you're a horrible person. A totally different kind of emotion creates in there. Have fun with experimenting. Next steps, next things, next how you do the other way of things, other videos, or visit me in the hypnotherapy training, NLP training, or the Remaster Your Workshop, the personal leadership. Love to see you next time. Have a beautiful time.
Some days the clouds paint the sky all gray and it takes away my summertime. Somehow the sun keeps shining upon you while I struggle to get mine. If there's a light in everybody, send out your ray of sunshine. I wanna walk the same roads as everybody else, through the trees and past the gates. Getting high on heavenly breezes, making new friends along the way. I won't ask much of nobody, I'm just here to sing along and make my mistakes look gracious and learn some lessons from my wrongs. But sometimes the sun shines on other people's houses and not mine. Some days the clouds paint the sky all gray and it takes away my summertime. Somehow the sun keeps Shining upon you while I struggle to get mine. A little light never hurt nobody. Send out your ray of sunshine. Oh, if this little light of mine combined with yours today, how many watts could we illuminate? How many villages could we save? Well, my umbrella's tired of the weather wearing me down. Well, look at me now. Well, you sure look as good as your outlook. Would you mind if I took some time to soak up your light? You're beautiful like you've got a paradise inside. I get hungry for love and thirsty for life and much too full on the pain when I look to the sky to help me. And sometimes it looks like rain as the sun shines on other people's houses and not mine. And the sky paints those clouds in a way that it takes away the summertime. Somehow the sun keeps shining upon you while I kind of Stand by. If there's a light in everybody, send out your ray of sunshine. You're undeniably warm, you're cerulean, you're perfect in design. Now won't you hang around? So the sun, it can shine on me. And the clouds, they can roll away. And the sky can become a possibility. If there's a light in everybody, send out your ray of sunshine. Thank you.
