1onONE Damon Davis: Myron Golden, Anyone Can Get Rich Starting From Anywhere - Trash Man To Cash Man

Recorded interview on Damon Davis' One on One show with Myron Golden (author of From the Trashman to the Cashman). Golden recounts his rise from earning $6.25/hour as a trash collector to six-figure and multi-six-figure income, frames wealth as a God-given (biblical) idea, and teaches practical, scripture-rooted principles for creating and stewarding wealth (e.g., study what rich people do, redeem time, four spiritual planes of value: implementation, unification, communication, imagination). He cites Genesis (gold mentioned 8 times) to argue gold/money is providence/possession/provision for God's people, offers a "two-sentence wealth formula," promises a money-management method (chapter 11) that can make someone "never be broke again," gives examples (a student now producing $10M/year), and presents a paid bundle (videos + two $99 workshop tickets) and follow-up resources (live workshops, One on One Academy). The segment closes with a prayer and strong call-to-action.

Well, I want to welcome you to a very special edition of today's program. Every now and then, I have the joy and the privilege to talk about something that so many people, statistically and probably you and the people that are here in our audience are struggling through, trying to figure out, don't have enough of it, trying to get more of it. It's the thing that seems to be fleeting, slipping through our hands. It seems to be the thing sometimes we can't keep mold. It seems to be the thing we can't get our hands on. What am I talking about? Yes, you guessed it. It's spelled M O N E Y. I'm gonna call it like this. Cash. Listen. Money is the thing that. That can solve many problems. Money is the thing that can create many problems. Myron Goldin his new book, from the Trashman to the Cashman. How anyone can get rich, Starting from anywhere. I'm Damon Davis. This is one on one. Don't touch the dial. Call someone, text them, Facebook them, tweet them, say, tune in. We're about to dive into the deep end of the pool where the money is. We're about to find the answers to the questions you have. And let me tell you something. I don't mind shouting for Jesus to say. If I were rich, there's a lot of things I could do for the kingdom. And that means you today. We'll be right back.
Myron Golden. Pleasure to have you, sir.
Pleasure to be here. Pleasure to be here. Absolutely.
You've written a new book. It's called from the Trash man to the Cash Man. And you're making a big promise that I'm really holding onto.
How anyone can get rich, starting from anywhere.
Define anywhere. Just I always like to lay some context.
That's a good place to start.
Yeah.
Okay. So anywhere. I was a trash man making $6.25 an hour. I went from being a trash man making $6.25 an hour to being the cash man making six figures and multiple six figures, sometimes on a monthly basis, sometimes in a week. I've had the experience where we've done it in a day and even in an hour. And I know that sounds so ridiculous, I know it sounds so unbelievable, but there are only two alternatives. It's either true or it's not. And if it's not true, I would be an absolute imbecile to say that on national television. Yeah, it would be.
But I want to say to you that I don't just have anyone on the show and we have fun in these programs, and we bring people on that have ideas. But I'm looking for more than just ideas. I'm looking for people who have the evidence of what is found in that book called the Bible.
Yes, sir. That's where it's at.
Are able to, you know, to give us the indicators? No. The blueprint, the roadmap to do what you've done.
Sure.
And I am no stranger to the world that you live in. I'm going to call it business opportunity and prosperity. I have been to the top of the mountain and I have had all the money that you could want. But without purpose and without an understanding of what it's all about. It's an empty place. There's nothing there. What is amazing about you, you're an author, you're a speaker, you're a mentor, you're a life coach. You might as well be a pastor. Because you're getting into people's lives. You're changing them from the inside out.
That's where change happens, real change.
And you're teaching them how to duplicate, repeat what you've done. Did I get it right?
You got it absolutely right.
And you love Jesus.
Oh, with everything in me. See, what a lot of people don't get is a lot of Christian people don't like the word rich. Like, we hear the word rich and we're kind of like, I don't know. That doesn't feel good.
Right.
But we have to understand that rich is a biblical term. The scripture says, the blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. If rich were bad, the blessing of the Lord wouldn't make you rich. Right. So rich can't be a terrible idea. We don't like the idea of money because we have this idea, or wealth or abundance because we have this idea that somehow money is materialistic. I don't want people to think I'm materialistic. I don't want me to feel materialistic. So what do I do? I act like I don't like money when secretly I'm like, it's the thing I'm most concerned about. Right?
Yeah.
Yeah. But the fact is, when we understand what the scripture says about wealth, money or whatever you want to call it, abundance, riches. Wealth is a good idea because wealth is a God idea.
Oh, that's good.
Now, what does that mean when I say wealth is a good idea? Because wealth is a God idea. If you're going to study the Bible and you're going to really understand what it's saying, not Just what it says. See, the logos is what the word of God says. Right. But the rhema is what the word of God is saying and what it says.
Absolutely right, Absolutely.
So you have to apply three principles of accurate Bible interpretation. Those three principles are the law of definition, the law of context, and the law of first mention. What does that mean? Well, the law of context means if I come to a conclusion about a text in the scripture that's different, that contradicts the context that it's in, or the context of the entire Bible, then I have misunderstood it.
Got it.
Got it. Okay. If I don't do a word study and study every single solitary. The definition of every single solitary word from the original language, then I do not understand what the passage is saying.
Got it.
And then I have to apply context. Context and definitions. And then the third one is the law first mentioned. And that is, however, God mentions something first in scripture. That's his original design for that thing.
Wow.
Now, the law of first mention, however God mentions it the first time, that's his original design.
Okay.
Right. So my question is, what is the substance universally around the world? I'll give you a clue. My name is Myron Golden. Okay. What's the substance, the substance universally around the world that's recognized as wealth, as abundance, as rich? What is it? Gold. Gold.
It's gold, of course.
Did you know that in the book of Genesis, the first book of the Bible, Yeah. Gold is mentioned multiple times. Now my question was, how many times is it mentioned? I thought, well, Damon, it's got to be in there a hundred times.
I would have just guessed maybe 10.
Okay, well, your guess was closer than mine because the actual number was eight times.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. What?
The word gold is mentioned in the first book in the Bible eight times. So if we can. If we can comprehend how gold is used in the book of Genesis, we can understand the purpose for gold, whether we call it gold, money, riches, abundance, wealth, whatever, prosperity, whatever you want to call it. If we can comprehend how gold is mentioned in the first book in the Bible, it will give us an idea of the purpose of it in the rest of the Scripture. Does that make sense?
It does. It's logical.
It is logical.
Which, by the way, most books and most speakers, with respect, and most systems that are designed to teach us how to amass create wealth, they're full of hype.
Yes.
Full of excitement. And very little logic or principles practical that we actually can, can apply.
Right. But there's nothing more exciting than practical principles that we can apply. So when you begin to uncover practical principles that you apply, that you can apply, you don't need hype.
Exactly.
Right. So come on.
So let's look at. Let's look at the eight times that. And we're not going to look at them individually. We're just going to kind of COVID them quickly. And then you can go study it for yourself to find out that Myron's not making this up. I feel like if the apostle Paul can have people checking up on him and he's okay with it, I'm okay with you checking up on me. Okay. And it's really amazing to me that every time gold is mentioned in the book of Genesis, by the way, there are no exceptions to what I'm about to tell you. Well, every time gold is mentioned in the book of Genesis, it is either mentioned as providence for God's people.
