There are 4 Ps to overcome relapse that I've come up with. One is persistence. Persistence is going to set you apart from anyone else who's trying to be sober. And that is being able to observe what happened, the relapse, and not remain in the emotions of shame and guilt and, and feeling sorry for yourself. You're going to pick yourself up. You're going to ask empowering questions like, how can this have been the best thing that's happened to me? What can I learn from this experience? And what was left that needed to be cleared out? When you ask yourself those questions, that gives you the power and the level up to continue on your journey.
