Hey, if you're having a hard time making changes in your life, it's probably resistance. Resistance means there's part of you that wants to make a positive change, but then there's part of you that holds you back. There's part of you that wants to go to the gym, but there's also part of you that wants to stay in bed. There's part of you that wants to go to that networking event and meet new people, but there's part of you that makes excuses that you're too tired or, or whatever. And you have a strong desire that would benefit you and help you grow, but there's a shadow aspect that you don't see below the surface that's keeping you right where you are. It's like an internal turmoil. This is normal, this is valid, and it takes some self-awareness, some meditation, and some integration work to get past this. If you'd like to know more, comment below or DM me and we can work together.
