When emotions in recovery feel like they didn’t originate with you.

In this solo talk, Dallas Bragg explains that sobriety does not automatically eliminate negative emotions such as anger, resentment, and depression. He notes that many people, even after completing the 12‑step program and attending thousands of meetings, still feel these emotions lodged in their bodies, leading to overreacting, overthinking, isolation, and even physical illness. Conventional approaches like talk therapy and EMDR often fail to reach the root cause. Bragg introduces his "psychic sobriety" coaching, proposing that such persistent emotions are energetic entities—like a virus—carried over from a previous life or transmitted early by a parent or guardian. These trapped energies feel foreign and difficult to explain, yet they continue to surface in recovery.
