Hello, everyone. Welcome to our show today. This is. My name is Luke Aberly. And this is my dad, Coach Troy. And thank you guys so much for hopping on. Today we're going to be talking about something that's super, super exciting. We're going to be talking about how we made our mindset really work and to make us successful and our journey through that and. And all that good stuff and really how we're just gonna be giving you some tips and tricks on how you can really grow your business in any way you can with what we're going to be sharing with you and your mindset and just really create the lifestyle that you want.
For sure. No thanks, Luke. And welcome, everybody. I'm super excited to be on here. I want to give a shout out here to create ev and. And thank you for the. Hi.
Anybody who is on trying to get on a master class. Just recently here we had a little technical error and so we decided to. We weren't going to be able to do that, so we decided we're just going to come on here and go live and offer value to everybody. And I want to acknowledge an amazing holiday. Today is Thanksgiving in the United States and our friends and neighbors to the south of us, because we're in Canada, we've already had our Thanksgiving. And we just want to just also take a moment and just be thankful for all the friends and all the people that we know.
That are definitely dear and close to us and just share the gratitude and just really want everybody to take some time and definitely do that too.
So, yeah, yeah, I'm super thankful. Even though it's not our Thanksgiving, I always still appreciate, you know, thankful for all the connections and the luck that we've had with our businesses and the amazing friendships that we've built. It's been really incredible. So I want to thank all of you guys, too, for making this experience for me and my dad. Just truly amazing. So thank you.
I think what's really cool is, you know, gratitude is definitely. It's got to be the number one thing that really, you know, is a. The best medicine for changing any problem. You know, it's really being thankful for anything. And I think, you know, we've had a lot of experience with that for sure, and. And being able to do that. So definitely a lot of fun that way.
Look at the quote. Everything that you do is 95 mental and 5% physical, right? So when you're, for example, even if you're sick, right, you know, doing medicines and all that, but also one Thing that's really big as well is having a good mindset. You know, it helps you get through that because if you just think, oh, my gosh, I'm so sick. I feel so sick. I feel so sick. It starts to get in your mind a little bit more. And so another thing that I would say for that is, you know, always, you know, having a positive mindset is a really big thing to get through hard times.
100%. We have. We have Christopher Voss on here today. Thank you so much, Chris, for coming on. Chris is an amazing person. He's connected me and my dad to some incredible people. And just recently, as our symposium.
For sure.
No. Christopher, welcome. Thank you for. For coming. You know, we want to talk about, you know, I'm a coach, a strategic.
Life and business. Sorry. I'm a coach that works with people in their life and then their business and. And what's really super fun is you. You know, I've partnered with Bob Proctor's team and able to deliver that, you know, a ton of strategies that's really had a lot of impact in our life. And, you know, one of those. One of those programs called Thinking into Results, and what an amazing program that's had just a massive amount of impact on what it. What we do in our family. And, you know, just from my own story, wanted to be able to share this tonight and be able to talk to Luke, and you have two different perspectives, you know, you know, one from an adult's point of view, but also then Luke from a kid's point of view of a. Of a program that was actually originally, you know, Exactly.
Luke.
Yeah, the. You know, you look at what. How many different people have taken the Thinking and Results program with us, but people from all walks of life. And what it's funny is, you know, Sandy Gallagher, Bob Proctor's business partner, she originally created Thinking into Results for corporate clients. And, you know, which is something that I definitely love working with is. Is just, you know, been a phenomenal program. And so no matter what walk of life, it's really had an impact and can change, you know, a lot of the results you have. But I wanted to get a little bit of feedback, you know, also from Luke tonight as to what it's. What it's done for him and, you know, just how important mindset really is. So do you want to start, Luke, or do you want me to go through and talk about what thinking the results is or what's best for you?
