We got it working. So we're here and it took longer than we thought it would, but we're still going to bring in the new year together. It's going to be great. And I'm going to do some reflections on my year on some of the lessons that I've learned in 2020. I thought somebody abducted you. Anyway, so. But she's not abducted, John. She's here. She's on her way home. She's. She's already got it fixed. She fixed. She came and fixed the problem, and now she's on her way home. So you don't have to worry anymore.

I'm going to answer some questions here at the end. And how many kingdom principles are there? More than I know. So. So type your questions in. I'm going to share some stuff that happened this week for me that, like, really, I. I was just. I was literally walking around for the last couple of days in a state of just sheer and utter gratitude. I think, about the fact that, that, you know, I was born in 1961. I've got six brothers. We grew up in the 60s and 70s in some very turbulent times. And. And some very challenging times. I. I was gonna. They weren't bad times, but they were hard times. I don't know if y' all can relate to what I'm saying. And I. And the reason I say they weren't bad times is because, like, tough times.
Make. Make tough men. Is that what the Satan is? No. Make strong men. Yeah, it's tough. Tough times make strong men. And then strong men make good times. And then good times make weak men. And then weak men create hard times. So. So we were born in a time in the hard times, and we. And it made us tough boy. Kind of like that, that song by Forgot. The guy who was born on a dead end street when you got to be tough and strong. But anyway, I don't remember his name. Anyway, so I was thinking about just some of the stuff we've been through. And so my brother Jeff and I, he came to town and I took him and his daughter to Eddie V's for dinner one night. We were just reminiscing about the old times and about the stuff that. The stuff that we went through and the stuff. The experiences that we had. And. And then the other day, I was talking last night, I was at my brother Mark's House. And we were talking about. We were talking about how.
Our vehicle. The vehicles we used. Some of the vehicles we used to drive. And I'm thinking to myself, when I got married, y', all, and I. And I brought this up. So. So when I got married, I got married in Texas. And, like, we were so poor. Like, my parents didn't come to my wedding. We lived in. I think we lived in. They lived in Indiana. They didn't have enough money to go to Texas to come to my wedding. I didn't even have enough money to go to Texas and go to my wedding, right? And. And my brother Rob and my brother Mark came to Texas with me. Well, I bought this old raggedy Volvo. I fixed it up. I painted. It was a stick shift. It was a Volvo station wagon. I fixed it up. I painted. I used to fix up cars and paint them back in those days. I painted it. I'm going to Texas to get married. My brother and my brother Rob and my brother Mark were in this old Dodge van. And it was. It was just. It was. It was. It was such a raggedy vehicle. We called it the Beast of Burden. That was the name of this truck, right? This vehicle. And so we had. We. We put it together with some clothes hangers and duct tape and whatever else we could find. And. And one of the challenges that it had, it had like this. Like this gas tank that was kind of loose, right? And so we're on our way down the road, and we're somewhere, I don't know, Oklahoma or somewhere, and it's hot. It's the summertime. It's August. And. And this gas tank is bouncing. Like. We fill up the gas tank to fill up with gas. And this gas tank, you can see it. I'm riding behind them. You can see this gas tank bouncing up and down, like, in. Under this vehicle. I'm like, this cannot be good. So we went to a gas station. We got some bungee straps, like the ones you like strap stuff on back of a motorcycle with. And we kind of restrap this thing with the bungee straps. It's bouncing even more. And all of a sudden. All of a sudden, we're cruising down the road, and this gas tank full of gas falls off of the van. I'm behind it, falls off of the van. Like, sparks are engulfing this gas tank. I'm thinking, this is going to explode. We're all going to die. This is like. I mean, it was. It was scary. The road was hot. There's cars coming. If a Car comes down and hits this thing in the middle of the road because it, like, it eventually stopped, and I stopped behind it. Then I went out in the road and dragged this thing off the road. My brothers coasted us down the road and then pulled off the edge of the road. And then we just basically. I don't know, we left it there for a while, didn't we? And then we. Then y' all came back and got on the way back. And so I'm thinking, so that. And then they rode with me the rest of the way to Texas. And then I. I'm getting married. August 25, 1985. Getting married. I'm dressed in my suit. My brothers are dressed in their suits. My two brothers who are at my wedding of my six brothers at my wedding. I get dressed and we go outside. It's time to go get married. And the car won't start. And it was 107, at least it's Texas. It's summertime, 107 degrees. And I'm telling you this for a reason, because I'm reflecting. Not just like this week. I've not just been reflecting on this year. I've been reflecting on my life. And I'm thinking to myself, what is it, this thing that I have with cars, right? And some people think, well, you just buy cars to show off. No, I don't. Like. I mean, some people probably do buy cars to show off or to flex or whatever. I don't. I buy cars. Like, the kind of cars I buy now. I just buy them because I'm like, I finally get to have a nice car. What do I want, right? And. And so I got married. And so. So the car won't start. And so Mark and Rob, my brothers, we're at this. I think we were at a hotel. We're at a hotel or somewhere, and we pushed. They. They're pushing. And I got to jumpstart this thing. And we finally get it started. And I got to my wedding 30 minutes late and finally got married, right? And I. That car that had to be pushed to get started, drove that back to Gary, Indiana, right? It was just. It was just craziness. And I think about. I think about how being so poor back in the. In the 80s, like, I was so poor. I remember one time I bought a car from the junkyard in. In.
