Emotional Healing to x5 Your Mastery? | Robin Sharma

Robin Sharma (speaking from a nature walk) argues that elite productivity and lasting achievement require balancing four "interior empires": mindset, heartset (emotional life), health set (physical life), and soul set. He emphasizes that unprocessed emotions (anger, shame, regret, disappointment) can subconsciously drive self-sabotage, so heartset work (meditation, bodywork, acupuncture, etc.) must accompany mindset and health work. Soulset work, he says, quiets the ego and reconnects one to purpose. The video ends with a promotional invitation to his paid course, the 5am Club method, offered with a 100% money-back guarantee and limited memberships.

Hi, it's Robin Sharma. Just getting ready to go out for a nature walk. So purifying to get out in nature when you're busy or creative or being productive or just to live life on better terms. Anyway, the focus of this quick video is I want to marry mindset with heartset. If you've read the 5am Club book, you know the four interior empires I've introduced stuff mindset, heartset, health set and soulset. I believe all four, not just mindset, all four interior empires are absolutely essential if you want to reclaim your primal genius and then go out in the world and do amazing things. But what I wanted to share right now is the link between productivity and emotional health, between elite performance and a purified heart set. Because it's very easy in our culture to think that, oh, mindset's important. But heart set, well, that's a little loosey goosey kumbaya. And I want to show you, or offer to you with great love and respect why purifying and working on your heart set, your emotional life is actually mission critical to doing amazing things in terms of productivity, building a great company, for example, or a movement or a life that you love. And here's why. You can have a great mindset and those are your beliefs and strong beliefs, prosperous beliefs, healthy beliefs, creative beliefs are incredibly important because that's really what drives your behavior in many ways. But so does your heart set because your heartset, as I say, is your emotional life. And so if you have a strong minds mindset and you have great opportunities and you have, you know, all sorts of exciting ethical ambitions that you're pursuing, but in terms of your heart set, full of disappointment, repressed feelings from the past around hurt, if you got suppressed, anger, shame, regret, and a lot of that is subconscious because our society doesn't teach us how to work through these things. And so we repress these lower grade emotions deep within our subconscious. We think they're not there, but they're running the show. And then what happens is we set up a situation of self sabotage. We read all the books, we watch all the courses, we look at the YouTube videos or Instagram live videos to make us more productive and inspired and help us believe in our gifts and our talents. But we're at war because there's a sabotage within our heart set because we've got all this latent ambient anger or sadness or shame or disappointment that we haven't worked through. And so what I'm suggesting to you is heart set work, whether it's through meditation or massage and body work or acupuncture, et cetera, et cetera. There's all sorts of modalities we could talk about. But doing that heart set work along with the mindset work and then of course the health set work which is your physical life and your soul set work which I've been teaching for years, that is important too. If you're a business builder and a titan and a movement maker. Soul set work is just as important as mindset heart set health set work because your soul set work allows you to turn down the voice of the ego. It allows you to stand true to yourself. It allows you not to be living your life thinking about and worrying about what other people are thinking of you. Soul set work allows you to say, you know what? Life is short. I really must find a cause that will uplift my brothers and sisters on the planet and make the world a better place. Soul set work is about reconnecting with your inner heroism. So you walk out into the world and you're brave and you're loving and you're compassionate and you're masterful.