A possession by God's people, or a provision for God's people.
Whoa.
Without exception.
Hit that one more time. Every time gold is mentioned without exception, you mean.
I mean, there are no exceptions to what I just said.
This is it.
These three. When it's mentioned in the book of Genesis, it is either mentioned as a providence for God's people.
Okay. Which means. And I'm sorry, break.
Providence. The word providence means to provide in advance. That's what the word providence means. God provides something. God put something there because he knew you would be there. And when you got there, he wanted to be there for you when you got there. Whoa. So that's providence. And that's mentioned in Genesis chapter two, which is kind of amazing because God said not only did God put gold in the garden of Eden, but he told us gold was in the garden of Eden. And he told us that the gold in that land is good. Now here's what I find fascinating. Maybe you'll find it fascinating as well. There's gold in the garden of Eden. There are only two people. There's nothing for sale, nothing to buy, and no stores.
Right.
Why would God put gold in the garden of Eden?
I was about to ask.
Right. Isn't that a good question?
Of course.
There's only one answer I can come up with. Because opulence is the natural environment for the children of the king.
Oh, man.
How many of us aren't living in opulence?
Okay.
My goodness. But that was then a design.
That's design. That's God's original design.
I don't want you to be living in a broken down environment, driving a broken down car, wearing raggedy Hand me down clothes. No, I want you to be a representation of the best of the best of the king.
Exactly.
Keep going.
Exactly. Number two, as a possession by God's people. The second time the word gold is mentioned is in Genesis chapter 13, where it says, now Abram. Abram's the father of the faith before his name was changed to Abraham. It's really interesting when you study his life because Abram's. Abram was an old man. In Genesis, chapter 12. He was 75 years old. He had no children, but he had lots of money. Here's what it says. It says In Genesis, chapter 13, verse 2, it says, Now, Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver and in gold. Now, was he rich? No, he wasn't rich. He was very rich. Okay?
He was getting paid.
He was getting paid. And he's the patriarch. He's the father of the faith. By the way, Hebrews get this. Like the Jewish people get this. The Jewish people are less than 1% of the population of the world, control more than 40% of the world's wealth. And it's not because they have an extra financial gene. Right. It's not because they're all crooks and criminals. It's because they understand what the Bible teaches about generational wealth. Amen. Okay. They don't make their children start over just because they turned 18.
Wow.
Okay.
Wow.
So Abram was very rich in cattle and silver and gold. Possession by God's people. The third one. It's talking about the third one that we're going to mention. The context. This is not the third time it's mentioned, but this is the third context it's mentioned as a provision for God's people. Here's what it says. It says in Genesis, chapter 42, it says that Pharaoh took the gold chain off his neck and the ring off his finger and put it on Joseph's neck and on Joseph's finger. That shows us that gold was intended as a provision for God's people. So. And by the way, if you really want to understand the. That's not by the way. There are no isolated doctrines in scripture. If the Bible teaches anything, it teaches it in more than one place. We have to understand that.
You got to back up on this.
I missed that. Here's Joseph.
Here's Joseph.
He's being elevated.
He's being elevated from a prison.
Yeah, there's a lot of. Look, man, there's a lot of people in prison today. They've come through some stuff. They're going through some stuff.
Yes, sir.
But God's faithful.
God is faithful.
He going to bring us through that to that.
He'S going to promote us. Here's Joseph. Promoted, elevated, and a pharaoh and decorated. He does what? He takes the.
The ring off his finger, the chain off his neck, the gold chain off his neck, put it on Joseph's neck, which is a. Which shows us in an illustration that when God has ordained that people who don't know him have wealth, he's the reason he gave it to them is so that they can hand it over to us. Now, I know that people don't like the sound of that, but. But me too, but Ecclesiastes. Ecclesiastes 2:16 actually tells us that. That God gives to the sinner to lay up and to work. And then it says, but that he may give it to him that is good before God. The scripture tells us that the reason God put people here who don't know him is so that they can create stuff for his children.
This. You do know that this I know.
Is a very different. Well, no.
Well, yeah, it's definitely different because I haven't heard it. But this is a deep, profound revelation.
It is, but the Word of God is a deep, profound revelation in the fact that the Word of God is infinite and we are finite. So if you've ever stood in front of a mirror and held a mirror in front of a mirror, and it looks like it keeps reflecting back and forth and it looks like there's no end. Oh, yeah, that is the word of God. It goes so deep, we cannot get to the bottom of it. When I read the Bible, the scripture tells me. When I read the Bible, the Bible reads me, right? It's a living book. The Word of God is quick.
It's a mirror.
It's a mirror. That's right.
You've come a long way, man.
God is good.
I mean, I was just talking about Joseph and I'm like, okay, came from the pit.
Yes.
To the penthouse.
Yes, sir.
Here is a man who's gone from.
Being a trash man making $6.25 an.
Hour to you to walk in ATL for Jesus.
I've got students that are making six figures month.
Six figures. What do you mean students?
People that I've taught.
So you teach people?
I teach people to create wealth in their life from a biblical perspective. I've got one student who, when he first started learning some of the principles that I teach, his business was inside out and upside down big time. And that was nine years ago. His business now, which I showed him the principles do this, this, this, this, and this. Now produces for this man $10 million a year in revenue.
Good God Almighty. Who wants to sign up?
But by the way, I can't take credit for that. I know I can't take credit for it. It's the principles.
I know, but you know what you demand because you had to do something.
You have to do.
Okay? You didn't just fall into this.
I'm so glad you said.
You know what I mean?
I know exactly what I mean.
I mean, you had to learn something. You had to practice some stuff.
Yes, sir.
You had to follow the steps. Making money ain't easy.
You had to persist through the difficulty. You know, it's really interesting. It's really interesting that so many Christians are praying for God to bless them financially. And the reality is you got here too late to pray that prayer. God has already blessed us. The blessing is in the book. And when we put the book in us and then we begin to apply those principles, we activate that word.
Come on.
His word becomes our flesh.
Yeah. Amen.
And we walk it out, and it begins to produce what it produces. What does it produce? Here's what he said. My word shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereunto. I sent it. Two things we know. One, I can't do God's part. Number two, he won't do my part.
But if we can become, if we can begin.
Let me back up on that, because you know what? If we can discover.
Yes, sir.
What to do.
Yes, sir.
Then we can begin and become collaborators.
You are absolutely hitting the nail on the head.
Okay? To begin to.
Discover the blessing, see the blessing fulfilled. Because the last time I checked, y', all, when those hands were on that cross, there were three words spoken. It is finished. But we don't feel finished, does it? Right now, as we speak, you're talking about $10 million. Let me tell you something. Statistically, and you probably can give me the actual number, but what I recall is that statistically, you know, we got a lot of people, many people, literally $200 a month away from financial ruin.
Right?
How big is that audience?
That's a big audience. Billions of people. But the reason. The reason people struggle financially, if you think about it like this, if the word of God has all the answers, we say it does, and then we act like it doesn't.
Right?
Right.
Right.
