Hello and thank you so much for opening this newsletter and receiving it from my heart to yours. This is such a transformation to my old newsletter. It's a reboot. I hope that you like the new format. This week is all about emotions. I offer an article that talks about healing the trauma through healing through the triggers. And this is, this is 4 ways that have benefited me in taking what is, I call, an emotional activation, which is known as a trigger, and kind of digging down deep to find out what the belief is underneath that trigger. I also offer, if you want an expanded view on that, my YouTube video, my first YouTube video that I posted, that is actually taking the article and expanding the concepts there. It's a little rusty, but it's my first attempt. I also, underneath that, you'll find a podcast that I was on recently that you may be interested in. It's my unfiltered story. There's a lot of vulnerable information in there that you may not know. I'm offering a free download in this newsletter. It's an 8-step quick guide to overriding limiting beliefs. When I say overriding, I mean overwrite, is that here's my belief, And I'm going to replace that programming with a new belief. It's 8 steps that have helped me, um, and hopefully will help you. It's a PDF download. It's yours to keep. Underneath that, you'll find an article for those of you in sobriety, or those of you not in sobriety might find it helpful, or share with somebody that might find it valuable. But it's called Being Sober But Still Sad, and it talks about depression and sobriety. And how I overcame my sadness once that I became sober. And how you really can't trust the emotions that you're feeling. So underneath that, I think, is a testimonial. I want this newsletter to be a discussion. I want it to expand. This is only, only the beginning of what we're going to see across my coaching ministry, as I'm calling it a ministry now. Just now, just a second. It's a ministry. I want to hear from you. Please, offer your feedback, share this with someone if you find— if you think that they would find it valuable. If they do, I'd really like to add their email address to my list. But in the future, I want it to become a community discussion about some of these issues because I'm not the end-all and know-all on these things. I want to hear your experiences. I want to know about them. And that's probably going to turn into my own podcast eventually. Anyway, thank you again. I appreciate it. I hope you enjoy. Blessings to you this week.
