And so I know that shame, for me, crystal meth is a shame killer, right? Right. The minute that I utilized crystal meth, the shame was out the window. Like, I was liberated, I was free, I was able to, you know, explore sexually however I wanted. I was able to just not really care anymore. And all of the shame and fear that I carried around was just gone. And then the minute that I got sober from crystal meth, I was left with shame and fear, and it was amplified, and I had to figure out how to navigate life, um, in a place of fear.
