Hey, if you're newly sober from crystal meth, I want you to give yourself some grace about some things, and that is specifically your cognitive functions, emotional regulation, nervous system regulation, energy levels, hormone levels. These are things that take a while to get back, and it takes some effort on your part. It's as simple sometimes as brain games. You know, I had to do a lot of brain games to get my synapses kind of connecting. I don't know what the, the scientific science behind it is, but I could not connect my thoughts correctly. But beyond that is the way that I was perceiving the world was a little skewed as well. You know, this drug is an intelligent drug, and it goes into your brain and it messes around with your chemicals. It wants to change everything about you, and it wants to, to take over your body. And so it does a really good job of it. Give yourself some grace, give yourself some patience, and it takes some time. Like I said, it takes some effort. If you want to know what I did, drop me a line. I'd like to talk to you about it.
