Psychedelics are not for everyone, and there are reasons for that. If you've been— if you've had a psychotic break, psychedelics can open you back up to that. And so that's not, you know, that, that would be something that you would really want to talk to your doctor or your therapist about. If you have a, what we call a personality disorder, if you've been diagnosed with that, you may not be the best person for psychedelic work because you've got to really strengthen your connection to your authentic self before you can really open those doors and really be able to do the work. And there some physical things, you know, that you would want to talk to your doctor about, like if you have heart problems or blood pressure problems, this kind of thing, especially with the ketamine.
