Does it actually matter what you wear in a job interview, even if it's a video call? I have had so many interviewers comment on what someone wore in an interview after they get off. They say, oh my gosh, that person was way overly casual, or oh, that person wore a blazer, that was really cool to see. Huh, it blows my mind. And so what I think you should do is, first of all, wear something that makes you feel confident. Like, when I think about confidence, I think about that orange outfit I wore in the show Job Shopper. Yes, I want to be buried in that outfit. Iconic. Yes, yes, yes. So wear something like that that makes you feel really confident. Second, default to buttons. I would say if you're just struggling to figure something out, like wear something with buttons. It's usually a go, like, you know, it's safe. Yes. Okay. And the, the last thing is that if it's a video call, I think you can opt out of a tie if you're a man. Yeah, you know, you're sitting in your house. I know it can feel a little weird. Buttons, blazer, good. Thai, I would say skip it. I would agree.
