The first thing you like, I would recommend anybody do before they start anybody, any business whatsoever of any kind, figure out whether or not it's worth it. If you figure out it's not worth it for you to build the infrastructure to ship all that stuff that people want to ship, the next thing to do is figure out who ships it already and establish a strategic partnership with them. So you can refer them the business and they give you an affiliate commission. And then when they need pet ship, they refer their business to you and then you give them an affiliate commission. And so now you don't have to build the infrastructure for that business, but instead you, you partner with somebody who already does the thing that you don't do.