I'm great with this. Starting with what it's done for me and my business and a little bit of my journey. So some of. I haven't shared the story very often. When I first started, I first started Taekwondo at the age of 5 years old. Some people don't know that, but yeah, I'm a black belt in Taekwondo. And so I started the Taekwondo at the age of five with my mom, and we did taekwondo for, was it six, seven years. And it was an incredible journey. But one thing that they always said in there is, you know, it's all about your mindset. So when you come to the dojang, no matter how good you are, you always want to have an open mindset, Always ready to learn, not, oh, I already know this, I already know this. Having a really mindset, that's like, hey, I'm really excited to learn this. Even if I already know this, I can re. Implant in my head and it's. It's really awesome. And so one big thing, like they said, was the mindset. And so that was a very valuable lesson for me. And that helped me really get to my black belt. Because for some people when they're getting their black belt, it's a really difficult training, actually. You have to stay up for 24 hours, no food or sleep, doing exercises and trainings, and running up and down a stairwell for 15 minutes at 6am in the morning. It's a really difficult training. And so you really have to be in the right mindset for that. And so again, it's 95% mental, 5% physical. If you say, oh, my gosh, I can't do this, I can't do this is gonna be so hard, you know, I can't get through this, but you're super fit and all that. Well, it's going to be a lot harder to do than if you have a really good mindset. You know, in Taekwondo, I was, I had a really good mindset. I wasn't really the most athletic or the strongest kid there, but I had a really good mindset, which really helped me in my, in my journey through that. And so even when I started my business, one thing that, even when I started Taekwondo, this is for everything. When I first started my business, I really didn't know. I knew I wanted to start a YouTube channel and start my business. That was my goal. But. But then after I did that, I didn't really know what my goals were. I was kind of like, I just, I'm just going to create videos and hopefully get some subscribers. And it was like, for me, I didn't really have A goal. And the problem with that is my. As I was working, it was kind of hard because I wasn't really working towards anything at all, which made it really difficult, because if you. If you're just working, you literally have the brake on and you're just burning your wheels out right as you're doing a donut. And so, you know, it kind of seems kind of fun, but you're not doing anything. You're not moving forward. And so. So when I really was, like, sat down with my family, with my dad, and was like, hey, actually, this is what my goal is going to be. I want to achieve this. I want to get 50,000 subscribers by the end of the year. I want to achieve this. I want to help this many people. It was like I had something that I was working towards, and I knew how to get there. If I just said, I want to have a business, well, who am I going to help? Right? It's really hard when you don't know who you're going to help. And so for me, I'm like, well, I want to help people. How am I going to help people? Right? Is it going to be by charities? Is it. By giving valuable information, all these things, it makes it really difficult. And so when I really found out, hey, this is what I want to do. This is what I want to help. This is what I want to do. And with my life, my business, it made it a lot easier, and it just completely transformed me. And I was like. And every day that I woke up, I was like, okay, today I need to be doing this. This is my goal that I've written down on my goal card right here, which I think everyone should have. We talk about this a lot, me and my dad. And so I was like, okay, I read that every morning. I'm like, this is what I'm working towards. How am I going to get there? How am I going to spend my 24 hours, mostly people, like 14 hours, with your sleep? How am I going to spend my 14 hours today to gain that goal? And that was really big for me. And now I'm really clear and focused on what I really want.
I love that. And it's. It's. It's so true, you know, working with people as a life and business strategist, I mean, the number one thing is exactly what you said. And, you know, I always tell people, if you don't know where you're going or what your goal is, how do you really know if you're ever going. Moving towards it or away from it. And it's no different than, you know, an airplane, if it takes off from Houston and is going to, is just going north, it's just going to keep going north and it doesn't ever have a destination. And you just, you simply would never operate that way. You would know that we're going to Chicago and we're going to, we're going to land at the exact same time or the proper time, and we're going to plan things out so that when we hit turbulence or different scenarios, that we have a plan. Right. I think that's what's really important, Luke, is, is really understanding that because as we've been. Now, when I first started working with Bob Proctor, I'd already been a coach with Tony Robbins and learned a lot from him and, and other mentors along the way, people like Chad Holmes and, and Brendon Bouchard. But the big thing was, is really understanding that we often stay stuck and we figure things out that we know we can do, we know that we should do, might be able to do, but we never ever really get to a place of, you know, actually making that leap and why it's usually, you know, trying to close that, that knowing and doing gap. So you, first of all, we start off in our, in the program with, you know, you know, developing a goal and creating a blueprint for exactly what it's going to look like, our trip or itinerary, if you will. But then being able to figure out, you know, what are the things that are going to happen and be able to plan for them in the mental part of us, because really we keep, if you look at really society today, what's the number? You know, there's always, I don't know, let's go with what two or three things, Luke, that are common things. You know, people claim, well, you know, I don't have time to invest in myself or I don't have time to.
