Hey, everybody, my name is Coach Troy.
Hey, everybody, my name is Coach Troy. The topic I want to talk to you about today is feeling stuck. You know, so many people have come to me and said, you know what, Troy? I feel. I feel stuck. I don't know where to go. I know there's something more that I want. I just don't really feel it. I don't see it. I don't feel like I have the support. I really don't understand what is happening. You know, how is it that all these people seem to have, you know, so much more ambition or they have more certainty and clarity of what exactly they want in life? It's a really good point, and I want to be able to help you address this today. You know, as you sit down, grab a piece of paper and start to look at what is. Is truly your goal. I mean, I can't say this enough, but when you really understand what your goal is and you know that you want to have a certain outcome, a certain lifestyle, a certain health, wealth, relationship, really take a look at it and start to really look at, you know, what is my story, is the story that I'm telling myself and the people around me that I can't achieve this. And what are the things that keep limiting me or what are the things that I keep interrupting that momentum of going towards that goal? Because I don't believe it's all fear. Most coaches and gurus and experts are going to tell you it's about fear. I think fear is the byproduct of it. I think that when your story is saying that I'm only good enough for this, or I don't know if I should have gratitude enough for this, or I feel limited with my beliefs, or I feel limited by the people around me that are telling me how I should feel or what their model of the world is, I think that starts to develop a story, nothing but limitations. And I think what's really important for you is when you say to yourself, I feel stuck, you at least are recognizing that there's something more you want in your life. So I'd congratulate you for that. So really take time to look at what is it you really want, figure out what are the things that are constantly blocking you, whether it's your focus, whether it's your language, whether or not it's your physiology and your actions. Sitting in bed, eating popcorn all morning for breakfast is not going to get you there. When you get up and you play music and you. You have fragrance and you have. You know, dance and movement, motion that's, you know, affecting your emotion. You put all these things together and you can picture yourself at a much higher level than where you are today, surrounded by people who really love and support you with the dreams you want. That's when it's going to really change for you. Have gratitude for where you've come from already, but don't worry about too much about where you've been. Worry more about where you want to go. Align yourself with more people, coaches with trainings, with, you know, action items that are going to simply cause you more and more momentum. There's no such thing as failure because failure is only based on what it is that you limited yourself to believing in. And if you, you know, if you said you had to be at this level already and you didn't get there, it's not failure. It's just you haven't taken enough steps to get there. I want to help you with those steps. So if you're feeling stuck, reach out to somebody who's going to help you not feel stuck. Get the life that you want and feel happy about it. My name is Coach Troy. I hope this really added some value to you. I'll see you in the next one. Thank you.