Okay. But if the word of God has all the answers, it has the answers for our finances. As well. Here's one of the biggest reasons people struggle. Because they don't understand that money is not materialistic. It is not physical. Money is spiritual. Money is a. And when I say money is spiritual, I mean money is a spiritual concept. If I held in my hand a hundred dollar bill and I held in this hand a penny, and I do this with audiences when I'm doing events around the country, I ask them, which one's worth more, the penny or the $100 bill? Inevitably, somebody will say, the penny. And then I say, well, which one would you rather have? Everybody says the $100 bill. Right. Of course, the reason you say the hundred dollar bill is because the $100 bill is worth more. But the reason people say the penny is two reasons. Number one, because when an answer to a question is too simple, too obvious, we've been programmed by the world system to believe it must be the opposite, of course. Exactly. Okay. So we go through life looking for the hard answers and wonder why we can't find the easy answers. Okay. Number two is because the material that the penny's made out of, copper, is worth more than the material the $100 bill is made out of. Paper.
Got it.
But the value of money is not the material it's made out of. You know what creates the value in money? Two things. The message that it carries and the faith that it creates.
Goodness gracious.
See, do you understand that words create faith?
Yeah.
So on a penny it says $0.01, which means 1% of $1. On a $100 bill, it says $100. So that message that is written on that hundred dollar bill and that message is written on that penny creates faith in you to believe that one's worth one amount and one's worth another amount. The faith that it creates shows you that money is spiritual. Another reason money is spiritual is because money represents something that's not there.
Oh, man.
Right, yeah. So you did some work. Somebody paid you.
Yeah.
Okay. The person who paid you is not there. The work that you did is not there. You have the money to prove to other people. I have served someone other than myself, and that is why I deserve for you to serve me.
Wow.
Money is spiritual. And people, the reason money is the reason, the fact that money is spiritual is so important is because there are. Money is earned on a spiritual plane. There are four spiritual planes on which we can earn. If you operate on the lower spiritual planes, you're going to make a little bit of money. If you operate on the higher spiritual planes, you'll Make a lot of money.
Yeah.
And that's literally how it works if you operate. I'll tell you what the four spiritual planes are, if you want to ask me what that means. And by the way, this is the first chapter in the first book of the Bible. This whole thing I'm talking about, it's in Genesis, chapter one and two. Everything you just described, everything, everything I'm describing right now is in Genesis 1 and 2. And here's what it teaches us. The four levels of value are. Number one, implementation. That's the lowest level of value. You are the person who does the thing. You use your muscles to make money.
Got it?
You're going to make a limited amount of money. Like when I was a trash man, I was making $6.25 because I was an implementer. I was the person who did the thing. The next to the lowest level of value is called unification. And that is you use your management skills to make money or you manage the people who do the thing.
Got it?
Right. The third level of value, which seems like it's getting easier as you move up it is the third level of value is called communication. Communication is the third highest level of value, by the way. That's one of the reasons why human beings are not higher forms of animals. Human beings are different than animals. That's a whole nother conversation I'll come back to. But human beings are not animals because we have language. Language is a spiritual thing. Right. Words have spiritual power. So communication is the third highest level of value. The highest level of value. By the way, if you operate in the communication plane, you can make on the low end, $100,000 a year. On the high end, you might make 100 million. Okay. And then the highest level of value that can be delivered in the world in the marketplace is imagination. The people who come up with ideas. I've got my smartphone here, right? The guy who came up with the idea for the smartphone is at the.
Top of the heap.
Is at the top of the heap. That company, that company became the largest market cap company in the world because they had an idea.
And the idea produced the communicator and.
The communicator produced the unifier. Unifier. Produce the implementation.
And then the doers.
And the doers. Exactly.
I want to hit two points.
You talked about the spiritual aspect of the penny and the dollar. And as I heard you speaking.
I heard process.
I heard strategy, I heard steps. You know, we say spirituality is just speak it and something mystical takes place, which certainly God can do. But People don't understand that spirituality in the supernatural realm, spiritual is essence. It's essence, man. I mean, even when God spoke and it became into, you know, there was a process. There were steps, there was discovery, there was strategy. There were mysteries revealed in the fullness of time. That's what you're talking about.
That's what I'm talking about.
And in that diagram you just described, I hear something spiritual.
It is. It is very spiritual. And the lower you are on that plane using your muscles to make money is not very spiritual. That's why people's jobs get replaced by machines.
And how many people would you say, I'm not asking for statistic Worldwide, there's a lot of people living in that plane right there.
They live in that plane right there because they stay there because they've been taught and they've been programmed to believe that that's morally good and right and safe. And safe.
Don't take risks.
Don't take risks.
Don't upset the apple cart.
Don't upset the apple cart. Right. So they believe in what they've known. And so they believe in two things. Well, you work harder and you trade more time for money. But you know what's really interesting? The scripture says redeeming the time because the days are evil. The word redeem means to buy back. There are a couple. Like, if you do a word study on that word, redeem, it means to buy back. It means to rescue from loss. It means to improve opportunity. So the scripture says I should buy back my time, rescue it from loss, and improve opportunity.
Man.
Why? Because it says the days are evil. You know what that word evil means? It doesn't mean evil like the devil is evil.
Okay?
It means evil, like difficult in nature. The scripture says, buy back your time, rescue it from loss, and improve your opportunity because life is hard. But what people. So God says, buy back our time. We do the exact opposite. We sell our time to the highest bidder and we wonder why we can't get ahead. We're doing the exact opposite of what the scripture tells us.
We're not stewarding what he gave us.
We're not stewarding what he gave us.
Are you sure you're not a Bible teacher?
I am. I'm pretty sure I am. I'm a Bible student.
All this stuff's in this book.
There's so many of these principles in this book and so many principles that are not just in that book, but in the principles that we teach. We've got other books and we've got other Books that are coming out. But this book was the book where I gave the two sentence wealth formula. Okay. And I know that sounds like an oversimplification too, doesn't it? Two sentence wealth formula. Here it is. And it's in the first chapter of the book. If you want to become rich, find out what rich people do financially, comma, and do the same thing, period. Wow, that's number one simple, right? And make it a study. Like study rich people. You know what we do in America? We don't study rich people. You know what we do? We hate on them.
Yeah, we do.
And you will never work to be. We say, I'd like to be rich. And then we hate on rich people. And we don't even understand that I will never work to become something I despise. I've got internal conflicts. I don't even realize I have internal conflicts. I'm hating on wealthy people and I'm thinking they're all crooks and criminals. And. And then I'm telling myself I'd like to be rich, but then I'm fighting against myself because I think there's something wrong with it.
Yeah.
Okay.
Do you find. Some people look at that and say there's self doubt or I couldn't do what they do.
They do, but that's. See all that's lies to the enemy. So if you think about, if you think about the word belief, like the apostle Paul said, we walk by faith, not by sight.
That's right.
He wasn't commending us for doing that. He was telling us that we should do that. Here's why the apostle Paul said we walk by faith, not by sight, or we should walk by faith, not by sight. Because I can't believe my eyes because my eyes tell lies. What does that mean? That means that physicality is not reality.
Gosh.
I've got to learn to look through the veil of visibility, Gosh. Into the realm of invisibility. And here's what. Invisibility. Here's the realm of invisibility. It's truth. When we talk about spirit, it's the spirit of truth.
Right.