To do, you know, all the things that I really want to do. And it's easier for you to say and, but you know what? Doesn't matter if you're a bomb on the side of a, of a road or if you're an executive in a company, it takes the same amount of time to do anything. I mean, it's, we're all awake for about 20 hours maximum per day, and that's what's really gonna, you know, haven't you got to figure out how to make, maximize that time? So if we know where we're going, we know the goal, we're going to get there and we figure out then, you know, what are the things that we know we should do but we're not doing and how do we close that gap and really be able to, you know, be able to master that mindset? Because even in Taekwondo, like you said, you knew you were going to be tired, you know that you could have injury, you know that, you know you're going to be hungry, you know, all the things that are going to really happen against you, and it's going to try to bring your frequency down, but you keep your frequency up, you keep the, the end goal in mind and you get it done. Because how many people, how many people, Luke, have said, sorry, how many people, you know, have said to us, I haven't gone on a holiday in 10 years? Like, how sad to hear, right?
Because it's like they, and the reason why is, it's, is they don't know. The reason why is half the time that they're doing that is they don't exactly know where they're going, right? They're like, how many. And the reason why is they haven't made their priority to take a holiday every year, every six months, they haven't made a priority. And so for them, that's why they haven't achieved it and they don't have a goal of doing that. And I have to admit, when I was doing Taekwondo too, you know, it wasn't all like, rainbows and all that kind of stuff. There were some dates they didn't want to go in because they were just so tired. Right. But I'm glad I did because the hard work eventually paid off. I was in my first month of going there when I was five years old. I broke my collarbone because I accidentally tripped on the floor mats. And then a few times as well. I very minorly too, but it still really hurt for a few days and I was off on the couch. I sprained my ankle a few times, but it was those things that really, that kind of taught you the valuable lesson. And I'm always, I'm very thankful for Taekwondo because it's kind of who, how it's shaped me to where I am today.
And so, yeah.
Yeah, 100%. And I, I, everybody has the same fear and the, the things that are going to hold them back. It's easier just to do what everybody's been doing or, or what you've been taught. And that's, you know, I think, a big word. And I, you know, a lot of people watching aren't going to really probably always understand the word paradigm, but when we started to figure out, you know, quickly what a paradigm was and is, which is a multitude of beliefs and habits, but that's, that's habits that are programmed in you from when your parents were here, from when your grandparents and, or other mentors or people you know, that you've looked up to or watched. And you know, when you can change that, it gets you on a totally different frequency. That's, you know, of abundance, Luke, if you go back to when you started in, in your business, when you were. How old were you? Nine.
Nine years old. My business.
So what started to shape you and how did you know, how did personal development really change for what you saw happening with your parents, which obviously is me and your mom, but it, but how did that change things for you so that you could do that and be able to get after it in a completely different way?
Well, it was really awesome because since my parents went through the program already, right, they knew how to bring it on to me to teach me. And it was really awesome because when I'm starting my business, right, I think it's really important to have good support system that always be there for you, right? Whether that's your friends, family, really close friends, whatever that is. Having a support system that knows that they're. That you know that they're going to be there for you. Always. Always there. To be honest with you, it makes it really a lot easier. And so my dad and my mom knowing that they, that they know, have the right mindset and what they're teaching me, right, is. Is always going to help me. And so it, it's made a lot easier for me knowing that my, that our whole family is on the same frequency. They're operating on the same frequency. They're doing the same things as me, and we're all operating together. We know each, we know exactly what our, each other's goals are. Right? I know what my dad's goals is. I know my mom's goals is. I know what my brother's goals is. They know what my goals are. It makes it a lot easier because we know each and every day when we wake up. Okay. How are we going to work towards this? Okay, Luke, are you making sure that you're doing this to get towards your goal? Actually, no, I wasn't. Thank you for reminding me. And it makes it a lot easier because it's like, hey, I'm working towards my goal. It's super important to have people who are like, just like with an airplane, right? If you get a little bit turbulence or, or something, you know, a little weird with it, right. Plane, even just this very slight, like, half degree goes off course, could be thousands of kilometers. Right. And so having, and that can be just like in real life. So having a support system, I'll be like, realign you just that little bit, making sure that you're going on your goals, and it's, it's really awesome. So.
I think that's the big breakthrough is when you actually start talking to somebody to find out what is it you really want, what kind of car did you want to drive, you know, and, and what. Where can you see yourself going? You know, what was that vacation and what is it now? You know, like, let's. Let's dig deep and find that part out. And I think that that's, you know, really huge. A lot of people don't understand the power of, of, you know, being able to develop that part of them. And so I think that that's really huge, for sure. I think that's a lot of the stigma around Luke, you know, where people are saying that the millennials or the X's and zeds and everything else. I think we've, you know, that, you know, they're not productive and they're not doing what working as hard. But I think, I think there's a big support system. Yeah, they don't even know where they're going. They don't even know why they're working.
