How To Relieve Stress

Coach Troy Aberle walks through a one-hour reset routine for stress: isolate yourself, use an energizing scent, put on upbeat music, drink water with lemon or cayenne, eat clean food, and move vigorously. He points to Tony Robbins' pre-stage rituals as proof the method works.

Hey, everybody, my name is Coach Troy.
Hey, everybody, it's Coach Troy here again. The topic I want to talk to you about today is how to release tension. You know, how to change your state. I get this call so many times from clients where people, you know, call me up and they'll say, coach Troy, how do I get. I'm in a bad spot. How do I get out of this? I need to get back on track. I'm not being able to focus on, on my, my sales, my business, myself. I want to lay in bed. I just, I can't seem to function. You know what? And I ask a few simple questions. And here's an exercise I really want to leave you with today. And I hope this serves people from all over, all walks of life, because I think it's really important. You see, we need to change your frequency. And I'm going to have another video here on frequencies that you can look at, but I want to change your frequency. And simply put, I can do that really, really fast if you really look at it. Typically our frequency changes because of something in our diet. Whether it be something that we touch. Maybe we wore some clothes with a, with a chemical on or something, or, you know, you had something that kind of didn't feel right and you just didn't feel comfortable. Maybe you didn't get a hug today. I don't, you know, I'm not sure on the touch. But there's something there. There could be something, something that you smelled, whether it be a scent that really offended you or that reminded you of a bad experience in your past. You know, something that could have just turned you off there. Was it something you saw? Was it a negative event? Something that was violent or depressing or scary, you know, and, or, and maybe that was a self image. Maybe the image was made up and it was something that you dreamt or something that you, you know, you know, you just saw that didn't totally align with what you wanted to see. And, you know, so you have your sound, your sight, your smell, your touch. Maybe it was some bad food you had, you know, know whether or not you had too much chocolate or some kind of refined foods or, or whatnot. Some people aren't really understanding the allergies in their body. Maybe you're gluten intolerant or lactose free or, sorry, lactose intolerant. And, you know, maybe there's things need to change there. But here's the really cool part, something I totally do know. If you can get aligned with what you know isn't working for you. And what is, I can really help you completely change your frequency. So listen up. Here's what I would do. If you're having a funk and you're just not there and you're not showing up, and you can't pound on your chest and show up, don't show up. We've got to get you recalibrated. First, you need to phone into your boss or you need to check in with yourself, clear your schedule for an hour, and we got to get you changed. So here's what you're going to do. You're going to find a room that's completely solitude for your own self. That's going to be private. No one can bother you. And you need an hour. You need to tell everybody that you need that hour, too. And I need you to go get yourself a candle or a fragrance or a scent. I don't know if it's perfume or. Or a fragrance or maybe you're into incense or, you know, essential oils. Find something like peppermint or something that's stimulating, something that gets you going, a good smell. And for some people, that might even be just be your favorite type of hand lotion. But when you go, you now we have that, that private room we have, we have the fragrance that we want. I need you to also put on an image on a screen, an iPad or phone or poster on the wall. Something your favorite place to go to, or maybe, you know, they're your favorite people or something funny, something that really makes you laugh. And then I need you to find some. Some sound. I need you to be able to put on some earbuds or, you know, be able to turn on a stereo and be able to play that song that made you dance like crazy at that concert, you know, in a way that you've never danced before. Maybe, you know, you're like me. You go to a Tony Robbins event and, you know, and you're. You're dancing off the charts because of the music that he was playing and the environment, the frequency. And even as I say that and think about it, it's even helping me feel different. Then I want you to also get yourself, like two or three glasses of water, Squeeze in some lemon. And if you don't have any lemon, just get some water, put in some cayenne pepper, something like that into it. And why? Because it's not that it's that hot. It actually just stimulates your body and your. Your lymph nodes and everything else and just gets things going. And I Want you just to go and no matter how crappy and tired it is, take that blanket off, whatever and just go out and have fun and live. So now we're affecting through smell, through food. Oh, and food. I want you to all little over the map here, but get some broccoli, get some kind of food going in you a little bit, right? With good energy. Find some vegetables, something that's really healthy and good. Don't get something out of a can or make itchy banner craft dinner. Not trying to cut down anybody, but it's just you gotta have foods that have energy, that have, you know, you know, plant nutrition, you know, or go get that favorite piece of salmon or what have you. Get something that's got the energy that you know, is clean and good and pure and do this whole thing right. So now we've got our sound, our smell or our eating. You know, we got our sight. We're envisioning stuff and really get grateful, get really dancing, get really having fun and do it like literally for an hour. I don't care if you got to do push ups, jumping jacks, but you make yourself a heck of a rock concert for as long as it takes to feel completely different. Remember, motion affects emotion. And when you tie all this stuff together and you're affecting all of your senses at the highest frequency you possibly can in that vibration, it's going to completely change you. You know, I've even seen the sickest people or I've had to go and do speak or to a presentation for people where I all of a sudden just wasn't feeling good and I felt like my body was, you know, things were happening just all at wrong alignment. When you do this, this is what really changes you. You take a look at my mentor, Tony Robbins, one of my greatest mentors. You know, before he gets on stage, he is, you know, he does a polar plunge and ice, he's jumping on a trampoline and running on a treadmill. You, he's doing all this before getting on and doing a 12 hour, you know, nonstop speech at one of his events. And so if you can do this just for a little bit and take note of it, you're going to change your life. Because if you don't believe me, start taking note of what it did you did right before you got to this place. And then even think of the other five times that you've gotten into this place because you've been there before. You know how this works and look at the way or the people around you or all the things that were happening against you that really got you feeling this gloomy or this tired or this feeling. You can change any state literally that fast if you listen to what I said. So I hope this helped you. I thank you for the opportunity to serve you and I look forward to seeing you in the next one.
