In this solo presentation, Dallas Bragg proposes a reimagined 12‑step recovery framework tailored for the so‑called Age of Aquarius, arguing that traditional 12‑step programs reflect outdated, masculine, system‑based structures that rely on an external higher power. He suggests that as collective consciousness rises, recovery must shift toward inner source connection, personal sovereignty, and energetic work. Bragg outlines twelve revised steps: (1) reclaim personal power over addiction and recognize oneself as a spark of divine creation; (2) acknowledge a source of power within rather than an external deity; (3) embrace free will and the law of cause‑and‑effect, integrating one’s shadow with love; (4) become aware of emotional triggers and allow feelings to run their course; (5) identify and overwrite limiting beliefs with empowering ones; (6) clear daily energetic blocks through chakra work and body awareness; (7) cut energetic cords with draining people or situations to establish boundaries; (8) practice “revision” by mentally re‑creating more constructive responses to past ego‑driven reactions; (9) adopt a learning‑only mindset, dissolving guilt and shame; (10) engage in meditation, journaling, hypnosis, or similar practices to raise consciousness; (11) detach from an addict identity and step into a newly created, self‑authored life. Throughout, Bragg’s tone is instructional, enthusiastic, and spiritually persuasive, inviting viewers to give feedback and consider his coaching program.

Okay, so we're going to take a look at what I have downloaded so far in kind of a prophetic visioning of what's happening with the 12-step program. And I'll be offering a coaching program around using these 12 steps. So as we enter into, and we already have, The Age of Aquarius. We are moving away from systems, structure, uh, masculine energy around, um, doing what we're told and, um, embodying this belief that our savior is outside of ourselves. And so in— if you look at what's happening in the world with systems, financial, government, societal, you will see, and the churches, religion, you will see this happening. And so it's going to be no different when we look at the 12-step program. The 12-step program was valuable, and we acknowledge it for what it was, when it was, in the context of humanity. It was needed and it was successful and still is in to some degree. However, as we move forward, as we see new generations coming up, as we see levels of consciousness rising in the collective, we're going to need, uh, a revision, an update, something that reflects the, the spiritual journey that we're on as a society. So, um, we are in the Aquarian Age. I won't go into— and probably can't, uh, to some degree— into a lot of the details about what this means, but basically we are releasing the energy of man-made control. We understand that through history man has intervened and turned and perverted the spiritual principles into what they wanted and what helped to keep people controlled through fear tactics. So here are my revisions as we welcome expanded consciousness. Step 1 is to— we reclaim power over addiction. We to create our own reality. So what this means is that we are a spark of the same energy that created worlds and keeps worlds in orbit. We reclaim power to create. We can create the life that we want in, within our own mind. The world is mind. And we have the power to do so. So we're re— It's a reclamation process of understanding that we're in control. Me, I am individually a spark of God and I can do this. Number 2 is we acknowledge no greater power than the source connection within us. And this moves away from depending on a higher power for everything and living under this belief that we need a higher power to, to survive and to succeed and that we're small. We are a spark of source energy, and that source is connected within us. It doesn't mean that we can't call on our spirit guide teams and can't call on the Holy Spirit and source to guide our steps and direct us and help us. Mm-hmm. But at the, at the end of the day, we have free will and we are co-creators. With God. Number 3 is we understand that free will determines cause and effect. As above, so below. As above, so below means that whatever state our mind is in, that reflects our reality. Our thoughts crystallize into what we see and the state that we're in. So free will means we get to decide each minute How we're going to create the next scene of our life. The thoughts that we think, that we keep on thinking, are our beliefs. Those beliefs turn into reality. So what we see as our physical realm is the effect. The cause is up here. We commit to integrating our shadow aspects, and in this, in this step, we are looking at our shadows in a loving integrating way. We're not saying we have shortcomings or we have failures and we're out of control and all these kinds of things. We understand that the brighter our light gets, the more shadows appear. The shadow aspects are either parts of our consciousness that we're not aware of or parts that we