Hi, welcome to this V log. Well, I'm here in Jordan, actually, at the Dead Sea, and I want to give you a glimpse of this area, steeped in tradition, steeped in history. There's the Dead Sea, there's some lemon and orange trees.
And I'm here in Jordan as part of this tour. We started off in Scotland, then on to London. We're going to be going to Quait City. But what I wanted to focus on in this V log is really about the new level of treating customers. I hear a lot when I. When I work with clients, they talk about customer expectations. Expectations. Let's deliver on customer expectations. Very simple idea in this video blog, which is if you deliver on customer expectations, if you give your customers what they are expecting, you're probably in a very, very vulnerable position. May I suggest to you, in this age of dramatic disruption, with all the change out there, with all the competition, with globalization, with so many people getting into your industry doing exactly what you do, the only standard to win by right now is not delivering on customer expectation. It's being so good at what you do that people can't take their eyes off of you. It's offering genius levels of value to your customers and all of your stakeholders. Genius level, in other words, being so good at what you do and offering so much value and making user experience so exceptional that people are breathless every time they do business with you. How do you do that? I'm going to leave it to you to sit down with your team and play that out. But that's the new level of winning when it comes to customers in the world we live in today.
