Question for you, Tina users. How many times have you smashed your pipe on the floor in a dramatic display and said, I'm done? Fast forward 2 or 3 months, smash, I'm done. Look, I'm here to tell you that it's okay. It's okay to smash your pipe 3, 4, 5 times in your journey to recovery. What isn't okay and will inhibit your progress is when you feel guilty about the fact that I'm doing this again. How many times am I gonna smash my pipe but go back? I am such a loser. Blah, blah, blah, blah. All those negative intrusive thoughts. It cancels out the message you're sending to the universe and to you and your subconscious when you smash the pipe. That message is strong. That is one point in your journey out of crystal meth. Just like a relapse. Smashing that pipe is your chance to ask yourself, how am I going to show up in my recovery differently this time?
