I think it's possible. It's very rare. You kind of need to set this conversation beforehand so expectations are right. Most of the times people would be not interested. For example, there's a simple tantric game where you just meet someone and explore your bodies only with your breath, which is kind of like a nice way to start the evening. You don't need to rush into sex right away or to blowjobs, whatever. You can just explore each other's body. There's a lot more about this, but when you say this to someone, people are like either afraid or they would reject. Just a few brave people would, would actually like to try this thing with you.
