Yeah, we have an exciting topic for everyone we're going to talk about today and very important topic that I think everyone will benefit and enjoy from. For sure, for sure. So let's get started everybody. As everybody knows, I am Coach Troy and this is my son Luke Abberley. And we're super excited tonight because we get the opportunity to launch a brand new brand called High Frequency Habits. And so what that is is, you know, we really focus on the, the power of mindset and the power of the frequency in which we operate on and you know, we've got a lot of really cool things that we've come up with. And you know, I guess first and foremost what I'm really excited to announce is Luke is 12 years old, but he has also accepted the position of vice president of the Troy Aberly International brand, which includes the Coach Troy brand and the High Frequency Habits brand. So welcome Luke and thank you, thank you.

I'm very excited to be here and, and really make an impact on lots of people's lives.

Yeah, no, I've had a blast working with Luke for so many years already and it's hard to believe, you know, just the amount of, short amount of time that we've been able to really produce some really crazy awesome things in our life and, and that's been a lot of fun and we get to meet a lot of great people and, and Luke shows up with a, a complete maturity level and, and passion that's like no other. And so I'm really proud to work with Luke. You know, also as of a family, my wife is a very big part of what we do and, and keeps everything going and organized and keeps that momentum happening. Very high frequency person as well. And then also our other little guy, Everett, just turned 10 years old, started his own YouTube channel. He's part of the High Frequency Habits brand as well too. And we really look forward to being able to show people, you know, some really cool things that we're doing. So. Yes, so the cool Part is, so we started off with the brand and, and there's a different elements to the high frequency habits company. One of the biggest things is, is definitely the fact that everything we start with is mental. 95 of what we do is, is the mental and 5% is really the physical action. And probably it's even more so now than ever with things that are going on in our world. Luke. But it's, you know, if we really focus on the mindset first, there's a lot of other cool things that we're going to introduce into the company that are going to be different pieces of it. But for now we're going to focus on the mental. And the part that's really good is we are partnered with Bob Proctor. I joined Bob Proctor as if people don't know Bob. He's the person who is in the movie the Secret. And Bob's got over 60 years of working with some of the most successful, successful people and companies and brands in the world. And I'm super proud to be, to be working alongside that company as a consultant. And him and Sandy Gallagher have created just a tremendous amount of impact in our lives, but also the people that we're able to coach and work with in our groups that we work with too. So Luke, do you want to talk anything about that part or should we move into where we're going to go with the Bob Proctor?

Yes, but we're gonna go with the program. Some exciting things about that.

So mark your calendars down on November 3rd on Wednesday, which is gonna be at 5:30 Mountain Standard Time, which for you easterner peoples out there is gonna be 7:30 Eastern Standard Time. And for people in, on the west coast, obviously it's going to be 4:30 Pacific Time. So mark that on your calendar. It's a free event where we want to show people that the program that really had an impact on our life and it's a program that, you know, we, we are committed that we want to enroll at least a thousand people by June of 2022 and June 15th is that, is that goal for us. But we really want to impact a lot of people's lives and, and we're going to do that in a few ways. We're going to separate out some groups that we're going to work with and we're gonna, we're gonna teach them the first chapter of the program. There's 12 chapters of that, of that absolutely amazing award winning program and we're gonna be able to do that for, for people. We're gonna Give them chapter one, Luke. And, and show people that the most fundamental thing of, of that program and, and what it's gonna do for you when you do the.

If you never talk to us again, I promise you, you will have a life changing experience. Be the most important hour you could possibly spend. So we'll definitely do that. Just want to give a shout out to Scott. Hey Scott, good to see you on here. Thank you for tuning in. And so we're going to do that and for that Chapter one, Luke, what do you think of chapter one? How did that work out for you?

Yeah, Chapter one, it was super transformational because it showed you, you know, how to create the right goals, how to hang out with the right people and then it really shows you. It was actually kind of one of my favorite videos of the entire course. That's why we're showing it because it teaches you how to create really impactful goals. Why goals are super.

Why goals are super important for your life and your business and your family. And it just, it's really, really important because I mean my, my whole life and business is made up of goals, which makes it really successful for me. And I think if you don't have goals, you know, you don't really have a des. Destination for, for going anywhere and so really have goals. And this, this chapter one will really show you how to exactly do that.

That's the thing. It's like no different than an airplane, right? I had this conversation with a client a couple days ago. He's a pilot and like I said to him, you know, if you're doing a flight plan, there's no possible way that you can, you can fly a plane without knowing where you're going and how you're going to get there and have that plan. So the exact same thing happens in your life, it happens in your relationship and it, you know, and it affects your business. And if you leave home without a plan and nobody knows what to even really look forward to and there really isn't that communication. It's, it's tough. So.

Yeah, we want to give, we want to show you how to get the plan in an hour or less and really have some impact. I've never failed somebody at this. And so I'm teaching you straight out of what I've learned from Bob. You're going to learn from Bob as well. We're gonna have, we're gonna have a really cool section with, with Bob in it. He'll be coming to us with, with a really powerful video that he created and yeah. We're gonna go through some questions and really help you figure out, you know, where your purpose is, what your passion is. Because we want you to know when you start to look at yourself this way of this important and put your needs first, you go from being in a place of, I don't know, uncertainty, maybe not feeling like you're enough, maybe not sure of where you're going, you know, and what does the future really look like? And I'm a testament to it because I can promise you every time that I didn't know, things got real rough, things got rocky. And by me doing that, I know exactly where I'm going. I know exactly what, what my life looks like in the future, and I'm excited about it. And the cool part is, is, you know, involving my whole entire family. And it has really made a tremendous impact.

