In this video Dr. Dallas Bragg introduces his six‑month, one‑on‑one coaching program called Recovery Alchemy, designed for individuals struggling with crystal‑meth addiction. He frames the program as an alchemical transformation—turning the "lead" of addiction into the "gold" of a fulfilled, sober life—while explicitly rejecting traditional abstinence‑only models and the shame that often accompanies relapse. The curriculum is organized into four progressive phases: (1) Decomposition/Putrefaction, where clients separate from the addiction entity through guided meditations, somatic emotional regulation, and intensive journaling to observe patterns; (2) Purification, which washes away limiting beliefs using "supercharged" affirmations, parts‑work, energetic cord‑cutting, and continued journaling; (3) Transmutation, focusing on tracking triggers, visualizations, self‑actualized recovery, and rewriting the sexual template to decouple meth from sexual cues; and (4) Rise/Integration, a symbolic phoenix‑like emergence involving review, final meditations, and optional professional coaching for career, habit formation, and life‑skill development. Throughout, Bragg emphasizes individualized goal‑setting, client empowerment, and a non‑linear view of sobriety where relapses are treated as data points rather than failures.

Hey, Dr. Dallas Bragg here. Thank you for your interest in my one-on-one coaching program. I call my coaching program Recovery Alchemy. Alchemy is turning one thing into another, basically. And so in the physical sense, it would be turning lead into gold. In this sense, it would be turning your life in addiction to crystal meth into a life without addiction to crystal meth, and turning the lead of what you're experiencing right now into the light of gold. So I want to go over real quick the 4 phases and some specifics that you're going to get in the program, just so you'll know what to expect. You'll know what kind of philosophy I have, and then just come up with any questions and, and really sink in while you watch this to see what resonates with you, just to make sure that this is something that you want to pursue. There are a couple of things in the program. I do not require abstinence. I do not require you to count days, or if we count days, we don't start over when there's a relapse. There is a lot of shame that I want to avoid in this process, and that shame is trying to discount the time that you had. So let's say you had 57 days sober, abstinent, without the substance. We're not going to say you have to start over at zero if you have a relapse. A relapse is a point On the journey out, it doesn't. Your sobriety doesn't start and it doesn't stop. It's all a recovery journey. So that first and foremost, you need to know when you're in my program. The first phase of recovery alchemy, as you can see here in the top right, is decomposition. Decomposition is you're coming in black, right? You're coming in black with the soot and the shame and the regret and the. The exhaustion of a crystal meth addiction. In this phase, we're going— it's also known as putrefaction. It's the putrefaction, the dying. It's the death, right? This is where you are beginning to allow your old self to die. So we're in this, in this program, we do a lot of guided meditations. The first one we do is going to separate you from your addiction. So that you're not identified with it anymore. And when you can separate that addiction from you, you can then begin to observe it. And that's what we're going to do a lot of, is observing the behaviors and the patterns that make up what I call the addiction entity. We're going to practice becoming that compassionate observer. You are going to be a student of self. I am feeling this. Why am I feeling this? Instead of, I am feeling this and I'm out of control, or I'm feeling this and I need to go use. I'm feeling this emotion. Why am I feeling it? I did this action. Why did I do that action? There's a lot of questions you're going to ask because we're going to really unpack and unpeel the underpinnings of your addiction entity. We're going to talk about somatic emotional guidance methods. So One of the first things we're going to have to do for the most part is emotional regulation. And one way to do that is through somatic work, which is bodywork, feeling where that emotion shows up in your body and being able to move it around. We're going to journal in this program. Don't be scared about journaling. There are many, many ways we can get this accomplished. But journaling is going to help us really notate and chronicle what you've been thinking, what you've been feeling, why. And when, when in the month, when in the day, we're really going to study this because an addiction cycle usually lasts about 90 days. If you can get through 90 days, it's about one cycle. And if you can track that, you go, you're going to see through your journal, the ups and the downs and when they usually come. And I guarantee it's a trend. It's going to come at the same time the next cycle. You're going to create a prophetic vision. A prophetic vision is what is my life like Without crystal meth? What is— how do I show up next? How do you move forward if you don't know where you're going? That's going to be a big integral part of the program. Purification is next. The purification process is washing away of the impurities, right? Which impurities in this case are limiting beliefs that you have about yourself. We're going to figure out through some exercises what are the beliefs that you've adopted about yourself and about the world that are contributing to your addiction. And in contributing to your ongoing shame and self-concept. We're going to come up with affirmations, but these are called supercharged affirmations, which you'll find out in the program based on your past life experience, not past lives, your, the past experience in this life that you can use to really supercharge an affirmation to make it real and really reprogram the subconscious to know that, okay, We're not an addict. We're not addicted to the substance anymore. We're not doing those behaviors anymore. We're moving forward. Continuing to journal. There's more, there's more guided meditations, energetic cord cutting, which we can talk about more, and parts work. There are some parts work in this, and parts work is when you identify the different parts of yourself, who's talking and when, and we begin to allow them to integrate into wholeness. Integrate into one so that you can live an authentic life. The next step is transmutation. It's the process of awakening your true soul self and interrupting patterns. This is when, if there is a relapse, we begin to track it on a worksheet. We begin to really identify the clues that are leading up to the cravings, the triggers, the decision to relapse. We're going to find out what's going on here in your subconscious. We begin talking about self-actualized Recovery. Self-actualized recovery is when you are living a life to your fullest potential. When you are living a life where you are better and showing up as your best and highest every single day. We're going to have workshops at times where returning to self, because who you are is not your addicted self. It's someone down below that, right? Underneath the life conditioning, underneath the addiction, underneath the patterns and the behaviors is your true self. Let's return to that. We're going to do a lot of visualization techniques in this program as well to regulate our emotions and again, reprogram that subconscious so that we show up in the world differently and we get closer to the prophetic vision. And for those of you who are interested, rewriting your sexual template. This is a big part of Crystal Meth Recovery. Beginning to look at things like mindful masturbation, sexual transmutation breathing, and other ideas and activities that will rewrite your sexual template in a way that you can unfuse meth from sex, or at least begin to do that. The last stage, transmutation, which is really at the very end. This is when you symbolically rise from the ashes like a phoenix. This is where you you are transmuted into a different state, a different state of mind, a different perspective, a new person, and you're showing up in a new way. So it's a lot of reviewing of the progress we've made, final meditations, any tweaks we have to make, any modifications, anything that we've done in the program that you wanna carry forward. We can begin to do some professional coaching to get you, maybe you wanna get into a better job, or maybe you wanna talk about time management. You know, Habit-forming, all of these skills that could help you not only in your professional life, but in recovery, uh, moving forward. We can talk about any of that. Uh, I am well-equipped to help you, uh, with professional coaching as well. So there you go. That is the overall idea of Recovery Alchemy. It is a 6-month program. This program is an individualized recovery program that's based on you and your specific needs. So We don't have to hit everything that I've said today. We can hit the main things that apply to you and we can add things, add tools that might help you in your particular situation. So this is very much an empowered type of recovery because you are in the power seat. You get to decide what we do, when we do it, what your goals are, and what sobriety looks like for you. All right. Hope to see you soon. Bye.