Right.
You know, it's hard.
It's not their fault. It's because where we've gone with, you know, the habits of our parents, of their parents and stuff, right. They don't know where they're going. So how are there, how, how do they expect their kids to know where they're going as well if they don't even know where they're going?
And when you get laser focused on an income, like, it's amazing how many people I've coached where, you know, you find out what they have, what the most amount of money is that they've made in a year, and you change that into a. To make that per month, it's really not that hard. And I know, you know, it's. It's hard to understand, but when you really do study the exact science of, you know, how to, to get whatever you want to manifest, I mean, what Napoleon Hill says, what the mind can conceive and believe it will achieve, and, and it's definitely worked for, for us, and it's worked for so many people, but it Isn't about just a pitch here tonight, ladies and gentlemen. What it's really about is taking inventory of, you know, who is in, you know, what is in your life right now. What do you see as being in your future in the next 90 days or 120 days? You know, what could we, like, literally commit to and future pace talk to where it's, you know, I am so happy and grateful that this is what I've achieved. When you start really getting, you know, real with that, that's when it becomes huge. And that's, you know, what we do each and every day is as we get to have a lot of fun that way. So every Sunday, we recalibrate our goal cards and we're able to do that. So I think it's really huge. Luke, what are some of the other things that people that you could talk about that I don't know, like, what are some of the things that, you know, we keep getting questions about is, you know, how do you get holidays? How do you get that house you want, you know, to a relationship that you really want to, you know, be a part of? Right. There's a lot of.
I came up with something, you know, like, for me personally, I always make sure that in my day, I always felt that I was working, you know, really hard, and it was awesome and I loved it and all that kind of stuff. But the problem was with that, and some people were saying this too. Like, you have to make sure, no matter how hard you're hustling, that you have some sort of break during the day. And so multiple times during up the day, I will. Because my favorite place, if I'm not spending time in my office, I'm going to be outside. There's like, literally two places that I spent. So if I'm not here doing videos and helping people, then I'll be outside. So multiple days a week, I will literally go out, even if it outside for. Even if it's just 10 minutes, 10, 15 minutes, about three, four times a day, make sure I can really just take everything away. I just drain my. So every time I do a podcast episode too, right. For me, I get really hyped up. I get really excited, all that. So if it's about an hour long, you know, I'm going to take a good chunk of that time as well and go outside and kind of recalibrate and be like, okay, that was really awesome, and thick of the things, and just kind of let my mind just kind of wander and. And it's just kind of My little place that I can go after I'm done. So I highly recommend having something. Peter McKinnon, who's a guy I look up to, he's a photographer and filmmaker. He said, you have to have something to do that has nothing to do with what it is you do. And that's kind of hard to think of. But what it is, is what he's saying is if you're. He said, I love doing photography. Photography is my absolute dream job. And I. There's never a day that I don't like doing it and filmmaking, but the thing is, it's also my job. So he said, when I'm not doing that, I'm making leather goods, little wallets, little handbags, those kind of things with a sewing machine. That's what he really likes doing for me. I love spending time outside with lawn tractors and in my office playing with my brother, all these different things. I love hanging out with my family. And so for me, when I'm not doing my business, I always make sure I spend time with the people that really matter to me.
I think that's the thing is, you know, not allowing other people to have influence on you is a big thing. When you become laser focused on your goal, I can tell you, you know, it's not just about a goal, but that's the whole beginning of it. When you completely are determined for what you want, there is nothing better than, than being able to live like that because you will automatically tune out things that just aren't serving you. And sometimes that'll be relationships or there'll be other things. But it, you know, when you have a health goal, it's amazing how much crappy food you won't eat naturally. If it's relationships that you're looking at, you'll naturally become on the same frequency. I mean, that's why we call our company Luke, by the way. We're both partners and founders of High Frequency Habits. And the reason why we offer Bob Proctor's program is because it's the thing that does the mental part of it, which we feel is the biggest part of High Frequency Habits. But you know, there is that, there is the health goals and there, there are the relationship goals and, and I, and I think just, you know, being able to do that and figuring it out, you know, how to be able to control your mind. That's what it's all about. It's huge.
