In this 20‑minute guided meditation, Dallas Bragg leads listeners through a progressive relaxation and body‑scan using a mental laser, followed by focused awareness of individual body parts to release tension. After establishing a calm breathing rhythm and setting a healing intention, participants are invited to create a personal "field of escape"—a vivid, self‑designed landscape for safety and freedom. They walk toward a familiar grove, pass through an archway into welcoming darkness, and descend a staircase into a marble dome that houses a large book representing their Akashic Records. By opening the book, they view memories of active addiction, noting where in the body the associated feeling resides. The meditation then guides them to intensify that feeling, externalize it as a tangible entity, and personify the addiction, asking it what it needs and how to be accessed. The addiction is visualized entering a fire, transforming into green smoke that fills the heart with self‑love. Finally, listeners ascend back through the darkness, return to their field of escape, and are encouraged to journal their experience for integration, emphasizing acceptance and empowerment rather than rejection of any part of themselves.