Michigan City, Indiana.
And for $50, I got a tag that wasn't expired off of a different car. And I. Y'. All. I mean, I get it. Y' all might judge me, but I'm just telling you what I did. I got a tag off of a different car that wasn't expired and put it on that car, change the oil in the car and then left for Texas. The next day driving.
The transmission went out on that car overheated. When I got down there in those hot states like Arkansas and, and Oklahoma overheated. And I didn't, I didn't even know transmissions overheated, right? But the transmission overheated and then we got some more transmission fluid, put it in there. We, we, I don't know how, somehow managed to get it to Texas, at which time I sold it to another junkyard and bought another car from a junkyard. So I get back home like, and I'm thinking about, I'm thinking about these experiences that we had that were like that or the experiences when my six brothers and my mom and dad and I, when we lived in Tampa, Florida. I don't know if you remember this, Robin. We lived on Ola street and we lived in a two bedroom house with all nine of us. Do you remember that? Okay, two bedroom house, nine people. And, and I'm just, I'm like. And by the way, those were not bad times. They were, they were difficult times, but they were not bad times. And the reason I'm telling you all of this, all of this stuff I remember, I remember, I remember being, being so broke, like, so, I mean, I didn't, I can remember being so broke when I first got married within the first couple of years that my wife and I, we were taking all the cushions out of the couch and the chair that we had because we had one couch and one chair and we took the, I took the seats out of the back seat of the car and looked under all, everywhere in the car, find as much change as we could find to buy it. Have enough money to buy a loaf of bread because we had peanut butter and we had jelly, but we didn't have any bread. If you don't have no bread, you can't make no sandwich, right? And I'm telling you all this because wherever you are in your life financially, if you're, if you're making, if you're making, if you're struggling to eek out $12,000 a year, I've been there. I struggled to eke out $8,000 a year, right? As a grown man, if you're, if you're, if you're like, if you're hustling and grinding and you know, just broke through six figures. Been there, right? And I'm Telling you all of this to let you know that where you're headed, whether you're on YouTube, Instagram, where you're headed is far more important than how long it takes you to get there. How exciting is that? Where you're headed is far more important than how long it takes you to get there. And it might take you, it might take, it literally might take you, like it did me, 14 years to go from I'm an entrepreneur to having a six figure year. It probably won't take that long.
We didn't have the Internet back then. We didn't have coaching programs, we didn't have YouTube where you could just go and listen to learn how to do anything. We didn't have all of that stuff that people have these that wasn't. Was that there was no Internet. Internet inner what? There was no Internet, right. And so, so it took longer. Everything took longer because information was not disseminated as completely and as broadly as it is today. Today everything's available to everybody. And so, and so.
So from the time I got started as an entrepreneur in 1985 to the time I made my first sale, April of 1987 was a year and a half. My first commission check was $125.60. 60 cents, 66 cents. But I knew I was going to get rich. And I knew I was going to get rich because I knew I wasn't going to quit. And some people might say, well, getting rich is not that important. Well, here's what I'm going to say. Getting rich may not be that important to you, but to me it was all that important. It wasn't the most important thing in my life, but it was one of the most important things in my life. Like when people say to me, well, I just don't care about money, I. My answer is always the same. If you'll lie about that, you'll lie about other stuff. Because there's no universe in which you're working 40 to 60 hours a week to make something you don't care nothing about. Anyway. I remember when, right out, a year and a half, two years after I'd been married, my wife is eight months pregnant with our first child and our electricity and water are both disconnected at the same time. And I know Karen, the Carpenters had this song back in the 70s. Even though we ain't got money I'm so in love with you honey everything bring a song, look, right, okay, that's great for a song, but in real life, Honey wants you to have some money. Can I get a witness from somebody on YouTube or somebody on Instagram because the reality is, like, it takes money to live, right? And so, like, going through all of these experiences, here's what I realized. Yes, 1999 was my first six figure year. Yes, I got started as an entrepreneur in 1985, but guess what? 1999 was going to come whether I got started as an entrepreneur or not. 1999 was going to come whether I made six figures or not. See, the time is going to go by. The question is not, is the time going to go by? The question is, what are you going to become as the time goes by? Who are you going to become as the time goes by? Because the reality is you're going to become something. You're going to become somebody. You might as well become somebody that when you look in the mirror, you know you're a person people can count on because you can count on you. Can I get a witness where my people? Where are my people? Right? And so my recommendation is, like, make some decisions. So I did all that reflecting to. To reflect on. Some of you are familiar with the Trash man to the Cash man book. How many of you? Here's Trash man, the Cash Man. So I'm going to show you the book. So here's from the Trash man to the Cash Man. How anyone can get rich starting from anywhere, right? So this is. This is my first ish book, right? This is not my first book. This is my first ish book. What do you mean it was your first ish book? Well, when I first wrote this book, it was not called from the Trash man to the Cash Man. I did from the Trash man to the Cash Man, I think in April of 19.