So we can talk about the word spirit, but the word spirit is just the word. The essence of spirit is truth. It's a foundational. It's what everything is built upon.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, yeah. And so what we've got to learn to do is we've got to learn to discern, not decide. There's a difference. We've got to learn to discern what God says is truth and then apply that truth to our lives, and our lives can't help but get better.
If I am watching.
And I'm hearing all of this. Yes, this is a lot of stuff.
It is.
And it's smart and it's logical and it's practical.
And I'm now hearing a man who's gone from making $6 and change an hour to being the cash man, mentoring people, teaching people that some are making millions, millions, literal millions that probably also had a story.
Oh, yeah, for sure.
Where they came from.
I'm wanting to tap into that. I'm wanting to do what you just described. I'm wanting to say, okay, I want to follow what rich people are doing.
That's right, comma, do the same thing.
And do the same thing.
By the way, do you know what the second sentence is? Find out what poor people do, comma, and whatever else you do, don't do that.
But that's profound because you know what you.
How many of us follow what we've seen? We do.
We listen to the folks that are broke as a joke, and we'll do everything they tell us to do. My neighbor said that that's dangerous. It's a scam, really. If they knew that much more than you, they wouldn't be your neighbor. They'd live in a different neighborhood. Right. So we have to get advice from other people who know more than we know. And that's not to imply that everybody who's broke doesn't know anything. But here's what the scripture says. This is not. Myron golden time.
All right. All right.
Here's what the scripture says. The scripture says there was a little city. There was a great king that besieged this little city. But in this city was found a poor wise man. This poor wise man delivered this city from this mighty king. And here's what it says after that. Yet no man remembered that same poor wise man. And it says, wisdom is better than strength. And what does it say right after that? But a poor man's wisdom is despised. One of the reasons sometimes the people in our sphere of life don't want to listen to us because they're watching us struggle through life.
Yeah.
And they look at us and say, if you know that much, how come it ain't working for you?
Yeah. I would say to you, Myron, that people, with respect.
With respect, absolutely.
People look at faith and they look at us believers, as, you know, the sons and daughters of the most high key.
Yes.
And they don't see the manifestation of the glory of the being ahead and not the tail, the living above and not beneath. I would submit that are we not in a season globally, we are in the most important season, I would say, of all humanity, where we got to show something, man.
Absolutely.
And it can't just be talking about the experience with God. I believe in a very educated world who is looking for the evidence, because, believe me, they're going to the superhero movies. They are falling UFOs. They are talking about ghosts, vampires, and.
All the rest of them.
I mean, we're wired, right? We're wired to be tapping into the supernatural.
Absolutely.
We got to show them something. Absolutely. So beyond buying the cars and buying the houses and getting out of debt and living the American dream, it's not part of our motivation to be. God wants to make me rich. God wants to bless me so that I can be a blessing.
That's right. So that you can be a light in a dark world.
Come on.
So that you can have something that people who see you desire. The answers that you have, not the stuff you have. The most valuable thing you'll buy with money is not a house and it's not a car. The two most valuable things that you can do with money are. One is buy back your time, and two is leave a generational inheritance for your children and your children's children. You don't make your children start over. You don't make your grandchildren start over. You create a family legacy.
Amen.
That's the name of the game.
Is that why you wrote the book, beyond sharing your story?
Yeah, it wasn't even about sharing my story.
Well, obviously not, because I'm, like, looking at pictures of you holding up cash.
You like telling me, and I got to this money grid on how this acceleration of money happened in your life. I couldn't believe my eyeballs. But you tell me how to do it, man.
I do tell you how to do it.
I mean, why I got to be. I got to get into the flesh for a moment. Can I just be real?
Keep it real.
All right.
Man.
You're giving me this information almost. I mean, you could charge me thousands of dollars, and I have clients that.
I charge thousands of dollars. You know what's really interesting? Like, I speak in churches, right?
Yeah.
When I speak in churches, I charge them nothing. If they want to give me an offering, they can. If they don't want to, they don't have to. I go and speak in churches, and I charge them absolutely nothing. I went all the way over to the UK to speak in a church. Charge them anything.
Yeah.
When I go to corporations. Oh, they pay. Oh, they pay big time.
Well, what are you doing for us then? And I respect what you just said because that means, like, Paul, you got.
A tent making business, I got a tent making business.
This is your ministry?
Absolutely.
What is your goal, man? I mean, let's get real with it. There's a lot of people that are listening. They're hanging on to every word right now. There's people in this audience, they're like, I want some of that for the right reasons. What is your goal? What are you trying to do to.
Help God's people understand who they are based on whose they are?
Wow.
That is it. Because once you understand who you are based on whose you are, you understand that if God was talking to you, he would say this, Damon, you can't lose with the stuff I use.
That's the real essence of the word of God. See, we have taken the word of God, the most powerful force on this planet. We have taken it and turned it into a bunch of religious conversations.
Yeah.
God is not the author of religion. God is the author of truth.
Yeah, that's right. And he's not the author of confusion.
He's not the author of confusion. But of what?
Truth. Truth. Truth.
Power. Love. Sound mind.
Sound mind. And there's a lot of stuff out there. I mean, there's a lot of books that are promising to teach you how to make money. We've probably everyone in this room, at least I know I have. And I know so many people watching, have bought some system on TV that says it can teach how to make money in real estate. It can teach how to make money in low classified ads, blah, blah, blah. And all that has left us is depleted of cash we didn't have hopeful, but now discouraged and disappointed. And to be blunt, we've just gone back to what's safe and normal. And here you come along with biblical truth.
Biblical truth, practical biblical truth.
Yeah, but may I ask. But you're mapping out actually what to do. And the natural.
This is what you do. Absolutely. Absolutely.
And you've done it. And you've done it.
Oh, absolutely. Over and over and over again. And I've helped other people do it.
You're still doing it.
Still doing it. There's a principle in this book, a money management principle that I call I can if my can say I can if you will begin to practice those principles from that chapter. I think it's chapter 11 in the book. You will never be broke again, period. It's not possible for you to Ever be broke again?
You mean to tell me I'm gonna put you on the spot?
Put me on the spot, you mean. I like being on the spot, by the way.
Well, brother, this is a serious topic. I mean, it really is. Do you know how many suicides happened last year for money problems? Do you know how many marriages fell apart for money problems? I mean, one of the biggest topics of this year's election was spotlighting. We got a problem in this country. The country that was powerful enough at a certain time to send missionaries across the globe. We are now up to our eyeballs and beyond in debt. We're so broke we can't see tomorrow. And here comes a guy.
Praise God for you, by the way. God is good to say. All right, here you go. Just one strategy alone.
You'll never be broke again.
I'll never be broke again. All right, so that's possible. All right, well, then let's break down. What do you mean, broke? Define broke.
Without money.
Okay, that's plain.
It is.
That's blunt. So first of all, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I gotta get real with it, okay? Are there a lot. You travel the world. You meet with a lot of people. You coach a lot of people.
I do.
Train a lot of people.
I do.
Do you know a lot of broke. Excuse me. Before you. Before you came along.
Oh, yeah.
Were there a lot of broke people?
Oh, yeah.
So can you take someone that is broken? Okay. Because I'm going to tell you right now, being real, that's about 60% of people watching right now, where they are maybe 70, maybe they're like, I barely got. I got more weak than my money, man. I'm robbing Peter to pay Paul.
