Why Frequencies Are So IMPORTANT!

Coach Troy Aberle argues that your energy frequency determines success, shaped by what you consume: food, music, clothing, who you spend time with. He recommends logging these inputs daily to align your frequency with your goals.

Hey, everybody, my name is Coach Troy.
Hey everybody, it's Coach Troy here. I want to talk to you about the topic that's really near and dear to my heart and that is the power of frequency. You know, frequency is everything that's really going to, you know, change whether or not you get to achieve the goals each day or each month or a year. And it's something that I think is so powerful when you really understand how it is that your frequency is impacted by your diet. And what do I mean by diet? I'm not talking about just food. I'm talking about what you. Yes. What you eat, what you drink, what are you consuming, but also, you know, what are you smelling, what are you hearing, what are you touching? You know, all of these things really have a massive impact on your frequency. And that comes from many different people or many different things, whether it be people, what they're saying to you, the type of people, what kind of frequency they give off. Because some people, let's face it, give off a frequency where like literally makes you feel like they're repelling you or it makes you feel like they're attracting you. And I'll tell you why all that happens really here in a second. But then you have foods that either work for you or don't. You have, you know, different sounds, whether it be the news or music or different things. All of these things are going to work. But even the things that you see and the things that you touch, some people need a hug. Some people hate when being touched. Right. And all these things happen. But so you're, you know, I look at what it is that your diet is being, is happening in your life and I really want to help you really understand how this impacts you. If you take people that are on a positive note, what's really happening is they're completely aligned with things that are happening to them or for them rather than to them. And so when we take a look at, you know, people who eat lots of sugar, refined foods, you know, typically you start to become. Your digestive system is impacted, all those things. People who like to carry on conversations at work or on the phone or, you know, in their home, that is destructive or not aligned with their goals and their true values that align with the powerful self image, they start to feel down, they start to feel depressed and stressed. You know, people, like I said, some people hate wearing a suit and tie because they feel constricted. Some people love to, you know, wear a T shirt all day, you know, make sure that that's all Aligning with you so that you can really understand that and be, you know, in tune. I think also, you know, the sounds like I say, like some people like country music, some people like rock or rap. It all depends on what works for you. And you need to take note of these things because everything has frequency coming in because it's energy. Your whole body is energy. And if you really look at, that's why we have frequency of different radio stations, that's why we have frequency of foods. Did you know that? I think it's broccoli. You know, you're looking at in the, you know, 50 MHz average of energy that's coming off, they can measure versus five in a piece of birthday cake. And so when you start to look at all these things that are happening, sounds and sight and all that, you really start to realize whether or not your frequency is working to help you get your goal. And so, you know, if I was giving you advice today, I would say, you know, take out a piece of paper, put it in your phone three, four times a day, even if you just start off with once a day or, you know, and really take a look at, you know, what was it that I ate, what were the things I listened to or came in, whether it be music or voices or news or whatever, what were the sites I was looking at, what are things? Was it images of things that were positive? Or was I just scrolling through the negativity of a social media feed, you know, things that are, you know, inspirational? Or was I looking at the newspaper to see, you know, what new attack on the world was happening, you know, or what have you. And I'd say, you know, when you really start to look at, you know, just all of that environment of what was coming in at you, that's what's really going to have an impact on your frequency. Your frequency is the energy. When we build all these things together, that frequency is the energy that's going to be, you know, pushed forward into other people. And that's what's going to really make you either attractive or non attractive to other people, whether it be in your business, whether it be in your personal life, whether it be in the mirror when you look at yourself. But if you want to be attractive to other people and you want to be attracted to situations and goals and outcomes that are really in line with what it is that you desire, you need to start by really taking a look at what's coming in at you. That's what's going to make you show up in a different way. It's a way it's going to be honest and truthful, and that's what's going to make you really show up and be contributing to all of the other people as well, too, that are hoping to be around people exactly like you. If you want to be a negative person or you want to have things that are happening to you rather than for you, there's going to be lots of that. And honestly, if you look around the world right now, it's an easy place to find. So success leaves clues. And the people that I study with, people like Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins, these are the types of people that are proving each and every day that the most successful people on earth have a frequency and an energy that really, really sets them apart from the average. And so I hope that really helps you today. I really look forward to talking to you and serving you more in the future. My name is Coach Troy. I'll see you in the next one. Thank you.
