Welcome, Glenn. Hello, Madeline. Just take us back. Where did you start with your job search? Like, what were you going through before you joined the program? I came to your program frustrated, disappointed, I think a little lost. I was frustrated that I wasn't getting the offers that I thought I would be getting. I think I had one of those aha moments where there was a realization that oh my gosh, these interviews are really a game and I don't entirely know how to play this and I need to get myself organized to, to sort of play this game. What are some of the key takeaways? Like what started to change there? It really is sort of learning how to play the game. You giving sort of the one on one attention during the money. The negotiation phase was very helpful. You really kind of cut through like this is your value, this is what you need to negotiate. Here are all the other things you should be asking for at this point. Here's exactly how you should say this to them. And so I thought that was terrific. I think the community is just terrific. I think, I think it's a people you'll want to help and people that are very willing to help you as well. I think it's super valuable to ask somebody, hey, can you endorse these skills on LinkedIn for me? And then all of a sudden you have 30 endorsements from LinkedIn that are super, super valuable. What were your results from doing all this and kind of going through the program? As of three months ago, I'm the vice president of people for a startup organization. Sort of size and scope and kind of all of the things that I wanted to check off for an organization. Got everything I was hoping for. Madeline, thank you for all those people on the fence. What would you say to those folks? I was totally on the fence. It's real money and it's a real time investment and, and you can consume an ocean's worth of free content and, and that's what I was sort of doing. But for me it was, it was very rewarding. I think I got a lot of clarity on what I'm looking for and what is sort of the right way and the wrong way to do it. I got a lot of direction, a lot of confidence. I really walked away from it thinking that I learned a professional skill.