Of 2007. April 2007. But when I first wrote, it was not called from the Trash man to the Cash Man. When I first wrote it, it was called the EBONY Treasure Map, the Road Map to Riches for African Americans. That was the name of this book, Trash man to Cash man before I changed the title. Kept the content the same, but it changed the title. So they're both the same book, right? So that. That was a reflection. I. I saw. I saw Ebony Treasure Map. Wow. I haven't seen that book in a long time. I just saw it in there as I was walking through my office and I thought, oh, man, I need to show people this. Well, one of the lessons that I learned that gave me the ability to write the Ebony Treasure Map and Trash man, the Cashman, my very first major financial breakthrough for me happened in 1999, and that financial breakthrough was this. I accidentally made.
$6,200 in one week without it being on a goal, without it being on a vision, without. It wasn't written down as a goal. It wasn't on a vision board.
I wasn't reading it out loud seven times a day. I did not even set it as an intention to.
To have that outcome. And I, I stated that, I said that like that for a reason. So I didn't set as an intention that I want to have a six thousand dollar week. Now you got to understand, 1998, I made $48,000 in 1998, $48,000 is $4,000 a month, right? So if you go from making $4,000 a month to all of a sudden you have a $6,000 week, that is going to be the most money you've ever made in that short a period of time in your life. And so the first thing I said was, wow, right? And then I said, I said it backwards, I said wow. Then I said it upside down, Mom. Wow. Right? And so I was blown away by the fact that I made $6,000 in one week. I was so blown away because there was, there was no struggle in it, there was no hustle in it, there was no grind in it. And, and as I think about why there was no struggle and no grind in it is because I didn't set my intention on that outcome. I set my intention on the process that produced that outcome. I want you to wrap your mind around that, what I just said, because a lot of people will set their intention on an outcome and they have no earthly idea what the process is that's going to produce the outcome they're seeking to have. Well, I didn't have any idea I would. But instead of me seeking the outcome, I, I focused on, I set all of my intention on the process and then I let the process produce what it produced. That's why I don't have a business plan to this day. Like, I don't have business plans. What I do is I have business models. What is a business plan is all these things you want to happen as a result of having your business, right? You got all these business, all these plans, right? And what is a plan other than, I mean, it's like a, it's like a wish that you write down on a piece of paper, I guess. I don't know, but I don't. I've never used a business plan. Our business did millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions. And millions of dollars this year. And I don't have a business plan. I've never had a business plan, but I have a business model. And so what's a business model? A business model is you're going to model the processes that another business that's successful uses and let the outcome be what the outcome is going to be. I have found that to work way better for me than having a business plan. And a lot of times, and I don't know, you guys can let me know for you whether or not this is the case. But. But a lot of people, they end up being frustrated because they got this business plan. And then they come to the end of a month or the end of a week or the end of a year or the end of a decade, and their business plan is not doing what they had hoped it would do, not doing what they thought it would do. And now they become disappointed. But if your, if your business model is like, I'm going to set my intention on mastering these processes. Well, if you master the processes and you don't have a, quote, goal for the outcome, because I don't. I'm gonna. I'm gonna tell you a little secret. I don't set goals. Nope. I don't set goals. I don't have a business plan.
