If you've been struggling with relapse for a while, or if you've been sober and you just can't seem to be happy or move life forward, I want to share with you what I did. Let me make life easier for you, and that is through journaling. If you're interested, keep watching. I'm going to show you how I set my journal up. By the way, you can get all of this plus a bunch more tutorials and ways to turn your journal into your memoirs in my free live webinar. Sobriety Journal Masterclass. The link's in the bio. Just to get started, you draw a line down the side. You put the date on top, of course. You're going to put a rating here, 1 through 5, or a color. Then you're just going to start writing a stream of consciousness. Set a timer, put the pen to paper, and start writing. Once you've written, you read what you wrote and put out to the side the themes so you can go back and refer to them. Very basic, but get my masterclass.
