You were to ask me what makes the great ones great. I could talk about execution. I could talk about great ideas. I could talk about superb morning routine. I could say they are resilient and monomaniacally focused on getting their mighty mission done. But to me, one of the traits of the great ones is integrity. If you were to ask me to summarize what I believe integrity to be, I would say it's what you do when no one is watching. There's a model I teach to my clients called the integrity gap. And the larger the gap between your values and who you truly are and the way you present yourself to the world, the less your life is going to work. What you want to do each day, incrementally, steadily, day by day, close the gap. So who you present yourself to the world is who you truly are in terms of your voice, your ideas, your ambitions, your values and your authenticity. Hope that helps. Have an amazing day.