Once you, once you really dial in your mind, you really figure out what you want, right? For example, like Bob Proctor always says, you Know the first people to invent a plane, right? The Wright brothers. When they were inventing that, people said it was impossible, right? How are you supposed to fly and actually go around the world? And they said it was impossible, but they really had a laser focus. They really knew that they wanted to do that. And somehow because they were so dedicated, focused on it, they found a way to do it right. And it's, and it's as simple as that. When you, when you're really laser focused, you will figure out how to get what you really want. Just when you just have to focus first. Grab that goal. Get a goal card ready, just like this one here. Get a goal card. DM me if you. I can send you literally a link to the sheet. Or. We do that our free. We do that in our free open houses. We create goal cards with you. We do that for one for women, one for business professionals. We just. And, and it's just, it's really incredible. So we, you know, it's. This is not a pitch at all. We're literally just helping people in any way we can create their goals and really live the best life that they want to live.
So, Luke, we're actually, believe it or not, we're getting close to only being a week away because December 7th is day one of our next thinking into results group Mastermind.
I'm so excited.
Yeah. Because then I kind of forgot to even talk about that. So on December 7th, we're gonna start where we do an hour, hour and 15 minutes every week. And we literally take people through Bob's program thinking into results for 24 weeks. You can actually do the program in 12.
Excuse me. When we do the big group. So it's so much more fun to do 12 hours, 24 weeks. And the reason why is because a lot of people, let's face it, you've created these paradigms and these habits and these beliefs. You've created them over years. So you've practiced how to only get 50k a year or whatever, you know, or to be a certain body type or have a certain relationships. You've practiced how to, to, you know, make all those things happen. So if we go over 24 weeks, we literally create mastery around what it is that is going to completely change your life by developing new paradigms, being able to see a much more higher potential for yourself in any area that of your life you could imagine. Now, it's not all about money, ladies and gentlemen. It's about. It's about what you.
Can conceive as being something that makes you feel absolutely successful and amazing. That's what's super fun. So that's why. Yeah, so it's on December 7th. So, you know, that's really cool. If you sign up, you know, then we'll put you into our group. And it's. They're very small groups. They're exclusive groups. This will be group number four.
You're really a community. Everyone always has a chance to talk. Right. And also, the reason why we use money as a. As a thing is because money, most of the time for people is like the thing that's the circle. Right. And then things that come out of that are byproducts. If you want to go on more vacations, that's a byproduct. If you want to buy a nicer house, that's a byproduct. If you want to donate to charity, that's a byproduct. And so the reason why we use money is that is just because it's byproducts of what we're actually talking about. So money's the holy grail. And then you can do whatever you want with that money. Giving to cherries, giving back. Right. Buying that dream house that you've always been looking at for years.
Well, I think it's cool, too, because, you know, as Reeve, you know, you do work for a lot of people in. In the United States as well, too. And I think, you know, being. But you see, instead of being scared of it, you see it as being completely living out your goal, your dream.
Totally.
I think that's what's so powerful. Yeah. And then being able to now do this, I mean, it's. It's huge. It's. It's. Everything.
All right?
No, I'm super proud of you guys. And, you know, we literally are a product of the product in our family. And so that part I'm really proud of. If I didn't coach or didn't do any of this, just us studying it and mastering it has been just truly remarkable. And it's. It's created two young, Young guys that we're proud of because, you know, they're doing their own homeschooling. They're. They're working really, really hard and. And getting a good education, but also getting street smart by, you know, working for other people and working on things like tonight, you know, we're. We're adding value to people's lives. And so, Luke, you and I are both going to be hosting each and every class for 24 weeks together. Bob Proctor is going to be coming on with his videos, and we're going to be able to teach every single person exactly what it is that we've done to create the team with you and I. That's pretty cool.
Totally. Yeah. This is. I'm super excited. I've been excited forever now because we're just starting new ones like this, but this is. It's. It's really incredible. If you guys have any questions at all, please feel free to DM me or my dad if you have any questions. Right. Hey, I need some help with this, or I want to learn more about the program or hey, do you think we get on a zoom call to talk about my goals and. And talk about the program, how it can help me? Right. We're. We're really all about doing this, and so it's really awesome. I also want to say thank you for Blake coming on here today. If you're still watching, Blake's awesome. Yeah.