If indeed, like we talked about earlier, money is spiritual and it creates faith. If a person is really broke, they're broke because of their belief systems. They're broke because of what they believe. Your beliefs create your belief. Right? So think about it. Think about the word believe.
Yeah.
Be, live.
Yeah. Yeah.
Ooh, Right. Believe. Right. Because when I'm doing seminars, I'll write Believing, Believing, Believing on the board. Right. And I'll separate the be from the leaving. And I'll say, you will be living. I'll scratch out that E. Right. You will be living what you're believing. And then I'll scratch out the V, even though you be lying. What does that mean?
Oh, that's good.
Everything we tell ourselves about a future outcome, we made it up.
Yeah.
Now, I either made it up based on what the word of God says, or I either made it up based on what the word of the enemy says. Do you understand that? Faith and doubt are both belief.
Yeah.
Faith is belief in the promise of God that he's gonna bless you, that he's gonna prosper you. Doubt is belief in the word of the enemy. I'm gonna kill you. I'm gonna destroy you. I'm gonna rob you.
Yeah.
So the question really is, I mean, if we want to talk about why people are broke, it's based on who are they believing?
Yeah.
You are broke because of who you are believing and because of what you're believing. My God, God's word is not true. God's word is truth. There's a difference between what's true and what's truth. See, what's true is dynamic. It can change. What's truth is static.
That's right.
It never changes. Truth never changes. See, when I was born, I was a baby. That was true, but it wasn't truth. Yeah, right. When I was five, I was a boy. That was true, but it wasn't truth. It could change.
That's right.
But the word of God is life.
And it does not change.
It doesn't change.
Which means. And I'm sorry, we're running out of time. But I'm going to tell you what. I need you to come back.
Well, I can't wait.
In fact, I'm going to sit here. Let's keep going. Oh, my. We're out of time.
Whoo. Are we really?
Yeah, we're out of time, but we're going to stay. That means that the principles found in the book do not change. They work every time.
They work every time.
That means that if I am trying to get Just help. Run with me here. So if I'm in a position with a company and I'm trying to get a raise, these truths will help me accomplish that. If I am fighting because of problems in my marriage, because of money, understanding money can help me get out of that. Okay, so if I'm broke. If you're broke, and I need a strategy.
Yes.
And I never want to be broke again.
Yes.
I'm going to find it here.
You're going to find it there.
Whoo. We're coming back next week. In fact, I'm going to tell you right now, we're going to keep recording and you can go online and see the next show. Because, man, I don't know how to cut the show down to half Another. Because you're like a walking Encyclopedia Britannica from heaven to Tell me how to get out of where I'm at to get to where God declared I'm supposed to be.
Where you're supposed to be. Absolutely. Based on who you are, based on whose you are. God, one of the worst people in scripture, asked one of the best questions in scripture.
What was it?
Amnon. Amnon had a friend whose name was Jonadab. And here's what Jonadab's Jonadab said to Amnon. He said, why art thou being the king's son lean from day to day? I believe that that is such a great question. Why are you. You're one of the children of the king. Why are you lean from day to day? He asked it for lean. Lean is in. Lean is in.
Ain't got much.
Ain't got much. Lacking in what you're lacking in what you need.
Got it right. Who gets it right? Okay.
He was asking the question for a wrong reason, for a wrong motive. But it's really a great question.
Yeah.
Because God is the king of kings.
Yeah.
He's the Lord of lords. He owns everything.
Right.
And by the way, he created us. You know what the scripture tells us? What's the most. What's the primary objective of our lives? Matthew 6:33. Matthew 6:33. But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.
Right.
My question is this. If you don't know what the kingdom of God is, if you can't define it, how in the world will you even know if you found it? How you want to know? I'm seeking the kingdom of God. Okay, so what is the kingdom of God that you're seeking? Well, it's. No, no, that's not what it is. By the way, can I give you, like, if you can't say what the kingdom of God is in a sentence, you don't understand what you're looking for?
Well, I don't want you to answer it here, ok? Because guess what you're going to do in my next show.
And what am I going to do in your next show?
You're going to tell me what the kingdom of God is.
I'm going to tell you what the kingdom of God.
You're going to help us understand what home show is supposed to be, but you're going to help me understand what is the kingdom here?
What is the kingdom of God on this? That's right.
Because let me tell you something, man.
It'S mind blowing what it is, though.
Well, if I'm. Look, if we're serving the king.
Yes. And we are the kings of kingdom.
We shouldn't be lean.
No, sir.
We shouldn't be without. We shouldn't be broken down, fractured. You know what a very dear, dear, dear man of influence in my life, who's my spiritual dad, said to me, I said, can you define prosperity? He said, let me define it for you. Because most people think it's just about money. Let me tell you what prosperity is. Nothing missing, nothing broken, everything whole. I'm ready to walk as a man of prosperity. Aren't you ready to have nothing missing, nothing broken, everything whole. That means that when we find the devil, we get him out of the house. He has to give back everything he stole.
Come on now.
And I'm going to take a hundredfold. How about you?
Somebody marching to the enemy's camp. Yes, sir.
The Trashman who became the Cashman. From the Trashman to the Cashmen. My God, how anyone can get rich. Starting from anywhere you have put together. Going to go to a break. You've put together a bundle of resources that I don't know how else to describe except to say it this way.
You would spend thousands of dollars because corporations are to sit with this man and be taught the steps to move out of where you are to where God has declared you're supposed to be.
Yes, sir.
All right, thousands of dollars. But by God's grace, and because you are sowing seed into what we're doing here. Yes, sir, you are. You are giving us a bundle for a fraction of that.
Oh, for sure.
So that we can get connected to you, to learn what we need to know to be championed so we can.
Step into our place.
To step into our rightful place.
Step into our rightful place, which is.
To step out of a place that's not where we're supposed to be.
That's right.
You know, you're. You're. I'm telling you, man, what you care. You know, you know this, but I'm going to tell you because I work with everybody. You are. You're carrying a. A spiritual mantle of. Of blessing and prosperity. Yeah. I don't know if you know that. And I think that. I think not to get hocus pocus or super spiritual, but I'm sorry, I am.
I think you're going to unlock some stuff supernaturally in people's lives. Here's people that have given up believing. When you did that, when you talk about the believing. Good God Almighty. I almost shouted. And there's people who have stopped believing. They've given into the Lie of the devil.
Yes.
That they are not good enough. They are not able. They are not capable. They've stopped even charging that hill anymore. And they've started listening to people who have no idea what they're talking about.
You're a guy who's over there and you're waving a big flag and you're saying, where you are is not where God wants you to be. I'm over here saying, come on. Where the burden is easy, the yoke is easy, the burden is light. Where there is access, there is opportunity, there is advantage. There is no stress and no sorrow. And he ain't going to add any of that to it. We have got to know how to get from there, from here to there. Is your system going to teach me that? What's in this bundle, man?
