Number 6, be gentle with your people. You're changing fast. The people around you are not. Your family doesn't see what you see yet. Your friends might under— not understand why you're suddenly talking about attachment styles and childhood wounds. Your partner, if you have one, might feel threatened by how quickly you're evolving. This gap between your pace of growth and theirs is going to create friction. That's normal. It doesn't mean your relationships are over. It means you're in a transition. Transitions are uncomfortable for everybody involved. Be patient, be kind, and save the deep processing for the people who are equipped to hold it— your therapist, your coach, your group. Don't put the weight of your transformation on relationships that weren't built to carry it.
