And I don't think there's a mental trick or an easy formula to sort of make sex easy because sex isn't easy. Sex is hard. We have to prepare for it. We have to douche and eat right. And, you know, and douching's like, it's always a chore for everybody. Everybody hates douching. Like everybody, you know, when it doesn't work fully, everybody hates how long it takes. Sex is hard. It's a, it's a difficult thing. And I, I would love to have some tricks that made it easier or gave me shortcuts into guaranteeing that it's fun. Fun. But that shortcut is meth. And I'm just having to accept that I'm now doing sex without shortcuts. And, and that means sometimes having a shitty night. That sometimes, that sometimes means having a great night. But also, it's sometimes meaning kind of having a night that's like somewhere between the two. Like a lot of sex isn't great or terrible. It's just kind of fine. And you have to accept that too.