Well, one of the things that's in the system is me speaking at a church in Tampa, Florida on Genesis chapter one. I promise you, the likes of which you have never heard. It's called how to make the rest of your life the best of your life. The beautiful thing about Genesis chapter one is God showed us the entire picture of the purpose for our lives. People say, I don't know what my purpose is. Your purpose is in Genesis chapter one. Your purpose is in Genesis chapter one. My purpose is in Genesis chapter one. I find it fascinating that when we talk about God and I say God is, you say God is good, right? Everybody says good all the time. Or if I say God is, somebody might say, he's holy, God is righteous, God is just. God is jealous God. And we have all these different things that we say God is. But you know what's really fascinating about the first thing that comes to our mind? None of those things are the first thing that God told us about God. The first thing that God tells us about God is in the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Now, my question as a young person, like as a teenager, was, why would he do that? The only answer I've been able to find, and if you find a better one, please let me know. It is because he is creative, and therefore it is his nature to create. So the very first thing God tells us about himself is that he is creative. The very first thing that God tells us about us is, is that he created us in his image, which means he created us to be creative. So when you talk about your purpose, what is the purpose for your life? The purpose for your life is to live in your creative space and make the world a better place. Because if you live in Your creative space. You can and will make the world a better place. But you know the problem? The problem is we grew up in Egypt and see in the world. Egypt is a type of the world. In Egypt, Pharaoh had God's people making bricks. God never made a brick in his life. God makes stones. Here's the difference between a brick and a stone. Every brick is the same size. It's the same weight. It's made out of the same thing. It's the same shape. But there's never been two stones in the history of the world that are exactly alike. God builds with stones. Man builds with bricks. And here's the problem with your life. You wonder why you're struggling is because you are attempting to live a brick life, and God made you a stone.
Shoo.
You're attempting to be what the world system has made you.
Good job.
It's in Genesis, chapter one.
So many of us, we're living like bricks.
We're living like bricks.
Conformity.
Conformity. Be not conformed to this world.
What? Say it.
Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind. The word conform means to be made like something with pressure from the outside. You said it earlier. See, we have to learn how to live this life inside out. But don't be trans. Don't be conformed. Don't be made like the world with pressure from the outside, but be transformed. That's changed from the inside out. You let that truth get in you. The truth will change you.
But you got to have the knowledge.
Yes.
You've got to understand the steps you do, and you got to get those from somebody who has cut the path, man.
Yes.
I want to take advice.
Look, you're not going to live here long enough to figure it out on your own.
Well, some of us have been living a long time trying to figure out on our own. And we're like, okay, I'm ready to surrender. To what? God.
Oh, keyword.
Come on and tell me. And that God loves us so much that he brings somebody along to say, okay, you did awesome. But let's just do one little tweak. You are so close to the finish line. You're like, just take this path.
Exactly.
And that can make all the difference in the world.
All the difference in the world.
I mean, when I want advice, I want to get it from somebody who's been there, done it, got the shirt.
Yes, sir.
So you have been to the bottom. Oh, you know what? It looks like you have seen it.
I grew up on the bottom you struggled.
But you know what it looks like to get to the top. You know what the top looks like, and you obviously know how to stay there.
God is good.
Amen.
Amen.
What's in this bundle?
So, a video. How to make the rest of your life the best of your life. It's so critical. It's like it is the. I've been studying the Bible for 37 years. How to make the rest of your life the best of your life is the most powerful, important biblical principle I have learned since I got saved at 16 years old. Got it. Okay. Second thing that's in there is understanding the 23rd Psalm as a picture, not as words as a picture. And it's a message that I did called, you've got to go through the valley to get to the vision.
Got it.
Because it shows you that in your life there are three seasons. There's the season of anointing, but there's. And by the way, understand what an anointing is. An anointing is when God sent the prophet to someone's life to reveal to them and the people around them their purpose. That was the anointing. Right. So an anointing is always for an appointing. That's the purpose. Right.
Good.
But between the anointing and the appointing, there is always a season of disappointing. And the season of disappointing is where God gets you ready for what he already has ready for you. So you're going to get the video on. You got to go through the valley to get to the vision. You're going to get the video on how to make the rest of your life the best of your life. You are going to get from the trash man to the cash man, which.
Has just even one principle.
Just one principle? Yeah. This principle.
That I'll never be broke again.
Never be broke again. Never be broke again. And then you're gonna get two tickets to a live workshop, which we do all around the country. Live workshop. They're worth $99 a piece. Those are gonna be in the bundle as well. And I wanna meet these people. I want them to bring their trash man to Cash man book. Wait, I wanna sign their book. I Wanna meet them.
99 bucks. You're saying those are free?
Well, they're worth $99. It's a three hour seminar. It's going to be part of the package.
Dear God in heaven. Okay, I know you're not listening anymore because you ran into the phone.
There are opportunities in life. Those that sometimes come by. Sometimes and unfortunately only ever so often.
Where we Are faced with a tough decision? Are we going to keep doing what we've done and always done and keep getting the same result? Or are we going to try something different? You know what stands in the way so many times? And, Myron, you give me an amen if I'm right on this. What stands in the way so many times of us is fear.
What are you afraid of? What in the world would you possibly have to lose?
Let me ask you this question. What in the world would you possibly have to gain? If this is the decision you made, if this were the opportunity you took advantage of, how might life be different? Where might you be living? What kind of car might you be driving? Clothes that you're wearing? But beyond all of that, what kind of churches could you plant? What kind of children could you feed? What kind of children could you put through school? Come on to a grandma. I'm talking to what you could do for those grandbabies. To a husband. What you could do to rescue your wife and help her launch her dream into business. Or to that wife who could rescue that husband's business. Stop the fighting in the household. Husband comes home, guess what? We are debt free. Come on, somebody.
But in all of that dreaming, it requires doing.
Absolutely.
I've never seen anything happen in the supernatural. I really haven't. Without us being part of.
That's right. God will always do his part.
He will. And he's like, I'm ready. But get into agreement. Absolutely. And do something.
You got to do something.
So we're not here to take anything from you. You already rich, so you don't need their money. You are giving such value. You are sowing seed. Can I say this? You are sowing seed into their future.
And even more importantly than that, I'm teaching them how to sow seed into their future. Not into my. Don't sow a seed into mine.
Come on, y'. All.
Sow a seed into your own field. When God brought the children, children of Israel, into the promised land, he gave them all a plot of land. That plot of land wasn't some place to live. It was a place to build a generational family business. That's why the Lord said, the land shall not be sold forever. The land is mine, saith the Lord. That's why he's the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Yeah, because God is a generational blessing. God.
I mean, we do things the American way. You're 18. Get out of my house. Go start your own life. You know how long? You know how long the Hebrews stayed at home with their parents till they got married. Bible says, then shall a man leave his father and his mother and cleave unto his wife. And they twain shall be one flesh. Isaac lived with his dad to him house. There you go. Now you understand why. Amen.
Can I be bold and ask you one more?
Yes, sir.
I'm going to call it a billion dollar question. Yes, sir. Are you really seeing this work in the. Hold on now. In the ordinary person's life? And I don't mean to be disparaging or offend anybody, but you know what? There are some people watching. They're saying, I am jockeying from so far back, Myron, that this won't work for me.
That's a great question.
You know, you got people that are saying, I didn't graduate. I can barely read, man. Or I can't handle the numbers. I get confused. You watch. But you just. Woo. You just got me fired up. So somebody who's watching change your beliefs. Hold on, hold on.