Thank you, sir. And it is a dream team. You know what? I'll take that all day long, because you know what? In my dreams, Blake, the truth is, is, you know, I've always thought, why can't you work with. With your children? Why can't you work as a team with your spouse? You know, so many people, they literally wake up in the morning, they kiss everybody goodbye, they leave for 10 hours and come home exhausted to try and just do something that's sort of fun. Literally, you know, playing the song, working for the weekend. The problem is the weekend is even so overwhelming. They don't even get to enjoy that. We're going to show every. Each and every person in our. That comes joins in our program exactly how to do that. And if anybody wants to talk to us one to one, that's what we actually love doing. Like, let's take a look at where we can uncover opportunities for you. You know, last night I talked to, I think it was four or five different people and that really wanted to dive in. And, you know, we were able to cover things really quickly within, I'm going to say, 30 minutes. You know, I always talk to people for about an hour, but, you know, being able to uncover really what it is you want in your life and then being able to just go after it, there's nothing more fun and liberating than that. And, you know, if there's something that really warms my soul, it's being able to show people you can have anything you want in your life. I'm not working late after hours. What I'm doing is I'm I'm simply having a ton of fun and being able to transform people's lives and get. Get experiences like what Luke and I have and Everett, my wife. And, you know, it's just. It's just phenomenal experience. So I'm really appreciative for that.
Yeah. And I want to appreciate. I'm really appreciate for everyone that's topped on our. Our life today. We streamers had a weird glitch with it, not showing who's watching in the comments. So I'm actually on my phone here, but we have. We have a lot of different people, a lot of different comments coming in here. So I appreciate everyone that's. That's coming in. And thank you guys so much for creating this valuable experience. And that's what I'm thankful for this Thanksgiving.
Me too. You know, I'm just looking at Christopher Voss's name here. The guy that's, you know, all about relationships. He has the ROR method. And, you know, you look at just what relationships have done that for us over the last couple years especially, and just being able to be around incredible people, you know, living at a high frequency and, you know, developing habits that are definitely at a. At a much higher level than they've. We've ever had. And I think, you know, that's what's really created us to be able to live out our dreams, live where we want, drive the vehicles we want and so on. And just it's. It's. It's had a phenomenal thing also. Being able to, you know, get healthier and in terms of our mental and physical health has been really, really powerful. And so for that, it's been a lot of fun. And it's because of, I would say, surrounding yourself with really good people. So I gotta thank Mr. Christopher Voss for that because he's had a lot of impact on our life. And, you know, just being able to show us how to connect better and have better emotional connections with people has definitely transformed us by far. If anybody wants to learn how to develop relationships, call that man, because he's. He's amazing at it.
Yeah, he's incredible.
No, so I'm definitely, you know, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to be able to do what we do, and that is have a lot of fun and deliver a lot of impact alongside some really amazing people.
Yeah. So we wanted to keep it close to 30 minutes today. We wanted to give as much value as we could. I hope you guys enjoyed this. And again, always, always feel free to DM me or My dad with any questions or just want to say hi. We are. We're. We're really awesome with that. So. Yeah. Any last things that you'd like to say, dad?
No. Luke, I appreciate the opportunity to work with you. And you know what? Just being able to prove to people that where your. Where your mind is focused, that's where your energy is going to flow. And unfortunately, a lot of people right now, it's hard. There's a lot of things coming at you and people are finding things that are happening against them, not for them. And, you know, I look really forward to inviting people to do what I did. Decide to step up in your life and figure out how to follow successful people. If I'd have done that earlier, I mean, things would have been different, but I wouldn't change anything for the world. For me, it's just being able to now.
Being able to really focus on exactly what I want and spend the time doing that and being able to do that all as a team within our family and inner circle of friends. There's nothing better. So, yeah, I would say take the opportunity to invest in yourself. If you're looking for a thing to invest in, look in the mirror. The number one investment that I've ever made was in me. And, and that's what's created this. If you think that there's some fancy, easy way and you read one quick little book, no, it doesn't work. I've tried a lot of things, but what I'm saying is that the absolute best program on planet Earth is sitting here right in front of you. And you know what? You got to really. I think, I think you get a really unique experience here because people who want to involve your whole family, learn from my family, with your family. Right. We can definitely do things like that. And you're gonna have the strategy, the strategies that reteach you, are going to make you show up and be able to see yourself in a more empowered way. And you're going to be able to also, you know, be able to have more impact on your family and also the people you do business with. And, you know, that's where I'll leave that. So. I love doing these lives with you, bud.
Me too.
And being able to share with people. So, again, happy Thanksgiving to everybody in the States and in a great weekend, everybody else around planet Earth. So it's a beautiful planet. We gotta. We gotta work together at really creating life the way we want it to be, not the way that people tell us it needs to be.
Totally. Thank you guys so much for coming on today's podcast. Little Live Today, and we will see you guys in the next one. Thank you guys so much.
Thanks, everybody.
