La IA ya decide si te contratan (3 Trucos para que te ELIJA A TI)

AI now screens job candidates. Three tactics to pass: mirror keywords from the job posting using ChatGPT, signal confidence with a smile near the camera and slower speech, and structure answers with Task-Action-Result so the algorithm understands your wins.
You've probably seen this video. A girl having her job interview with an artificial intelligence. Her face says it all. It's uncomfortable, it's strange, and it's dehumanizing. And this isn't an isolated case. In recent months, there have been several news stories. Artificial intelligence is starting to conduct interviews on a massive scale, and candidates are literally leaving horrified. It's strange, but above all, it's scary. Right? And it's completely normal that an algorithm can analyze your face, your gestures, your words to decide your professional future. It really is shocking, and for some, it may even be worrying. But what if I told you that the algorithm has some blind spots and that you can use them to your advantage? And mind you, this isn't about tricking any algorithm or any company. It's simply about knowing how it works so you can use it and come out of there with what you really want. The interview with a human. Most people are going to go to those interviews blind, but not you. Today I'm going to show you three hacks that you can use to become the candidate that AI is programmed to love and that you can move on to the next phase. To beat the machine, you have to think like the machine. AI doesn't look for the most likable person, but rather the one who checks off the list it has been trained with the most. So we're going to give it exactly what it wants. The first thing the AI measures is whether you speak its language. And what is its language? Well, the exact words that are in the job offer. Look, let's see it with an example. Okay, we're going to go to ChatGPT or whichever artificial intelligence you prefer. I've already copied a job offer for a sales representative here. In this case, we have the minimum requirements, the experience they ask for, the description of the offer. I think it even mentioned the salary. Anyway, I've copied this offer from Infojobs exactly as is. We're going to put it in ChatGPT and we're going to give it this simple prompt. Extract the 10 most important keywords and skills from this job offer. We're going to send it, and then look, he tells us, Here are the 10 most important keywords and skills extracted from this job offer, prioritizing what they explicitly value the most. Sales attitude, effective communication, teamwork, goal orientation, and personal motivation. And he also tells us about these key conditions and requirements. Okay, this is very important because what you're going to do is add these words to your speech. But be careful. This is not about repeating Them like a parrot. But rather, when you tell us about your experience, your. Your success stories, your skills, include these exact words throughout your speech, throughout everything you're explaining. These are going to be the ingredients, the salt and the pepper that the artificial intelligence is looking for. And they're exactly the ingredients that we're going to give it. Secondly, the AI is watching you and it's going to analyze your tone of voice and your micro expressions to determine your level of confidence and enthusiasm. And how do we hack this? In the simplest yet most effective way possible. As simple as taking a post it note or a marker, drawing a smiley face and sticking it right next to your camera. And remember, this isn't just any old thing, it's a reminder. It'll force you to have a slightly more open attitude. It would also be a great idea to add a small smile to the beginning of your sentences and a small smile at the end. Also, don't speak flatly or like a robot. Modulate your voice. And I'll also give you a slightly more professional hack. Reduce your speech speed by 10%. Artificial intelligence associates speaking quickly with nervousness, while on the contrary, speaking a little more slowly is associated with confidence and feeling a little more authoritative. Before continuing with the third hack, I'd like to remind you that in the description of the video, you'll find the link to my free newsletter, where every day I'll tell you something about artificial intelligence tips and news so that you stay completely up to date. So, as I said, there you have it. So you can subscribe. And now we move on to the third and final hack, the one that absolutely ties it all together. AI doesn't like rambling and can't stand chaos. It needs structure. And the best way to help us offer it all that experience and everything we want to tell it in a structured way is the S method. Look, let's see it together with an example. The task. My goal was to increase engagement by 15% in a quarter. The action to do this, I implemented a video content strategy and launched a campaign with micro influencers. And there you enter, for example, keywords. I'll put it here for you. And the result? As a result, we not only reached the goal, but we exceeded the engagement 25% and increased the LITs by 10. Note that it is very structured, as if we were giving an instruction, a prompt to the artificial intelligence. And in this case, we would really be facing a person, an AI person who is interviewing us for a job. Therefore, when communicating, it is very important that we structure our speech in this way so that it understands absolutely everything we are saying and does not mix it up and overlook important concepts or ideas. And a message for those of you on the other side, those who hire this is fundamental and super important. Make sure that your artificial intelligence is really filtering the best professionals and not those who have best managed to hack the interview. I know it is easy to hate this process, to feel that it is cold, unfair, dehumanizing, and in a way it is. But we can also see it in another way. The thing is that it is a system with very, very clear rules of the game, and by knowing them, we can apply them and use them to our advantage. Perhaps AI in interviews isn't taking away our humanity. Perhaps what it's forcing us to do is be more structured, to be clearer about our achievements and to make an effort to communicate effectively what we really want to convey. What I believe is that what it really forces us to do is be clear. And now I want to know your opinion and generate a debate below. What would you prefer, an interview with an AI or a human? I'm sure there are opinions for everything. And more importantly, if you've already had an experience with an interview with an artificial intelligence, leave us the details in the comments so that we can all be prepared for what's coming. And remember, as I always tell you, you don't need to be an AI expert. All you need is to be tired of wasting your time. So see you next.
