A three-step approach to working with inner beliefs: identify each one and recognize how it served you, respect its origin without attacking it, and unpack the story behind it without shaming yourself or others for how it formed.

So then once we identify what that inner belief that we're holding is, there could be one, there could be 30 of them. Like it could be a lot. We then want to, this part's tricky, but we, we, we want to respect that belief because it's gotten us here and we don't want to piss it off because it'll retaliate if we do. So we want to help ourselves to see, okay, like this makes sense. I love that phrase. Like this makes sense that I feel this way. Yeah. That I can't disbelieve because it came from this and from this experience. Mm-hmm. You know, we kind of unpack it. We, we explore that story. We see how we arrived at that point. And we also don't shame anybody else in the process. So with that same example, like if that came from, if mom told us that we were a husky, we don't want to take our shame and put it back onto her of like, how dare her say that? But we want to be like, okay, that was not helpful.