I don't. I'm not saying a business plan is a bad idea. I'm not saying goals are a bad idea. They just don't work for me. Why? Because I don't want to frustrate myself. And I like feeling like a winner. So I know. I know if I set my intention on the process, I can. The process is something I can control. I can control how many people I talk to in a given day. I can control whether or not I go live once a week on Instagram. I can control whether or not I do a challenge once a month. I can control whether or not I finished the book that I started to write. Right. Or finished the book I started to read, for that matter. Like, I can focus. Like, I can control whether or not I do the input and if I will trust all of the inputs to produce all of the outputs that those inputs produce. I don't have to hustle. I don't have to grind. All I have to do is focus on mastering of action and not mastery of income, not mastery of outcome. I'm telling you, if you'll start living like that, the game will change for you.
So with that in mind.
So my. So the lesson that I learned when I made that 6200 in one week. After I said, wow. I said, wow, that was so easy. That must mean. So I concluded that. Because the thing that I did. Because the actions that I did. By the way, what was the action I did that produced the $6200 in a week? What was the action that I did that produced that? I stopped focusing on. I stopped thinking of money.
As something to use to pay bills. Like when I was poor. I believe the primary purpose of money was paying bills. And so what did I do? Every time I got some money, I handed over somebody else. And then I wonder why I was broke. Well, because payday for me wasn't payday. Payday for me was transfer day, where I transferred it from the person who was paying me to the person I was paying.
It's not. Okay, I'm gonna. I'm gonna wind this up and answer some questions here in a minute, so. But I want to tell you my biggest takeaways from 2022. 2023, 2022. So. So then. So. So here's. Here's what. Here's what I concluded this must mean that it's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than it is to make a little money in a long. Over a long period of time. I want you to wrap your mind around what I just said. That must mean it's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than it is to make a little money over a long period of time. So I made a decision based on that awareness. Now, I want you to notice the thing that changed in my life was not the possibility. The thing that changed in my life was the awareness of the possibility. And so once the awareness, once I became aware of what was possible, now I'm expecting something different, because I am aware of something different. And I promise you, whether you are a man, a woman, a boy, a girl, whether you're black or white or Hispanic or Asian.
Whatever obstacles you are facing, I promise you, I promise you the thing that is missing in your life is not access. Even if it feels like the thing that's missing in your life is accessible, this. The thing that's missing in your life is awareness. And I am telling you, if the thing. But like, if. If your life is not working the way you'd like it to be working, and you want to pray, don't pray. And ask God to bless you with money. Pray God. Pray to God and ask him to open your eyes so you can see the resources that are already all around you. Pray to God and ask him to open your eyes so you can see the seed of potentiality and greatness and God likeness that he planted in the soil. That is you were made of the dust of the ground. Ask God to show you the power of the seed of God likeness that he put inside of you. God, make me aware of how I'm like you and what that. How that. How that should change my actions today. Anyway, so. So it's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than just make a little money over a long period of time. So from that I made a decision. Here's the decision. I made. From now on, I'm not going to look at. And I'm not going to look for the hard ways to make a little bit of money. I'm only going to look for. And I'm only going to look at the easier ways to make a lot. And when I decided that, I started seeing things that I had never seen before.
So that was April of 2000, I mean, 1999. By.
August of 1990, no, July of 1999, I made $8,000 in one day.
I was like, what just happened? Well, to me, $8,000 in a day was a lot of money back then, right?
And to a lot of people, $8,000 is a lot of money in a day is still a decent amount of money, I suppose.
But.
Based on that first financial breakthrough that I had, either make a lot of money in short period of time is make a little money over a long period of time.
I've had experiences where I've generated over $3 million in revenue in 27 minutes. I want you to wrap your mind around that. And I'm not bragging, by the way. I'm just. I'm just telling you what awareness can do for you. So having said all of that, that's. That was my first financial breakthrough. And. And until June of this year, Until June of 2022, that was my greatest financial breakthrough of my life. Until June of 2022. June of 2022, I discovered another. I had another financial breakthrough that was. That was at least a hundred times greater than the grip then the. It's easier to make a lot of money a short period of time. Now, do y' all want to know what that breakthrough is? Because I can tell you.
Because if you'd like to know, I'll tell you what the breakthrough is. Okay. Okay. Here's the. Here's the greatest breakthrough. This is. This is the greatest financial breakthrough of my life. For me. Okay, so here it is.
