All right, well, I guess we have to talk about poppers. Why are we going along with some man-made rule based on zero evidence? First of all, who decided that poppers were considered relapse? Where is this golden book of recovery rules that decides that poppers require one to get a new key tag? So many of you are messaging me asking if poppers are relapse. My answer is always going to be, I am not the arbiter of relapse or your life. If you sniff poppers and that doesn't make you crave or eventually lead to meth, then sniff away. Most any bottom I'm with does poppers, but they don't do meth. Why are we hung up on these things? There is so much more to life in recovery than living in fear of being damned to hell because you want to sniff poppers. I personally hate them, but I'm not going to tell you what you can and can't do. Only you know what triggers you to use meth. Only you can make decisions about your sex life. Only you define your route to recovery.
