So if you already have a social network, you know, for me at least, and other people I see in recovery, most of the time when we get deep into a meth addiction, at least, we lose our social support network. And when I say that, our social network of our friends, our family, you know, not so much for me, my family, but mainly my friends. You know, it wasn't that they went away. I went away. I stopped calling them. I stopped texting them. I got distant from them. You know, I was gone for years. You know, and by the time I came back, they all had new lives. So it's sort of just like, well, I'm not gonna call, but yo, you wanna hang out now? It's like, it was just dumb. So for me, I had to build a whole new social network. And that means just going out, making new friends, being careful who my new friends are. You know, are they, are they in recovery? Do they, they don't necessarily have to be, but you know, for me it was good that they were because I didn't need any temptations at that time. And, you know, maybe it was just easier to build a new social network with people who are in recovery.
