Dallas Bragg is a chemsex recovery coach who works differently than therapists. He focuses on your current situation and goals, builds a daily accountability plan, and gives you one concrete action to try before your next call. Real recovery happens in the hours between sessions.

People ask me all the time, what is a Chemsex recovery coach? Hi, my name is Dallas. I'm a Chemsex recovery coach. So coaching is different than therapy because we aren't digging into your past and unpacking your trauma. We start where you are right now and what goals we can collaboratively create together, and you decide how you could best be supported by me. You may not be ready to stop using. Maybe tapering off or managed use is better for you. We can decide that together and plan a closely monitored daily accountability plan where you will be walked hand in hand through. But in the meantime, we work on discovering underlying beliefs or lies you've been telling yourself about yourself and about the world and about your experience that could be inhibiting your recovery. You leave with a coaching— you leave a coaching session with one thing to do, not 10 things to do, one specific action before the next call. Recovery is built in the hours between the sessions, not in them. That's another big difference. Is that you don't have to wait a week before reaching out because you need to be able to talk some— to somebody in the heat of the moment on a Friday night at 10:00 PM. And that's what we provide for you here at Recovery Alchemy. If you've been wondering what coaching looks like and you want to try it, DM me and I will schedule a free session with you.