Poor people and middle class people feel like everything is expensive because they pay for things with money they've exchanged their time for everything you buy. If you're poor or middle class, you're paying for it with money you've exchanged your time for. So everything feels expensive because you feel like you're paying for it with your life because you are. So a person who makes $50,000 a year, they go look at a car and the car is $50,000. They're not saying, well, that's a lot of money because it's a lot of money. They're saying that's a lot of money because it took, it would take them a whole year of their life working like a three legged mule to make enough money to buy that car, right? So when they look at the car, they're not saying, is it worth $50,000? They're really saying, subconsciously or consciously, is this worth one year of my life? And so when you understand that if a person makes, if a person makes $20 an hour and gas is $5 a gallon, like is this gallon of gas worth 15 minutes of my time? If it cost you now, it cost you 50, $40 to fill up your tank, is this worth two hours of my life? Because once you, those two hours are gone, you don't get them back, right? Okay, so, so poor people and middle class people feel like everything is expensive because they pay for things with money they exchange their time for. But wealthy creators, we don't pay for things with money we've exchanged our time for. We pay for things according to, I used to say out of, but I'm going to say according to, according to our creativity. Now why did I say according to our creativity and not from my creativity or with my creativity or even like I used to say, out of my creativity, according to my free creativity. Because if I pay for it, if I pay for it with my creativity, that would mean I have less creativity after I paid for it than I had before I paid for it. So, so this is what I discovered. I discovered that when you make a decision to do something, to step out on a limb and do something that is.
Outside your financial comfort zone, it gives you the ability to access a level of awareness and creativity that you can't tap into any other way. And so when you decide that you're going to do something that you've never done before and you're going to experience something you've never experienced before, when you decide to do that, what happens is you tap into a higher level of creativity. And so when I'm paying for things according to my creativity, I'll create a new asset. I might create a new asset like I might write a new book like Boss Moves, right? I'll create a new asset. I might create a new asset like I'll create a, a coaching program, right? So you create a new asset and income follows assets. So the more assets you have, the more income can follow those assets. So you create an asset that income can follow. And now the asset, the income that the asset that follows the asset pays for the thing that you wanted to buy. And, and it doesn't take any more time out of your life than. Because once you create the asset, the assets. Done. I wrote this book two years ago and we sell between 20,000 and $30,000 worth of this book a month, right? So that's just one of the books that we sell. The other, Trash man the Cashman sells about 8 to $12,000 worth a month of books. Well, can you see where if you got enough assets, well, it would change everything for you. So. So my biggest takeaway of the year is like anytime that I desire to buy something and it doesn't matter every. So to, to. To rich people, to rich creators, creatives, everything costs the same amount. My car costs the same amount as this cup of coffee cost the same much as the amount of bottle of water. Why? Because I'm paying for everything the same way. I'm just creating an asset that income can follow and use the income that follows the asset to pay for the thing that I desire. You can do the same thing and it doesn't matter if it's a car or if it's a house, or if it's an island, or if it's a jet plane, or if it's a world class vacation, it really doesn't matter. They all cost the same amount. So. So those are my takeaways for 2022. I'm gonna go in and answer some questions now. Okay, so Rob, my brother Rob's gonna. Are you gonna. Is this from Instagram or from which one? Instagram. Okay, which one? Which one you coming from?
First one.
Instagram. Instagram. Who's it from? This is. I'm gonna answer some questions now. You don't have the name. Okay, go ahead. Okay.
What should someone do to get started on building wealth? This is from a fresh college graduate.
What should someone do to start building wealth? And this is from a fresh college graduate. This is what I would do. I would find somebody who is doing what you want to do and living the life you want to live. Ask them if you can apprentice with them. If you can apprentice with them and get paid, that's fine. But if you can apprentice with them for free, like, don't even pay me. Just, like, I'm really good at shooting video, I'll come in and do your video for you. So if you find somebody who's living the life you want to live and doing the thing you want to do, and you offer to work for them for free and you show up and you shine.
That can open a door of opportunity for you that's greater than because it'll give you access and awareness to. To principles you'd never, never otherwise find an opportunity to learn. It's. It's interesting. When the Queen of Sheba came and saw Solomon's wisdom, one of the things she said was, blessed are these thy servants. These your. Your men. Your men servants and your maid servants who get to hear your wisdom. They're blessed because they get to hear your wisdom as they serve in your presence. So, like, finding someone who is living the life you want to live, apprentice with them. That's the fastest path to. To, like, building the life you desire. And then the next one, I'd say get Boss Moves. The Boss Moves book. Like, I charge $40,000 an hour for coaching. The boss moves book is two hours of me coaching entrepreneurs, taking the transcripts from those two hours, turning them into a manuscript, and, like, really getting the details dialed in. This is the best book I've ever written. It's literally, if you. If you sat down and paid me $80,000 to coach you for two hours, I would teach you what's in this book. And you can get the book for $30 plus $9.99 shipping and handling. And for those of you who are on YouTube, like, go to bossmoves book.com and for those of you on Instagram, I've got it pinned right there at the bottom. So where is the next one coming from? YouTube.
