Chapters
Always tell people to hit the ground running. No, get a job, get some friends. If you're working, find some avenue of recovery to work in, whether that be a harm reduction pathway, whether that be Dharma, whether that be 12-step, you know, find some community and lean into it. You know, one, one thing I needed was to feel like I had purpose in my life. And I, I found at the beginning, I found that through having a shitty job that I could reliably go to every day and make a small paycheck, enough to pay my rent. And the other thing that really saved me was I very, very quickly built a community. Okay. You know, if the one thing I really was craving through meth was community, then if I don't find that in recovery, yeah, I know where to find it.
