Christoffel Sneijders describes three independent decision-making systems: head brain (logic), heart brain (connection), and gut brain (survival). Mismatched pairings, like two heart brains together, create relationship failure. Understanding your own brain type and recognizing others' sensory languages lets you build compatible partnerships.

Yes, from this moment onwards, there's no excuse anymore to not have happy, healthy, successful relationships. Why is that? Because the real answer is there. What all the other books and gurus forgot is that we have 3 brains: one here, one here, and one here. And why it's so important? They have different responsibilities, and they don't talk English or whatever kind of language. They talk in sensations. But I think we all sometimes say to somebody, why don't you follow your heart? Why don't you follow your gut feeling? And actually, that's really true because they're actually brains. They have a memory. And based on that memory, they make decisions. And based on their responsibilities they have, they're different than this one, make different kinds of decisions. This one likes to bond. This one's like to take care of yourself. This one's like just to give you the right prediction to make it logical. If you only listen to one, you have an issue. If you connect with the wrong partner, because heart brains, in my words, love to connect with gut brains and help them, you have somewhere also a failed relationship. Coming aware what is your brain, what is your language, what's the language of somebody else, your partner or your colleague or your whatevers, helps you to really have amazing relationships. Read it, enjoy it, make it happen. There's no excuse anymore.
