The BEST Investment In 2021

A short motivational monologue by Coach Troy Aberle arguing that the best investment is investing in oneself through sustained personal-development (skills, mindset, health, relationships). He contrasts temporary, emotion-driven purchases with long-term learning and habit change, recommends multi-week programs (mentions a 12–24 week “Thinking of Results” program with Bob Proctor, preferring 24 weeks), and ends with a call-to-action to contact him for coaching. Tone: encouraging and promotional.

Hey everybody, my name is Coach Troy.
Hello everyone, my name is Coach Troy. I want to talk to you about a topic that I think is really important, just like all of my topics are. But the big one that I think is really huge, that people often overlook is the topic of investing in yourself. When you invest in yourself, you know, what does that really look like? It's amazing how many people have this different and in different ways, but they're always wondering why the result is different and temporary. You see, I meet a lot of people who take small courses and they don't actually watch the whole course. They don't apply any of the knowledge and they don't really understand, you know, how to make sure that that becomes a part of their new paradigm. And you know, if you look at what other people are doing, they're also looking at, you know, going and investing in themselves. Whether they go get a manicure, pedicure, or maybe they go for spa day, or they buy themselves a vehicle or they do something. But when you really look at they're investing in a temporary fix to just simply fulfill an emotional experience. And what I think is really important is, you know, when have you really taken the time to invest in yourself, into your knowledge so that your mind is producing results throughout your subconscious body, through your body, and really producing an after effect in, through not only the way you see yourself in the mirror, but the way that you show up in front of your kids or in front of your family or your friends. You know, how do you show up for your team at work? Or how do you show up for your team? You know, of customers, you know, your customers technically become your family too. And when you start to look at all the people around you, how are you showing up for them? Because that's what's going to keep them engaged or interested in you. And when they see you constantly investing in yourself and growing, you're going to be inspiring. You're going to be the next, you're always going to be that place for youthful knowledge taking stuff to the next level. People love to see growth. Take a look at like guys like Elon Musk or, you know, people like Steve Jobs or so many other people. How much fun was it to keep watching them grow, grow, grow? And, and we just love that journey, you know, sadly, we also love to see, on the other hand, people, you know, get crushed or see tragedy. All of it's kind of entertaining, depending on which model of the world you're living in. But when you're in a place of, you Know that you really want to grow and you want to develop. You start to notice that you're surrounding yourself with, you know, things that you see and watch and hear and talk about with other people that really want to grow. For me, I keep looking for, you know, what is the clues of success. As Tony Robbins would say, success leaves clues and so does failures, is what I add to that, because I think that we can see it in two different ways. And when you really take time to invest in yourself to make sure that you're developing new skills, new attitude, new mindset, maybe new health goals, you know, new relationship enhancements, all those things, that's when it's truly powerful. But you need something to make sure that you stay accountable. It's not just a weekend warrior course, something that really takes you to the next level and really becomes part of your habit. It becomes part of your DNA. You take a look at the thinking of the results program that I teach with Bob Proctor, we do it over 12 to 24 weeks. I prefer 24 weeks. Why? Because for 24 weeks, we go through 12 modules that literally develop everything from your, your goal right through to all of the things that are going to, you know, affect your, your subconscious mind through your conscious mind, and how, you know, terror can happen to you and make you feel nervous, how to change your story, how to work on all of the things around you that are externally happening internally and, and around you, because that's what's going to really make a big difference. When you invest that much time and you keep perfecting it, you're going to have a permanent result with a totally different destination. If you keep practicing often what you're already doing today, you're simply going to get more of that tomorrow. I know people call it insanity. I call it just simply, you know, just living by your paradigm, which is a multitude of habits and beliefs. And that you got that from your parents, from other people around you, but you got that programmed in your mind. And that's just how you see things. That's how you react to things, you know, and it's just how you go through life, which is totally fine. But often we come from a place that we're not totally happy or fulfilled. We know that there's more. We know that there's possibility. And so I want to be a part of that journey for you. And I want to ask you, when was the last time you invested in yourself? You know, what if you worked with a group of people who could really change your life and be able to give you that feeling of, wow, this is what life is supposed to be. And your family says, wow, you really seem like an amazing person now. I'm so glad you stepped up and invested in yourself. You know, people at work, you know, when they say to me, you know, Troy, I can't believe what a team player you are. You're such an inspiration. I feel like I need more Troy time. You know, when you get these kind of comments, it's because people love the fact of the results of you investing in yourself. So I'd love to ask you today, reach out to me anytime. I'd love to be able to talk to you and show you how that you can invest in yourself, be impactful, be the manager that you need to be, be the entrepreneur you've inspired to be, you know, be all of anything you want to be. And for now, my friends, I hope that added value. Today, my name is Coach Troy. Thank you. For now.
