The speaker emphasizes prioritizing leverage first — generating at least one substantial cash-flow day per month — and building lifestyle and legacy pillars afterward.

How do you multiply your money really, really fast? How do you get rich fast or get rich quick so you don't have to stay broke for the rest of your life? What you have to do as you're building what I call your financial fortress around your family, three pillars in your financial fortress. There's the leverage pillar, there's the lifestyle pillar, there's the legacy pillar. The leverage pillar is when you bring in a lot of cash flow at one time, like every month, I want to have at least one cash flow day. For you, that one cash flow day might be 5,000, 10,000, $15,000. For me, that cash flow day is somewhere between a half a million and three, four, five million dollars. It's different for everybody. That's the leverage pillar. The lifestyle pillar is built by your continuity program. And the legacy pillar is the third pillar, which that's built by your investments. So if you want to multiply your money quickly, you start out by focusing on the leverage pillar, not the lifestyle pillar, not the legacy pillar. Build those two pillars after you learn how create massive cash flow days at least once a month.
