If you want to fully engage in your Tina recovery, listen up. If you follow me, you have heard me say many times to question everything. Be skeptical. Never take anyone or anything at face value until you've weighed it against your own values, intuition, and heart. I see so many of you saying, I really need to meditate and journal. But when I ask you why, you say because everyone else tells me to, or everyone who is high up in the recovery hierarchy does it. Your why makes all the difference. When you are doing something out of obligation, it will never stick. Your behavior should be born from a place of inspiration, inspired by your gut, your mind, your intuition, your heart. You are so desperate to find an answer to your meth problem, you'll go with whatever somebody who seems credible says without any thought about how it feels to you and feels in your body. Hear this, you don't have to meditate and journal. You create a practice that makes sense to you, that flows, that is organic and easy. Fuck what they say.
