A coach walks a 10-year-old athlete through building a recruiting profile: logging daily training, filming 3-7 full games with Veo, creating highlight reels in InShot, and emailing D1 and D3 camps. The goal is self-sufficiency, with the athlete eventually managing their own uploads and outreach.

Day 1 is what we want to do is understand your schedule. So like, I want to know Monday, Tuesday, and we'll break this down for you. So don't worry, we have a journal we're going to keep. I just want to know your schedule, like what time you wake up, what time you practice, all that. At the end of that, we're going to give some advice and say, you know, when could you do an extra session? When could you juggle? Maybe you have a private trainer. We just want to know what your schedule is. Okay, that's day 1. Day 2, this is especially for that, the video. I think you said you're using, uh, Veo, or I think so, but if you're using whatever it is, you are going to send us 3 to 5 full games, and you can send us more than that if you want, but don't send us more than 10 just because it will take us too long. So 3 to 7 full games so we can make a 30-second video, which is about 15 clips. Now you also might have some 3v3 footage. You might also have some footage with Brother. I want all that footage. We'll show you how to upload it to us. There's a folder. We'll teach how to use it. We want to show you how to use it and we want to show you how to constantly submit videos to us all day long. And we don't want you to have to book a meeting for you to do that. So the first month we just want to teach you our technology. So we appreciate your patience. It's not that hard, but once you get the hang of it, you can do it on your own. All right, then we'll do that. Now I know you already have a YouTube and I already know you have an Instagram, so we're just gonna do a little audit with those and just talk about how, what we want to say and your PCNL and GPA and all that stuff. So all that. All this footage, we're going to also create social media with it. So we'll make the clips for you. But if you want, I want you to learn how to do it. So there's an app called InShot that we're going to teach how to use. It's in the social media section of your document, which we'll go over with you. And then once we have the footage, we will be able to do game video review and talk it over with you, which if you guys book us every day, we'll do game review every day. Probably, you know, you know, we can start doing a lot and then we'll teach you through it. Then you start your improvement folder. My coach will show you where that is. We're going to start doing our exercises and you start recording yourself and we want to watch the recordings of you practicing so we can give you tips. If you're going to record all your training, we'd like to go over it so we can watch it. Maybe we'll cut it into clips. Maybe we'll just do game review. Could be a combination of both. So that's that. Don't worry about footage. Just send us— if you're not sure, just send us the video. Now then, what we need to do is camps. So I can tell you right now, for you, most of the camps will be in the summer. We've already started doing research, but here's what we're going to do to find out. So I'm just telling you, most of them are in the summer. Every D1 school, like Stanford, have a camp. So go to the camp. End of story. Super easy. Now we're going to start emailing. Once we have the video, we're going to start emailing schools. Now I'm going to show you how we write the email to your coach. Genuine. And the ask. This is the ask. We're going to say, I would like to attend your middle school ID camp. I know you're going into 6th grade, but I want— I think she's going to be like that age. So if you want, it's up to your comfortability. We can say elementary/middle school. If it was me, I would say only middle school, but up to you. I'd like to attend your elementary/middle school camp. May I ask if you know when yet? It will be announced. Okay, then she's gonna say, my name is, and we'll help you write this. She's 10 years old. She— I don't want her to brag about her juggling record yet, but eventually we will. I definitely want her to say, please say no. And then we're gonna say, I have attached a video here. And then she's gonna say, I look forward to staying in touch. I understand I am early, which we just have to address it because we don't want the coaches thinking we're crazy. So I'm early. I just want to to do everything I can to one day play for your amazing team. Period. You can— this is really where the genuine part comes in. So you can say something like, I watched your team play, for Stanford's case, or we will help you write something genuine. His dad knows somebody, and then she's going to say, this email was approved by my parents. Thank you so much. Boom. And then we're gonna have a signature, and then we're gonna send this email out every 2 months to our schools, and we're gonna have a D1 top 50 list and a D3 top 50 list, and we're just going to email them each time. We will help you create this list. It's okay if you don't know. Stanford will help you create 20, then we'll give you 20. Don't worry if they're not right. What matters is eventually you're gonna go to their camp. If we do this for a long time, you will get sorted. Then we'll fix your video for you, and you guys are amazing.
