A short on-location interview between Robin Sharma and James Coddington (CEO of NZ Ski) filmed at Coronet Peak in Queenstown, New Zealand. Robin frames leadership with a mountain-peak metaphor; Coddington emphasizes NZ Ski's priorities: investing in infrastructure and, importantly, investing in staff as the core driver of service quality and organizational success. The tone is informal and reflective, with scenic framing.

So I'm up at the top of Coronet Peak in Queenstown, New Zealand, and it's just a heavenly day. I want you to check this out. This is a really spectacular view and you get a sense of what New Zealand is like and just the paradise. And I wish you could be here with me. And it reminds me of a simple idea, which is when you get to one peak, what do you see? You see more peaks. And in many ways, that's what leadership is all about. I'm here with a new friend of mine who I'm really getting to know and appreciating. James Coddington.
Hello.
He's the CEO of NZ Ski. How are you doing, James?
Fantastic. Can't complain on a day like this.
Robin, let me ask you, because, you know, I've observed you and observed your organization, James, and you know how hungry I am to learn more about leadership. What are some of your philosophies? You know, one or two of the organizing principles you've come up with in terms of building leaders around you in a great organization. Here at NZ Ski, it's pretty simple, Rob.
Our ingredient here at NZ Ski is get the product right. And we've not just spent a lot of money on our infrastructure, spend a lot of money and time on our staff. And our staff are the most important part of our company. And that, I would hope, would translate to the service which we can give out.
That's brilliant. Well, thanks for having me down here and I look forward to coming back many times. And thanks for being with me on this journey. I hope you've enjoyed being up here at Coronet Peak with me in Queenstown, New Zealand.
