Have you ever wondered how you became you? Yes. I'm serious. How did you become you? I think in so many ways it comes down to your programming and five forces that in my methodology I call the five forces of penm. PENM is an acronym from my mentoring methodology that explains how people get programmed away from their genius. The P stands for our parents. Our parents were well intentioned but their behavior and thoughts program does. The E stands for your environment. Your environment shapes who you become. The N in Penham stands for your nation, your culture, where you live. That shapes what you do, how you think, the way you show up. A stands for your associations. You become your associations. If you hang with victims, you think like a victim. And M stands for media, whether it's social media or the news. And of course that information will shape the way you see the world possibility and your potential.