Yes, go back and forth. Give me one from YouTube. This is from you. I'm going to answer a question from YouTube now.
What does it mean to not walk in the council of the ungodly? How does it. How does it apply to business?
Okay, so it's really interesting how there's a progression in Psalms chapter one where it says, blesses the man that walketh not in the council of the ungodly, nor stand the way of sinners. So now I haven't done a word study on it, which I would have to do to give you a complete answer. Right? They give you a complete, full answer. I'd have to do a word study. But when I walking in the council of the ungodly, that's somebody who's not godly giving you advice.
That is against what, like ungodly would be advice that goes against what God has said. So it doesn't. It's not necessarily talking about not being influenced by people who are like a lot of times Christians think, well, I can't be influenced by anybody but a Christian. Well, if you don't, if you don't have a strong connection with God and your walk with God is not strong, because then maybe you don't need to be have a relationship with anybody who's not a believer. But I see all through Scripture that when God got ready to, to when God prepared. And there's a, there's, there's a long answer to this that Bishop Wayne Malcolm goes into. If you find what his, one of his YouTube videos, it's called Put Me in the Palace. He, he explains in great detail. But when God got ready to deliver his people from bondage, what he would do, he would often take the person he was going to use to deliver them out of their religious environment and put them in a very, very worldly environment.
So that they would learn kingdom principles. And the reason for that is because Adam and Eve handed the kingdom principles over to Satan when they yielded to him instead of yielding to God. Satan has been teaching his children to build kingdoms for millennia. And so God took Joseph and put him in, put him in the palace so he could learn kingdom principles and deliver God's people. God took Moses, put him in the palace. Ezra put him in the palace. Nehemiah put him in the palace. Esther put her in the palace. And on Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego put him in the palace. And so we can see over and over even David before he became the king of Israel, right, He was a shepherd, right? He knew how to be a king. What did he do? He went down and he worked for the king of the Philistines while Saul was trying to kill him. So, so this idea that Christians should only learn from Christians is not biblical and it's not even a good idea. But if you walk with like, you don't need to take advice if somebody's advising you to do something that is against God's word, I.e. walking in the council of the ungodly. So hopefully I answered that question. All Right. Next one. Is the next one coming from Instagram? Next question from Instagram.
Instagram. How do you know if you're hearing God or ungodly?
How do you know if you're hearing God or ungodly? You have to become intimately familiar with the word of God. Like, you have to be a student of the Bible. You need to read it, you need to meditate on it, you need to memorize it, and you need to refer to it. And cross.
What's the word I'm looking for? Cross. Not cross examined, but cross connect. As you study, compare scripture passage with scripture passage. Because no concept in scripture is going to contradict any other concept in scripture. And what you want to do, what you want to do is make sure you understand context when you're reading the Bible. One of the biggest problems I see is the Bible is filled with universal principles, but it's also filled with individual prescriptions. And it's very, very dangerous to take an individual prescription that God gave somebody and then act like it's a universal principle for everybody. And that's one of the reasons why so many. Like, that's one of the things that Satan has done in twisting God's word. I, I have a YouTube video called.
Something about Satan's Bible study or something like that. I don't remember the name of it, but something about not attending Satan's Bible studies because Satan has all. Has always twisted the word of God. He doesn't have any original ideas, so he takes the word of God and twist it to confuse people. So, so what you want to do is you want to make sure you understand that. Not to allow.
Not to allow yourself to jump to conclusions about Scripture because everything. Okay, how can I say this? Everything in the Bible is for me to learn from, but everything that the Bible says, it's not saying it to me. Right?
And, and like for instance, when, when God, when Jesus told the rich young ruler to go sell everything you have and.
Sell everything you have and take the money that you get from that and give it to the poor. That was an individual prescription. And if you want to understand that principle.
I did.
A video. The thumbnail says, why rich man can't go to heaven. Go watch that. It'll blow your mind. Because I'm doing, I'm breaking it down in its context and showing you that's not the story about the rich young ruler. That's the story about the children and the rich young ruler. And if you leave the children out of the story, you are going to come to an Erroneous conclusion. And Jesus was giving that man an individual prescription for his individual problem, not declaring a universal principle that everybody needs to go sell everything they have and give the money to the poor. So that's a long answer. Okay, Instagram. Next.
No, YouTube.
YouTube, next. Okay, next question from YouTube.
I finally broke into the Six Figure Club, but I'm an hourly employee. How do I multiply my wealth to this year? I'm about 30 saving and want to start a freight brokerage. I'm a fuel driver.
