Hey, if you've tried and tried to quit Tina but you can't, have you considered harm reduction? First of all, it is not harm reduction or abstinence. There is a continuum of recovery. Harm reduction is here and it belongs on the same continuum as abstinence that gets you to where you want to be in recovery. Some of you belong in the harm reduction end of that spectrum. When it comes to Tina, it might mean smoking instead of slamming. It It might mean having a baggie that you only do that much instead of just relying on someone else. Definitely having fentanyl strips. I do not wanna hear about anybody else dripping fingernail polish remover on Tina on a tissue to test it for fentanyl. That is ridiculous. It's using one day instead of a week. It's informing your support network that you're going to use and having them bookend you, check in at the beginning and check in at the end. There's many ways to step down from where you are to where you want to be. Open your mind and accept the other possibilities.