Okay, they can, they can.
If somebody.
Okay, they can, they can.
Absolutely. I haven't even gotten to the million yet.
Million. The difference is just a couple of zeros.
And it's the effort.
You've got to believe. I heard you say that. You got to believe that this is possible. Yes, yes.
And you have to believe the right things. Here's what I mean by that. If you believe that working harder and working more hours is going to change your life, you are going to be a very tired, broke person.
Yeah, there's a lot of people doing that now.
If you just believe that all I have to do is tithe and give an offering. If you do the right thing with 10% of your money and the wrong thing with 90% of your money, you will be a broke tither.
Absolutely.
You've got to do the right thing with the 10% and then do the right thing with the 90% that's left over.
What I am saying is if you will apply the word of God to your life. The word of God can't help but work. All it knows how to do is work.
Jesus. And that's what you teach here, that's.
What I teach there. But you got to stop believing. The lies of the world system are so embedded in us. What people don't get is you will never behave consistently in a way that's inconsistent with your programming. See, Satan has already set up the system to make you broke. Especially if you're a believer. A lot of people wonder, well, if God wants us to be Rich as his children. Why are so many evil people rich and so many broke people? So many good people are broke, right? Well, it's easy because there's a devil. Yeah. The devil wants good people broke so they don't have money to advance the kingdom. And he wants evil people rich so they can advance all the evil agendas of the world. Oh, yeah, right. And by the way, the Bible teaches that. You know what Satan told Jesus? Watch this. Now this is good. He took him up into the. In Luke chapter four. Took him up into the high mountain, showed him all the kingdoms of the world. By the way, that word kingdom means dominion, authority. Showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And he said, all of this will I give you. Now, we know it says that you'll bow down and worship me. We know it says that, but we missed the next part. Here's what it says.
For that is delivered unto me. That what? That kingdom authority is delivered unto me, and I give it to whomsoever I will. Why are there so many evil people who are broke? Because Satan empowers them to get rich. I mean, why are there so many evil people that are rich? Because Satan empowered them to get rich. But Satan said it was delivered unto me. My question is, who delivered it to him? Yeah, people say God. God didn't deliver that to Satan. You know who delivered it to him? Adam did. God delivered kingdom authority to Adam. In fact, the very first thing that God said to Adam. By the way, when I say Adam, I'm talking about Adam and Eve. Because God called their name Adam. Adam later called her name Eve. Okay, God said to Adam in the Garden of Eden. I'm talking about to the man and the woman. The very first thing he said, the first command, hundreds of years before the ten Commandments. Here's the first thing he said. It says, and God blessed them and said unto them, be fruitful and multiply. Replenish the earth, subdue it and have dominion over the works of my hand. Yes, he did have dominion. What does the word dominion mean? It means authority. It means rule. It means you are a king over this earth.
Yeah.
When man sinned, he handed over the keys to kingdom living to Satan. And Satan, starting in Genesis chapter four, has been empowering his minions, Cain, Lamech, the descendants of Lamech, Jabal, Tubal Cain, empowering his followers to create wealth since that time.
And would it be possible.
That what he's practicing.
And what they are following.
Are actual kingdom principles?
They are kingdom principles that God created. That God Created for us.
So even the enemy knows.
Oh, the enemy knows that it works. The enemy knows better than we know. He's just praying he knows better than we know that it works and how it works.
Because he's blinded. He's blinded God's people's eyes to believing that God wants them to be broke.
He repackaged it. Oh, and handed it over. He repackaged it, handed it over to the enemy and called it something else.
He called it something else. And he's using what belongs to us to build his kingdom. But what he doesn't know is God wrote the last chapter of the book. And the reason he's building it and he has his minions building it is so they can hand it right back over to us.
Look, y', all, I'm ready to take some of my stuff back.
Come on, now.
In fact, I'm ready to get the stuff that's stored up for me.
It is stored up for us.
It's stored up for me.
It's not about the stuff.
It's not about the stuff.
It's about honoring the God who owns everything and demonstrating the kingdom of the universe. Totally for me.
Come on. Totally. Totally. I just am crazy enough to believe that there are thousands and thousands and thousands of good people who love God, who are called according to his purpose, that are watching, that are saying, okay, Lord, if you push this through me, I will use it for your glory. There are thousands upon thousands of people that are, like, waiting. Use me, Lord.
Empower me with wealth, riches, so that I can do what you want to get done here. And I would say that.
We ain't waiting on him.
You just hit the nail on the head.
He's waiting on us.
He's waiting on us.
I want you to look into that camera as this show's wrapping up. I don't want you to tell them what he's waiting for. Brother.
I need to hear from a financial expert, a man who's walked the path, a man who's from the trash man to the cash man.
Who can lead us out.
It doesn't matter whether you look in the Old Testament or the New Testament, the principles are the same. God's design for your financial prosperity is you owning and operating a family business where the mom and the dad work in the business and the children work in the business. And the business is being built to create generational wealth. It's not about, you can have a nicer car, you can have a nicer house, and all that stuff's nice. But at the end of the day. Eventually it just becomes a house where you live. And eventually it just becomes a car that you drive. But you cannot replace. Generational blessings that light. A light for the world to say, God has a better way. And when you understand that and you operate in that, it's a brand new game, it's a whole new day.
And it's never too late.
And it's never too late. The scripture says unto him that is joined to all living, there is hope.
Which means that.
Which means if you're still alive, you still got breath, it's all good, you still got time. The scripture even says that a living dog is better than a dead lion. See, God's word has all the answers. We just haven't learned how to ask the right questions yet.
When is the time to strike? Like if I'm sitting here saying, okay, when is the time for me to get started?
Right now. Now, right now.
What would stand in the way of me doing it? I said, fear. What do you see as the most common thing that stands in the way of somebody that's saying, okay, I'm just going to flip the channel and go back to what's normal Because I've got a good plan and I'm going to keep working my plan and we'll see, maybe six months from now, what? What do you see?
I'm gonna use a different word. I'm gonna use the word anxiety.
Anxiety.
And here's why. Fear can serve you. I live in Florida. I play golf sometime. If I walk up to the green and there's a 12 foot alligator laying by the green getting some sun, you're running like that.
I don't run.
Cause God put the fear of me in them, the dread of man in them, right? So I don't run. All right? But what I don't do is I don't go up there, turn my back to that alligator and putt my ball. I let the alligator keep the ball. Okay, you say, myron, what's your point? My point is fear can serve me. If I'm driving down the road in the middle of the night and I'm tired, my fear of falling asleep at the wheel will cause me to pull into a hotel and spend the night, Right? Fear can serve me. Anxiety never serves you. That's why Jesus said, don't ever have anxiety. Jesus said, take no thought for tomorrow. That doesn't mean don't plan for tomorrow. What that means is don't have any anxiety over tomorrow. Well, you know what? Nobody ever worries about yesterday.
That's true.
