You recently survived an aneurysm. I woke up in the ICU the next morning very confused. And the nurse said to me, well, congratulations, Mr. Yeunga. You almost died. We almost lost you last night. No one can believe you're alive. I was shocked. I was completely horrified and shocked. She said, try this. Instead of thinking about it like something scary, try thinking about it like something sacred. And then she walked out. And I've been trying to do that ever since. The day I almost died was an utterly ordinary day. I was an extremely fit and health, healthy, 58 year old man. And yet it almost happened. And if you could live with the kind of presence, the veneration for existence, you really will be truly living a rich life. Doesn't happen by accident. You have to choose to do it.