Okay, so you're, you're a fuel driver. You want to start a freight brokerage. You're saving 30 of your money. How do you break at you? You, you're making six figures, but you want to multiply that. So the first thing I'm going to recommend is this. Like, ask yourself this question and you may. I mean, the answer may be a good one, but ask yourself this question. Why do you want to start a fuel brokerage? Like, is that the best business model? What's the objective? Like, anytime somebody says, well, what should I do about xyz? My first question is, what's the objective? Is your primary objective to start that kind of business? Because that's what, you know, some of you don't even realize this. The business you need to start is not something you already know how to do. Starting a business just because you have skill along the lines of that business.
It seems like it makes sense, but it really doesn't. Here's what I mean. It's like if I'm driving a car down the road and all of a sudden I get a flat tire and I get out and I get my toolbox out and I start changing the spark plugs. My brother Rob comes along, he's like, dude, what are you doing? Well, I'm changing spark plugs. He says, yeah, but why are you changing spark plugs? Well, I can't go anywhere because I got this flat tire. You're changing the spark plugs because you have a flat tire? Yeah. Yeah. That doesn't make any sense. Well, but I just change the tire. I don't know how to change the tire. So I'm just going to change the spark plugs because that's something I know how to do. You see how that doesn't make any sense. So people will do something. And I'm not saying that you shouldn't start a freight brokerage. I'm just saying, like, if you're going to do something, know why you're doing it. Don't just do something. Because, well, this is all I know how to do. Like when people say, this is all I know how to do, well, learn how to do something new. I'm not saying that you should do that. I'm just saying, here's what you should consider. Is the primary reason that you want to start a business to build wealth for your family. Because if it is, maybe starting a freight brokerage is not the answer. Maybe it is, but maybe it's not. And so one of the things that I discovered, if you want to create wealth and you want to create wealth fast, which, to me, wealth is measured more in time than it is in money anyway. So if you want to do. If you want to create wealth and you want to create wealth fast, one of the best things you can do is start a business that sells a product instead of a business that sells a service. I'm going to recommend right here, I have a challenge. It's called the Make More Offers Challenge. If you go to make more offers challenge.com get a VIP ticket so you can hear me answer questions. It's literally. I want you to think about this. You go to the Make More Offers challenge, because, like a lot of these questions that you all have, I'll be able to answer them in the Make More Offers Challenge. So we got three levels of challenge. We got the $97 version, which is the general admission. You get to come and you get to watch the class from 11 to 12. For five days, I teach business principles. I teach the principles of this book for five days. Basically, I teach the four moves, right? The four boss moves. Boss is an acronym that stands for business optimization, success secrets. Not. It's not. This book is not about you being somebody's boss. This is about you having a business that's optimized so you can success so you can succeed through systems, right? So that's what this book is about. So. But when you come to the challenge, I teach you this book in five days. The first day, we do lead generation. The next day, we do core product offers. Like, we do lead generation offers, core product offers, we do premium value offers. Then we do continuity offers. Then the last day, I give you a. An outline to a coaching program that you can go out into the marketplace and you can sell and make money. Okay? So. So that's the five days of the Make More Offer Challenge. The VIP is $297. VIPs get to come on an hour early and listen to me answer questions for platinum VIPs. Platinum VIPs are people who pay 4, 597 total. So they can ask me questions. And we only take 50 platinums. We'll take 5, 000 VIPs or in 5, 000 General Mission, but we only take 50 platinums. These are people who pay 597. They get to ask me questions for an hour, a day, for a week, for five days. And it's game change. It's like. It's like another level. And so make more offers challenge.com I would highly recommend it, by the way, for everybody who's a vip. You do. This is. This is how much I know it's going to change your life. You got these kinds of questions. You're a vi. You. You join the Make More Offers challenge as a VIP. It comes with a 10 times better than money back guarantee. Did you hear what I said? 10 times better money back guarantee. That doesn't mean I'm going to give you 10 times your money back. Here's what it means. If you show up every day, you have your camera turned on and you're paying attention in the VIP session and the general admission session at the end of the week, if you do not believe that I gave you more, at least 10 times what you paid for it, the value that you paid for, you don't believe it was worth at least $2970. I give you your 297 back and you get to keep all the bonuses we gave you when you signed up for the challenge. So that's my commitment to you. Ten times better than money back guarantee. The Make More Offers Challenge. I would highly recommend that you go do that. Not because I need to sell some more tickets, but because it'll change your life. And do the vip. Worst case scenario, do the vip. Best case scenario, become a VIP Platinum. And the Platinum doesn't open up, by the way, until a week before the challenge starts. So five days before the challenge, you'll get an email, you got to sign for vip, and then five days before the challenge starts, you'll get an invite to be a Platinum before they're. All the Platinums are gone. So, Rob, what's the next question? What time is it? What time is it? We got three minutes. I answer one more. All right. Is this Instagram? Yes, Instagram.