Yes.

So, Luke, we're gonna have a few different groups.

Yes. So the three different groups. Actually, I'm gonna talk about that. Three different groups. The first one has women first. We're gonna have it one just for women. And we're gonna go through the chapter one of that. The second one we're gonna have is for families the day after. It's gonna be for families. For families. You know, if you have a family, kids, wife, whatever, we're going to go through that. And then the third one is for business specialists. You know, if you're in the business, this is perfect for you. So we're gonna have three, and there's gonna be different masterminds as well for that. And we're really gonna dive down because I think we have these really niche down conversations. It can. It helps people a lot more because we can really focus in on those different subjects. And so the, like we said, for the women one, it's going to be on November 4th, November 3rd.

For the women, November 3rd.

The family one's on November 4th. And mark your calendars for that because this is going to be really impactful. The information that we're giving away is it's going to be really, really impactful for you, your family, your friends, the people around you, and they're going to see really big transformation in you. And I think this is. This is just going to be really awesome. So mark your calendars, book it in your, in your time slot because you do not want to miss this. I'm really proud of this man because, you know, he's already doing social media managing, he's, you know, doing videography and photography. He's created his own websites. He's got a product review.

Component to his company. And, I mean, and he's doing sales for the High Frequency Habits company now. And like I said earlier on, if you're just tuning in, Luke has accepted the role of vice president for my company. So, you know, for this legacy will continue on for the rest of our lives and way past my existence on this wonderful planet. And you know what the thing is, I'm involving my entire family. And what Luke's really doing is we're building up. I involve him just like I'd involve any other business partner. And so I want to show you guys how to do that by creating a goal and really understanding the mindset behind what it is that are going to work for you. And, you know, like, what great mentor of mine, Tony Robbins would say is, success leaves clues and so does failure and is, you know, a piece that I add on to. Failure is an event. It's not who you are. And just because you're not somewhere where we are or somewhere where else, it's not that that's how you label yourself. You look for the strategies that are going to really set you apart, really help you grow and that you can really, you know, put put into. Into your own family. Right. So, yes, Mr. Michael Crawley, another great business partner of mine, really enjoy working with Michael. We also do other masterminds as well. He's a fellow coach and consultant as well. Very powerful man. And love having having you on here tonight, too, sir. Thank you.

Yeah. No, we live relive what? We relive this every day because of the impact, you know, going from, you know, alcoholism and depression, anxiety, all those things. You know, there's a lot of things that are going on. Another one of my favorites, my other business partner, also with Michael, is Leanne, and really proud to work with her as well, too. Her and Michael are great people in my life, my inner circle, so. But, Luke, why don't you tell us a little bit more about, you know, the impact it's had, this program's had on you and on the family part of It. You know how it's gonna. How you see it, helping not only the kids, but the parents so that they understand the kids and work together as a team to be able to deliver that.

Yeah, totally. So, like my dad, he's been a huge inspiration to me and part of the reason why I started my company and so. But the reason on how we did that is the things that they teach in this program. I think with my dad, if he wouldn't have gone through this program and done the actions it takes in this program, he might have not been where he is, or it would have taken a lot longer and a lot more difficulty to get to where he is today. And when he did that, it really made a better impact on me because he taught me the life lessons. Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, all these people, he taught me their things onto me. And so the High Frequency habits program, you know, this has really impacted me because it's just so impactful because we learn everything from goals, habit making, creating really good habits, connecting with the right people and so much more. Doing all of that, it's just, it, it's. It's just really awesome. And now teaching it with our family. Me, my family, my mom, my brother, my dad and me, you know, we go through the program all the time, doing the actions in it, creating goal cards all the time, creating goals, making sure we're really aligned with our goals and doing that. We go through the program all the time because it's just really, really awesome. And so this program is great for anyone. Even if you're a solo person, a family, a business, whatever it is, this program will. This program will impact you so exponentially. It's. It's really incredible.

We want to. We want to get people from a place of being in the noise, being in a recession. The amount of people that say, you know, like, Luke and I were doing a bit of a poll on a bunch of different groups over the last few days, and, and you ask people, you know, what are your goals? You know, when's the last time you took a vacation? When's the last time you got a raise or even, you know, found a way to increase your revenue or, you know, get really, you know, truly acknowledged for the effort that you put in. A lot of people can't answer that anymore, and that saddens me. It's, it's, it's in a place that is alarming. So what we want to do is get you aligned with, with your own goal, with what you really want to achieve in your life. And we want to get you, teach you how to get onto a frequency. As I always talk about is, you know, how do you really start attracting the things in your life you want and how do you remove the things in life you don't want? That's what makes it fun.

Yes, I totally agree.

That's what makes it fun for the whole family. Right. So the people you do business with will be that much more inspired to work with you because of what you do. So we've got some really cool friends in our, in our network and in our group and I can't wait to have a lot of them come out and, and, and share these, these different events with us. Being able to share the first chapter of our program is, is a gift. It's, it's our way of saying thank you to a lot of people, have supported us and really, you know, helped us live our dream. We, you know, get to live where we get to live because of, you know, being able to envision and, and have that dream and, and live our life in the exact.

Because it's on our terms. So I'm very proud of that. So very thankful and grateful for all the people who put up with, with me and, and all the things that go on in life. So it's good. So.

The reason why we separated out the business business professionals, it's really talking to people. We're trying to keep groups together of like minded people but that have like results that they're going after. So that's what we're doing. And, and so that one there, stay tuned for that one.