are aware of, but we accept all of ourselves, our shadow and our light. We accept equally, we embrace, and we acknowledge that we are beings that have both. And that's okay. We're not getting rid of the shadow. We're shining some light of love on it to understand what it is that's causing these shadows. And most of the time it goes back to the beliefs in our mind, right? Okay. Number 5, we become observant of the emotional activations in our lives. In this step, we're going to look at triggers. Emotional activations are also called triggers. What this means is whatever is in our journey and in our life experience that's causing emotional activations, we understand that that is a sign from our body and from our source energy that there's something to pay attention to. And in this step, we learn how to feel emotions. We learn how to let them run their course. We We don't always rely on a gratitude list to save us because a lot of times that's bypassing the real work. And so, in this step, it's wrenching, but it's valuable and sets you free. Number 6 is we identify limiting beliefs and overwrite them with empowering beliefs. And this is the next step after you begin to notice and feel your feelings. And understand the beliefs behind them, then you can define what those beliefs are, and then we change them. We overwrite them through different steps, through different practices. But we then are creating the reality we want for our lives, and we forget memories and stories and narratives that we have latched onto over the years, that I am this and I am that. That is all collapsed and washed away when we create new beliefs. Number 7 is we seek to clear energetic blocks daily. In this step, we are learning how to do chakra cleansing. We are learning to get in touch with our body and understand that thinking is an animalistic, reptilian-type human 3D function. Thinking is good for making low-level decisions, but But thinking isn't going to get us out of where we are. It's feeling. And so we are getting in touch with our body. We're getting to know where we feel things. We are beginning to learn how to move energy around. Number 8 is we cut cords with anyone or anything that takes more energy than it gives. In this step, we recognize where we're, we're leaking energy and we are going to do cord cutting to take back. Our energy. And to do this is that, again, we, we look at where our energy is leaving and where it's not equally coming back to us, and we begin to understand and create boundaries around that. In the cord cutting process, there's a lot of maybe hard conversations you may have to have with family and friends and situations, but But this isn't— it's different than making amends. Number 9 is we practice revision when we've reacted to situations from our ego. This is a maintenance step. Revision is when you go back at the end of the day and relive decisions you make. You are remembering in the future. So in doing this, so what you're doing is you're revising what you did and said that you want to change. You feel the emotion of that, and then you also feel the emotion in the future of reacting in a different way as well. And that way, this is a reality creation exercise where you're using your imagination to create your story and your reality. You're revising, you're editing, and then you're projecting into the future. Number 10 is we acknowledge that there is no right or wrong. Only learning. In this stage, as we collapse any guilt, any shame about relapse, about mistakes, we are acknowledging that every single person, place, and thing in our lives are called in by us. Our subconscious calls it in, and we are learning. Everything is learning. So we don't accept— we transmute guilt and shame. We transmute those. We recognize. why they're there, but we don't feed into those. We see everything as a student. And lastly, 11, we practice meditation and journaling to raise our level of consciousness. This is also a sharpening the sword type step as we move forward. We embrace meditation practices, we embrace journaling, hypnosis, anything that feels in resonance with us in to raise our level of consciousness, to expand who we are and how we show up in the world. And in this is what we're— we are erasing and dissolving the need to say, I am an addict. You had an experience with addiction. That experience is dissolving as you move into a A new life. And number 12, we detach from being identified with addiction and ascend to our best and highest lives. This is when we move on. We're moving on. We have created a new life. We know what that new life entails. We know what our new identity looks like, and we embrace that. We create that. We are not in— we create our individual journey, and we are not at the mercy of anybody else's. So that being said, I would love to hear your feedback. If— and if you'd like to start working with me on these 12 steps, 12 steps for the Age of Aquarius, then let me know. And share this with as many people as you can. I'd like as much feedback as possible. Thank you. Thank you.