In your YouTube video, Satan's Secret Weapon. Yes, food is the secret weapon. But in Jewish, holidays are all around food. Can you explain? Thank you.
Yes. I didn't say but. I didn't say food. I said food and appetites. So. So the question was in My video. Satan's secret weapon. Food was the weapon. Well, food and appetite was the weapon. It wasn't just food. And so. So. And Jewish holidays are all around food. Well, they are. Food is not a bad thing. Overindulgence in food is a bad thing. Like not having control over our appetites is a bad thing. And Satan's secret weapon is that he has used food temptations, food and appetite temptations to destroy individuals, cultures, nations, etc. So that hopefully that answers that question. I got time for another one, Rob? It's still 50, so hopefully I answered that question. That was, that was pretty easy.
Going back and forth. Do you write goal? Do you set goals, intentions, where you write them down daily?
No, I don't. Do I set goals and intentions where I write them down daily? Nope, I don't. I have things that I focus on. Like, so I, I, my life is kind of simplified, fortunately for me, because I have a team. So I'm surrounded by great people. Like Rob is right here, right now. I don't have to look, I don't have to like be squinting looking at these questions, right? Because Rob's sitting right here helping me with this, this live right now by asking me these questions. Like, Karina's on here, putting links in the chat, so I don't have to do that. So my daughter dei, she's on the team. She came down and got my YouTube fixed. I, like, we worked on it for an hour and 15 minutes and I tried to talk her out of coming. I don't know what I was thinking about. But anyway, so. And then we've got, we've got Zach and Laura working on funnels. We've got, we've got Karina Marimo on social media and video editing and rolling on email and video editing and, and Larry on our YouTube, running the YouTube studio. We like, I'm surrounded by people, so it gives me the bandwidth and the ability to focus on what I have to do and to only do the things that only I can do and everybody else can do everything else. And Lorinda and Diana with operations and Jeff with sales. Like, everybody's, everybody's doing something. And Rebecca, oh, Rebecca's in the chat right now, up in the middle of the night over there in Rwanda. Absolute rock star. And I know I left somebody out because we got, we got Janelle, Janelle's on here. Janelle's like making sure that the tax man doesn't eat every piece of, every piece of change that we bring in here. So it's all good. So we got. We are going to have. We are about to end 2022, y'. All. We're about to go into 2023. And my desire is to do everything in my power to assist all of you in making 2023 your best year ever. What my. My challenge to you is this.
Focus on becoming the person who can do the thing. And I promise you, you will have the stuff. And the clock just changed. Happy new year, everybody. 2023. Hey. I stayed awake until midnight, y'. All, Like, y' all don't even know how hard that is for me. I did kind of cheat, though. I bought me a cup of coffee on the way down here. So now I won't get to sleep until 1:00 o' clock in the morning, maybe 3:00 clock in the morning. But that's okay. I got to bring in the new year with my peeps. I appreciate y' all being patient with me on YouTube with while we were having technical challenges and on Instagram, just looking at the top of my head while I was trying to fix this. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This live on Instagram is definitely not going to stay up. I don't know if we're going to leave it up on. On YouTube or not. Maybe we will, maybe we won't. But appreciate y' all joining us. If you're not following us, if you're not subscribed to our YouTube channel, subscribe to our YouTube channel. If you're not following me on Instagram, follow me on Instagram. Make sure that if anybody ever comments in one of your, like, on one of your comments and says, hey, this is Myron Gold. For more information, call me on WhatsApp. That is always a scam. I'm not going to do that. If somebody on Instagram messages you or, like, follows you on Instagram and it's like, at Myron golden, look at the spelling. Always look at the spelling. It's M, Y, R, O, N, G, O, L, D, E, N. There's no underscores, no lines, no spaces, no dots, no dashes, no zeros, none of that stuff. It's just plain Myron Golden. Don't. And. And if somebody ever tries to get you to invest in some crypto scam, I promise you it's not me. There are at least 20 fake Myron Goldens on Instagram and a whole bunch of fake Myron Golden's popping up on YouTube in the comment section. Don't fall for any of that junk. Don't send these people your money. Just don't do it. Happy New Year. Love you guys. I'm gonna go home and decompress from this coffee, probably soak in some Epsom salt, and bring in the rest of my new year. Happy 2023. Stay blessed by the best, and hopefully I'll see y' all in the Make More Offers challenge or at one of our live events around the country. Peace out, my peeps.
