Good morning. For the first time, I'm going to give you a message that I'm getting from my spirit guide team for the week. This is July 25th, 2023. This is a week of unpacking. When you have boxes that you haven't unpacked in the physical realm, these are mementos, pieces of your past that you've stored away, out of sight, out of mind. If you have boxes in your physical realm that you haven't unpacked, it's time to do that. By the act of opening boxes, going through things that you have that need thrown out, or that you have that needs put away, filed away, put back into use— by doing that physically, you will spark a spiritual awakening in the same manner. Unpacking spiritually requires you to meditate. Meditate on what am I hiding from myself? What have I forgotten about? Parts of me from my past that I have forgotten about that need to be tossed, thrown away, put back into use, or filed away, brought into the light. Spiritual unpacking is creating an awareness this week through journaling of What is showing up from my old self that I notice now that I had forgotten about, that's been in the dark? And which of these parts need to be reactivated, and which of these parts need to be deactivated? I activate the parts of me that serve me, that I have kept hidden in the dark, forgotten about. How did I forget about that? When I overcame situations in my past, how did I forget that I was resilient? How did I forget how brave I was? How did I forget? I unpack these qualities of myself and I clothe them back on, and I face new adversities in the same manner. I see old mementos of past people and relationships and mistakes. I bought that trinket and I didn't need it. It's not serving me now. It's not adding value. I'm tossing it. I delete and deactivate those parts of me. I cut ties. I create boundaries. I'm unpacking. I'm unpacking and I'm cleaning and I'm preparing space for the new me. I'm ready to face those things that I taped away and I said I would deal with later. I'm ready to start unpacking. I'm ready to start unpacking. I might have to open a wound. I might have to face a part of me that I don't like. I'm scared, but I'm gonna unpack it anyway. I hope that helps someone out there. I know it helped me. I hope you have a great day.
