Unleash Your Inner Entrepreneur | Robin Sharma

Robin Sharma shares four leadership principles from Moscow: to achieve what few have, do what few will do. Education protects against disruption. A leader's job is to develop more leaders. Your real measure is the shadow you cast on future generations.
Welcome to my hotel room here in Moscow. I'm still on this tour. Started off in Puerto Vallarta, then we went to Cancun, through London. And here in this incredible city of Moscow, just having a great time. Spoke to a fantastic audience yesterday. I want to show you how beautiful this city is. This is the famous St. Basil's Cathedral and the Kremlin from.
It's really spectacular. You get a chance to see Moscow.
This is a city of just tremendous culture. Shut the window here. Tremendous culture, the land of Tolstoy, land of Pushkin, great art and most importantly, great people who are interested in leadership and exceptionalism and being expressing their absolute best. So I wanted to leave you with two quick ideas here in this video blog for you to consider. Number one, to have what only 5% of the population is willing to have, you must be willing to do what only 5% of the population is willing to do. Just keep that idea in mind. Break free of the crowd. Break free of. I mean, Warren Buffett said it beautifully. Borrowing from Emerson, he said, lucky is the man who in the midst of the crowd, can think uniquely and originally and differently. So something to think about. Number two. Education is inoculation against disruption. Please remember the power of great ideas. Number three. You've heard me say this before. I just want to emphasize it. Your job as a leader is to grow more leaders. Your job as a leader is to build, to leave a trail of leaders behind you. And then the final idea, just remember this one, comes from a seminar attendee who slipped me a piece of paper and it said, the great measure of a person's life is the length their shadow casts on the future generations. Ultimately, leadership is about significance. It's about doing genius level work that stands the test of time long after you're no longer here. Hope you're great. Wishing you all my best from Moscow. Got to get going. We're going to the airport to Abu Dhabi. Talk to you soon. Bye Bye.