Anxiety, worry. Same word the scripture says, be careful for nothing. Exact same word Jesus used when he said, take no thought for tomorrow. Exact same word. Don't have anxiety over tomorrow. Don't have anxiety over anything. Anxiety is the thief of your dreams. Here's what anxiety is. Anxiety is wasting present energy on a future outcome that is undesirable to you. And here's what that looks like. I'm expecting not to have enough money at the end of the month. The end of the month's not here yet. But I'm expecting not to have enough money at the end of the month to pay my bills. And so it's making my heart palpitate in the present. It's making my hands sweat in the present. It's making my forehead sweat in the present. It's robbing me of my energy. So anxiety is literally wasting present energy on a future outcome that's undesirable to us. That's what doubt looks like. That's what worry looks like. That's what anxiety looks like.
And none of that.
None of that is of God. It's not of God at all. And it's the thief of all of your dreams. The thing that has robbed you of everything you desire in your life is anxiety. It is your primary enemies. Now, what you need to replace that with is joyful anticipation. Joyful anticipation. As believers, we are supposed to live in a state of perpetual joyfulness. Here's what the scripture teaches us. The scripture teaches us that we need to use a principle that I call thought replacement. The Bible calls it renewing your mind. Here's what I do. I replace the anxious apprehension of the outcome I don't desire with the joyful anticipation of the outcome I do desire. That's how I do it practically. Now. What does that mean? Anxious apprehension. Okay. Anxious means I'm worried. Apprehension means arrest or stop. I've apprehended. I've stopped it. So when you have anxiety, it stops you from taking action. But I replace the. And what stops me is I'm expecting an outcome that's undesirable to me. People say, I've got a procrastination problem. There's not a person on earth that has a procrastination problem. People have anxiety problems. Procrastination is a symptom of anxiety. It's not a problem ever. The reason people put off doing something they know they should do is because they're worried about it not working. They say, what if it doesn't work? What if it doesn't work? That's the worst question we can ask. What if it doesn't work?
What's the right question?
How can I make it work? Wow. So I need to replace the anxious apprehension of the outcome I don't desire with what the joyful anticipation of the outcome I do desire. Here's what joyful anticipation looks like. Joyful anticipation gives me energy in the present because of an outcome that's in the future. Remember when you were a little kid, day before Christmas, you knew what you were getting and you couldn't sleep? That is exactly what joyful anticipation is. I believe in the promise of God so much. I know what my Father's giving me. He's given me life. He's given me joy. He's given me an expected end. And I know what it looks like because he's already promised it to me. And I am so excited about it that I'm working towards it. That's what joyful anticipation looks like. When I replace the anxious apprehension of the outcome I don't desire with the joyful anticipation of the outcome I do desire. It gives me the ability to act in the present to produce a totally different outcome in the future.
God, we have 20 seconds.
20 seconds.
I believe you have got a spiritual mantle for prosperity. And I would say I believe you. I'm just going to say it.
Have an impartation.
That'S available for people. And I want to. I'm not asking you to do anything crazy. I just want you to PR. I just want to ask you, in the next 15 seconds, I want you to just pray. Pray a blessing over the people very quickly, if you can, if you would, please.
Indeed. Father, thank you so much for your love for us and that you love us more than we love ourselves. Thank you that you've already given us the answers. And I pray that you would help us to be willing to trust those answers, to take action on those answers and walk in the blessing that you delivered to us thousands of years ago in your word, help us to trust that it is enough and to stop asking you to give us something you've already given us and to go ahead and access what you've given us and act on what you've given us so that we can demonstrate to the world around us who you are in us, through us, and for us. And we thank you in advance for the work you will do in our lives. In the name of Jesus. Amen. Amen.
There are a lot of people that they just don't know what to do. They're Good people, they're talented. They're taking their dreams to the grave. You know what I mean? There are painters, there are musicians, there are doctors, there are lawyers, there are pastors, there are evangelists, there are humanitarians. There are. I mean, you name it. Open the yellow pages and pull out every business and just look at. And all of that's inside people. And they're just. They're going to the grave with it, you know, because they don't know what to do. And they came out of the womb with destiny birthed in their hearts with purpose, you know, engraved in their DNA. Dominion. Dominion. And instead, the devil, from the moment they come out, is pounding them.
The very first temptation, lying to keeping.
Them from being who they were created to be.
The very first temptation in the garden of Eden was the temptation to focus on, lack and lack. Whatever you focus on, you're going to reproduce. The scripture tells us in Second Corinthians, chapter 11, it says, the Apostle Paul said, I fear lest by any means, that as the serpent beguiled Eve, how? Through his subtlety. So your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that's in Christ. You know what's amazing about that? The devil doesn't have a new toolbox. You know why? Because he doesn't need one. His old tools work plenty good enough.
Are you telling me that I can connect? I can tap in?
Heck, I'm gonna buy the bundle.
But it's like now. So I'm like, give me your arm. So we're like, doing that?
Yes, sir.
All right. We're, like, doing that. I get this bundle and I'm like, doing this. All right? So if I'm not strong enough and I don't know it all, and I'm not smart enough and I don't have all of what you got, you're gonna pull me out.
Oh, absolutely.
You're going to pull me. You're going.
I'm going to do my part. God's already done his part.
And I'm going to do my part.
I'm going to do my part. The rest, it's a done deal.
But you're going to help me? Absolutely. Because so many things we buy and I'm left to my own. I'm left alone, right? I got to go figure it out. It's over complicated. It's 45,000 steps. You all tell me it's no work. I open the box, I'm lost. I'm lost in first day on the job because it's too much for me, right?
Well, people feel like it's too much for them, but it's never too much for you. See, remember Genesis, chapter 1, verse 28? It says, and God blessed them and said unto them, be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth.
And do.
Says he blessed them before he gave them a command. You know why? Because God always gives the capacity before he gives a command. He always gives the ability before he gives the assignment. So anything that is in you to do, oh, you already have the ability to do it. Satan has just blinded you to that ability. It's not that the ability is not there, it's that you don't recognize your. It's easy for us to recognize other people's ability. It's so hard for us to recognize.
That because I have failed all those other times.
That's part of the reason. But the bigger reason is because the enemy has gotten me to believe that because I failed all those other times, that that means it's not gonna work next time. Oh, hearing this, people take their past experience projected on the screen of their future.
Yeah, they do.
They recreate the past and think they're living in the present.
And then they also.
It's all a lie.
And they also follow the same steps.
They do.
You're cutting a new path, bro. You're cutting a new path. You're saying, no, walk the steps that the master.
Exactly, exactly.
Cut for you.
I like the way.
And just put your feet in his places where his feet are. You put your feet where those feet are.
You know what's really amazing? What works already works. I don't have to make it work. All I have to do is work with it the way it works, right? I don't have to make it work. That's like saying, well, I got to make the sun come up tomorrow. No, you don't. All you got to do is get up and look at it.
So it's not even about effort.
It's not.
It's about working smart. It is by practicing what works, not what they say works. That didn't.
That's right.
That's kingdom minded principles.
Everything that we do, we're either working with principles or we're working against them. When we work against principles, principles work against us. I can't beat a principal. I'm not strong enough. I'm not smart enough. I'm not tough enough.
Cause they're truth.
That's right. They're truth.
See, I'm learning.
That's it.
That's it. All this is in the system.
All of it's in there.
But connecting to you is going to give me the finishing work.
Absolutely.
So I can tap into, can I see it like this? I'm going to tap into the institute of becoming rich.
Absolutely.
Is that fair?
That's fair.
My God.
God bless you, Damon.
Thank you.
Thank you.
