In this 2‑part video, Clive Cable guides viewers through a concise, step‑by‑step stress‑reduction routine that combines Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, eye‑movement exercises, humming, and deep breathing. The user first rates their current stress on a 1‑to‑10 scale, then follows a precise sequence of taps on specific acupressure points (side of hand, sore point, between nose and lip, under eye bone, under arm at nipple level, collarbone, knuckle groove). After the tapping, the routine includes eye‑rolling in both directions, humming a familiar tune while counting, a second round of tapping, and a final eye‑movement while tapping the knuckle groove. The session ends with diaphragmatic breathing and a re‑rating of stress; the sequence is repeated until the rating reaches 0‑1. Clive advises daily practice for 30 days while viewing calming nature images to reinforce the effect.

Stress Free in Seconds, brought to you by yourowntruenature.com. Hi, my name is Clive Cable and I'll be your guide in this part 2 of a 2-part video series. Watch this whenever you need to get rid of stress and feel good again. And I also would like you to get used to trying it on everything. So when someone or something upsets you and you feel stressed, Find somewhere to be alone and use this sequence. First of all, decide how intense this emotion is on a scale of 1 to 10. You don't need to take too long doing this, just pick the first number that comes into your head. So look at that scale, go anywhere from 1 to 10, but important thing is you must focus on your emotion during this tapping sequence. You're doing this so you can rate your stress levels before and after the sequence and do it again if necessary. So remember from before, you're tapping the side of your hand with your fingertips from your other hand. Then find this sore point, which is— I use the left side— and then rub in a clockwise circular motion. Tap gently between the nose and the lip. Then under the eye on the bone. Then under the arm level with your nipple. And then slide your hand down until you reach your collarbone, and then just a little bit further down from there, I want you to tap your collarbone with the fingertips of both hands. Next, find the groove between the two knuckles like before. And you're going to be tapping rapidly here as you follow the next part of the sequence. Close your eyes. Open your eyes. Look down to the right. Look down to the left. Roll your eyes in a complete circle. Now roll your eyes in a complete circle the other way. Hum a few notes of a familiar tune like Happy Birthday. Count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Hum that tune again. Now go back to tapping under the eye, on that bone. Under the arm level with your nipple. And then the collarbone with the fingertips of both hands. Now look straight ahead and keep your head level throughout this step. Roll your eyes downwards so you're looking at the floor, and then find that groove again and start tapping. Keep tapping while you're slowly moving your eyes upwards until you're looking at the ceiling. Last step, breathe in deeply, slowly filling up your belly and letting it out slowly. When you reach this point, ask yourself where you are now on the scale of 1 to 10. And repeat the sequence if you need to, to get your score down to a 1 or a 0. So where are you now on the scale? Now you will find that if you are still at a 4 or 3, this sequence will keep working. The tapping that you've done will keep working and will bring this down to a 2 or a 1. So take a few moments and notice how much better you're feeling. And as you do, I'm going to show you some images from nature. As you look at these images, that number is going to keep creeping down towards the zero. Use this sequence every day for 30 days and you'll be feeling fantastic and enjoying life. Thank you for watching.
