I just wanna say, if you're listening to this, this is something I hear a lot is, I just can't find joy. Everything seems dull. And you are taking that as it's going to be forever. You're taking that as it's going to be a part of your life for the rest of your life. And it isn't. What Maharishi is saying is that what you've done to your brain cannot be repaired in an instant just because you stopped using 30, 60 days ago, right? 90 days ago. It's gonna take some time for you for it to repair so that you can feel joy and get joy out of life. But it can be. The brain is amazing. It will regenerate. Have some patience. Okay.
Anyway, I need to say something. I think I'm just going to add to that, that, you know, part of this work involves both being a bit encouraging to people that are struggling at the moment, that there is hope and yes, many of it can be regenerated. But I think it's also holding in mind that the more extensive use, the heavier the use, the higher the degree in which the damage, because these substances do damage and it's well known that that methamphetamine leads to brain damage and neuronal death, and those will not be regenerated.
