In this solo coaching video, Dallas Bragg, a chemsex recovery coach, outlines a simple three‑pillar framework he uses in his program that anyone can apply. The overarching goal is to become chemsex‑free. The first pillar, Consistency, calls for establishing one daily grounding habit (e.g., journaling, meditation, exercise) and treating any missed day as an early warning sign of potential relapse. The second pillar, Proactivity, involves weekly mapping of personal “danger zones” – times of heightened vulnerability – and deliberately planning sober activities, check‑ins, or social support to fill those gaps before they trigger automatic, euphoric recall. The third pillar, Certainty, reframes every experience, including relapse, as a purposeful step toward the desired outcome; by adopting a mindset that “everything happens for me,” the individual maintains confidence that the path is guiding them toward recovery. Dallas invites viewers to comment with questions or to join his program for further support.

Hey there, my name is Dallas. I'm a Chemsex recovery coach. I want to share with you 3 pillars of Chemsex recovery that I use in my program that anybody can implement. Number one, our goal is to be Chemsex-free, obviously, right? So the first, the first, if you look at this in circles, the first circle here is consistency. What does that mean? If you're in early recovery, your life might be a little overwhelming. It might be Boring. It might have a lot of space in it. It might be confusing. You don't know where to go. You don't know what to do. You want to anchor in your life quickly by adding one consistent daily action. It might be journaling. It might be meditation. It might be gym. It might be a walk in the morning. Whatever you want it to be, you want to start with one consistent daily action that gives you a grounding, that puts a little bit of order into your life. And then— Anytime the first day you miss that consistent daily action, that is a sign for you that you may be headed to a relapse and you want to sound the alarms. So this is a good metric for you in early recovery. So consistency every single day. Next. Proactivity. With Chemsex recovery, we must be proactive. What it means to be proactive is each week you look at your week and you identify when your danger zones are going to be. Danger zones are your most vulnerable times. If you were to look at your week and plan with your meth thinking cap on, this is when I'm going to use, then you go into, while you're in a sober state, planning, proactively planning to have plans with people or people stay over, have check-ins, plan a dinner, whatever it is you have to do to fill in that Space that you don't go into autopilot euphoric recall. You don't go into the high before the high and go into that sleepwalking stage where you find yourself at the party and you don't even know how you got there. Certainty. You want to get to a place where you are certain that your desires are coming into place, that your desires are being fulfilled. You have a desire to stop. When you put a desire out there, everything that happens after that is for you to get you to that desire, even if it's relapse. Sometimes you have to use to learn how not to use. So if you respond to that relapse as, this is happening for me, not to me. This is not happening as an inhibitor. This is not happening as a stumbling block. It's a stepping stone. You are certain that everything along the path is happening to get you to where you want to go. The path is illuminated for you at that point. You just have to stay out of the way. I hope this helps.
