For those of you telling me that the cravings for chemsex are too strong for you to stop, I want to offer this advice. There's a difference between having an experience and being an experience. In other words, you can have a craving, you can be experiencing a craving, or you can become the craving. So here's what I mean is when you become the observer You observe your body having the craving. It's a physiological, biological response. You can say, I am now experiencing a craving. And when you say that, you then begin to separate yourself from it. You can observe it, you can manipulate it, you can let it build and let it pass. But when you become the craving, you are the craving. You're taken away by it. You're consumed by the craving. You add energy to it with your fear and with your thoughts. Or even if you get into the craving and you start getting horny and you start thinking about what it might be like, that's adding energy to it. And you are actually becoming the craving. Observe it. I am experiencing— I am having a craving. I'm experiencing it. Or I am becoming a craving. You can choose which route to go in that moment as long as you can pause. Tell me in the comments, how do you process cravings? And then share this with somebody who might find it helpful.
